***FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE***YESTERDAY 7/13 I SHOPPED AROUND TO HAVE MY WINDSHIELD REPLACED ON MY 2020 JEEP GLADIATOR. CALLED STATE AUTO GLASS AND SPOKE WITH CAMERON AND WITHIN 5 MINUTES INTO THE CONVERSATION I KNEW I HAD CALLED THE RIGHT COMPANY. HE ADVISED THEY COULD FIT ME IN FOR SAME DAY SERVICE WHICH ALSO WON ME OVER.HE WAS SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE WITH ASSISTING ME WITH WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND QUOTED ME VERY COMPETITIVE PRICING FOR AN O E PART. IN ADDITION, HE AND HIS PARTNER SAM DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE MOBILE SERVICE OF COMING TO MY RESIDENCE.THEY ARRIVED TO MY RESIDENCE ON TIME AS PROMISED, AND NO KIDDING REMOVED THE OLD WINDSHIELD, PREPPED THE REPLACEMENT GLASS AND COMPLETED THE INSTALLATION WITHIN 30 MINUTES. INITIALLY I WAS SKETCHY ON WHAT THE QUALITY OF THE REPLACEMENT WOULD BE OVER THE PHONE, BUT AFTER VIEWING THE GLASS AND TEST DRIVING AFTER INSTALLATION I AM BEYOND SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE REPLACEMENT WINDSHIELD.THEY ALSO GAVE ME A LIFETIME WARRANTY ON THE WORKMANSHIP OF THE INSTALLATION.THESE GUYS ARE SUPER LEGIT AND ABOVE THAT... They were very professional and pleasant and worked very fast. My car was broken into today and they were able to fix it the same day. They also vacuumed out the broken glass. We drove from DC and they were happy and eager to help us find the directions to get back home. I would definitely recommend this to anyone I know.
