Bad experience on very 1st repair (Defective screen).. Close to $240 wasted.. Was told the phone would be repaired in 1 hour, came back & was told to return an hour in a half later, & the phone still wasnt ready. Waited inside the store for over 30 more mins & was finally given the phone.. It looked nice, but when I returned home, I noticed that the screen would rarely move by itself, then it kept getting worst. Even with trying to type this message, its taking extra long, because extra letters will start pushing, & I keep erasing. Was giving a defective screen, & was told to bring it back today 06-14-21 at 10:30 am to send the screen for warranty..I let the worker know that I had to be at work by 1:30, & would it be done before then? He replied No problem When I arrived at 10:30, the store was locked & closed.. I waited over an hour for them to open, & was told by the same person that everything wont probably be complete until after 6:30pm.. So I was given a defective screen, lied to, & not giving a guarantee that it would be even repaired.. He said what he said, got on the computer, then just walked away. Would of been better off just getting a new phone for cheaper, backing up my data/restoring.. You may not have the same experience, but mine wasnt good at all..Made the phone alot worst if anything. He also tried to point out a tiny scratch on the back of the phone barely seen like it had anything to do with the screen. This is my 1st Bad review I have ever given by the way. I usually like to give good ones to those I appreciated highly.

Nice and quick service! Very professional and the prices to replace our phones was cheaper than 4 places I went and Ameri Cell had a replacement for my son and I screens! I would highly recommend this spot.

Did not meet my needs sold me the wrong screen protector knowing it was the wrong one and now I have a light that stays on behind my screen I feel like I have a camera watching me through my own phone not a good place took my money and just put some random screen on there so now I have to go buy a whole new phone and he took my money for the screen protector knowing it wasnt the right one and still sold it to me saying it was the right one not a good business

He was very prompt and provided great customer service. I was in a jam and needed my phone back asap. He drove 1 hour to go pick up the part from his supplier came back and installed it. He went out of the way to take care of a customers needs. He brought the phone back to my location at 10:30 pm.

I brought my cellphone here because of the ratings but I wish I had read into this more. Im not so sure exactly how legit these reviews even are?I brought my phone to this location 2 weeks ago with a damaged screen. My daughters screen was shattered and they replaced it with a new one. After the replaced it we purchased a screen protector from their store. Our total cost for the day was over $100. Days later the screen they replaced it with popped up. The screen had never been properly attached. I contacted them back and they agreed to look into this. I left the phone with them and when I came back the screen appeared to be attached. Less than a day after they fixed it however the touch screen stopped working. When I contacted them and asked them to fix it they said that because the screen was damaged they could only try to help us.The screen was damaged because it was never properly fixed. We literally handed them $100 to make our situation worse. We brought our cell phone in to be fixed....again for the third time. This time they pretty much told us Sorry but we cant help you. But we can give you discounted price on yet another screen I have no idea why they think I would ever spend another dime in that shop.If your phone needs to be repaired take it some where else. Otherwise, youre most likely going to be spending a lot of time in that store and money on them fixing their mistakes.

Owner of store was very rude and not helpful, my son took his phone to them Sunday 3-4-18 to have screen fixed let there with phone not working was told if it did not come on come back to the store which he did to find them closed so he goes back Monday 3-5 waiting around for 2 hours still to no service, phone stuck on Hello showing all different languages, call them back only to get store owner to say his phone IPhone 6 Plus they have a lot of problems and they have nothing to do with ICloud or Itune settings, which to me has nothing to do with why his phone not working and has paid this company 200.00 for nothing😡😡, ask can we bring phone back again tomorrow and his wife can try to help I asked him his name and his wife’s name so I know who I’m talking with only to be told you don’t need that just bring phone back, I find that to be very unprofessional and will never use this company again and will let customers know how we were treated.

Over the phone, He said 60$ to replace broken screen however when i got there he charged me 72$. Also he said it will take 20 mins to replace the screen. After having lunch, I went back there 30 mins later. It was not ready and he kept me waiting another 20 mins. More than likely, i am not going back there again.
