TLDR: Save yourself the trouble and stay away.Went here for an inspection, they changed a fog light, a motor mount and topped off the fluids. I picked my car up the next day and it was completely undrivable, it stalled constantly and would overheat within 5 minutes of starting. Since this was all new behavior I checked the fluids, the oil was high and the ATF was way high. I drained about 1.5 liters of ATF and the car has almost made a full recovery but its now developed a hard shift from 2-3 and still stutters when I come to a stop. Youll save more money by just going to a good shop the first time.

My husband took my car to have the break light fixed and to do inspection for the car. They kept the car for a month and finally after several phone call from our end to see how the repair progress was going, the gentleman called after one month and said it is fixed but they had to change different electrical boards to fix the break light. They charged us 1,435.00. we paid him because he always acts very religious and always talk about God. The very next day my husband called him and informed him that the locks, remote keypad, camera, windows, navigation system, are not working, he said bring the car back...,he kept my car for another month and kept saying he is asking an expert to come and look at the car don’t worry it will get fixed. He called and said he was sorry but he can’t fix the car and it should be taken to the dealership. He did not want to refund my money and said he paid so much in labor to someone who was an expert in fixing BMW. This man who is the owner of the shop and always talk about God and how to be good to people, but cheated us right in front of His God and lied to credit card company how my damages were done due to water damage. He knows my car had nothing else wrong when we took it to him only to fix the break light and to do inspection. God will somehow take that 1,435 from you and will show you how it feels to cheat good hard working people who trusted you and your services.

The first time I came to Gateway was on 2018 Mr.jawid gave me helpful advices about my car and the mechanic staff was very friendly. I keep coming to this auto shop since then. Mr.jawid is a very patience and understanding person he gave me good prices on auto parts (the other day he gave me 2 years warranty for an a/c compressor this is one of the main reason I keep coming to gateway auto repair)

It is a small shop but it has been serving my cars on and off for 5 years. It is deceptively disorganized due to the multiple car garages surrounding the limited parking here, but Ive never been cheated or duped. If you are looking to have serious work done to tour car Id compare prices around town but these guys will defiantly get it done and are not overly aggressive in trying to sell you what you dont need. Find out what you need done and drop your car off. These guys will take care of you.Find a place to park, come strict to the office on the right and speak with the clerk or manager and theyll get you taken care of.

Oh my goodness! I honestly cant think of enough nice things to say about this auto garage. These guys are great! Top notch professionals who stands behind their work. Jawid, the owner, is a true samaritan. He and his staff have always been curious, fair and affordable. I trust them with my cars and can always expect stellar service when picking up my rides.

Honest, reasonable, good mechanics

Be careful and avoid at all cost! I have done business with this place and its one of the most unorganized and dishonest places. Been there multiple times and always gave them benefit of the doubt but my recent experience was extremely negative! They will intentionally misguide you and try to take advantage of you. The owner who manages the place is very deceptive and will over charge you. I know of others that have had similar experiences. Even the poor mechanics that work there are forced to deceptive and unethical practices! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Your car is never ready when they say u always have to wait, they how much u want to spend, no matter what they do,even if its less it always work out to what u put on the paper,so I think its a trick. My advice is dont wase your time.

The manager of this place, mr. Jawid is a nice and respectful person. I used to go for his service all the way from sterling to manassas.Unfortunately, last time something, which i call it rediculous happened tht i never expected under his management. After a minor accident i submitted my car to them for repair.Almost one month was taken to repair the car. After one month I got the car with the check engine light ON. Immediately, i talked to him about the Light and he said as long as the car runs it is ok. Finally, I ended up taking care of the problems due to which the light had come ON in another place.

Really feel good going to them because they honestly tell you what needs to be done in your car, and the price they charge you is really good, sometimes it seems they charge you less more than they suppose to charge Very honest people and they do a very good job, and a very reasonable price.
