I live in Houston TX. My friends from Virginia recommended me to get my trucks radiator in this store. I give them my truck year, make, model and even a vin #. Guess what? They sold me the wrong one! Id find out until my mechanic here in Houston told me that I have a wrong one. So Id call and they told me that the only way to get my money back was sending the radiator back to them(to Virginia! ) even that there are some 1800 radiator stores here in town. Id spend $276 to send it by UPS (USPS dont handle that kind of freight) . Now, it has been pass more than a week and they STILL dont reimburse my money! 😡

Dont bother wasting your time. Was on hold, had someone pick up the phone and hang it up. If you dont want business then you will end up with no business.

Very UNREPUTABLE. Bought a radiator with a lifetime warranty. It went bad in 2 years. Would not honor the warranty. No compensation. Didnt care.
