Horrible staff! The lady didn’t didn’t give me her name! She rushed me off the phone and all I wanted to do was pay my fathers bill. This call took place Sep 13th 2021 at 19:38. My dad is a veteran who is being rushed to the er and I needed his phone on! I’m active duty military. I do not recommend this cellular store to anyone! Take your business elsewhere! Thank you.

Hello I am a customer that came into the store to get a new phone and I was in the store with about 3 other people not including the 2 ladies working there and I have to admit they tried their best to make sure everyone had water because that store was well Over 90 degrees . It got to the point where I left and the lady in front of me left I was speaking to the lady out front and she also was going to file a report it is crazy for them to have to work in that condition and have to help people and touch there face to wipe sweat off. They had amazing customer service but the air not working is UNACCEPTABLE.
