I gave 5 stars because of the customer service. It was exceptional! I ordered my car part. However it wasnt the right one. I called and they were right on top of it. They were very helpful and polite the entire time. I got the right part in just a few days.

I went there they helped me with my order originally on the phone I made a minor change and they completely fixed all of it right as I was there. Excellent company

They have great parts at great prices. I believe this is where a lot of the auto parts stores get their parts from . This isnt your typical walking auto parts store. Its a warehouse with a few sales persons sitting there. You order your parts and they will bring them right out to you. If they have them in stock.

Very helpful staff. After scouring other car part places, these guys finally came through for us, and it was only a couple days wait to get the part in. They helped us out last year too. So much cheaper than buying from a dealership! Highly recommend

I had a tail light sent to my residence via UPS. It arrived on time, what I was most impressed by was how well it was packaged for a used car part. New items that I order on line dont come as well packaged. On the top of box their was a sticker that said MEGA CITY AUTO PARTS proud and the name HAMID written on it. Im assuming that is who packaged my light. I just want to say thanks for caring about your job HAMID and if you package all their parts this way they are damage lucky to have you

Called ahead and let them no I was running a little late and they held the doors open for me a few extra minutes after closing so I could pick up my order great place to go.

These guys are the best in DMV area. They’ve been around for quite some time. My friends and I have gotten motors and transmissions very often throughout the years. Out of 40 items, maybe 2 or 3 had problems but no biggie, took them out and got the replacement. Really better customer service, Keep it up. Always a pleasure! Recommend everybody to ‘’Mega City Auto Parts’’ don’t spend your time and your money in other Auto Parts.Mega City Auto Parts is the best place.

Very Poor Customer Service! I would say that the only good thing about them is the prices on their parts which are usually lower than the competition. Other than that, everything else lacks attention. Only go there if you really need to. They suck at getting your parts on time.

Had the used engine I needed at price about half of a remanufactured engine. I spent months earlier this year loking in auto rcycleing yards; but couldnt find the Chrysler-Jeep 3.7L V6 engine I needed. Core charge was less than other engine sources; and we were able to just drive to their business and pick up a reasonably low mileage engine.I may be unrealistic, but I was hoping to spend much less. Hopefully, the replacement engine will be worth the cost.

Absolutely horrible customer service, I called in to ask about a part being available and the guy just said nope we dont have it and hanged up. Really bad first impression.
