WARNING - DO NOT go to this Jiffy Lube. I brought my truck in for an oil change 7/30/21. They got the first part right and drained the oil, but they FAILED to put any oil back in as confirmed by multiple technicians at Jiffy Lube. Needless to say my truck is now in need of extensive maintenance due to the damage. Not to mention jeopardizing the longevity of my vehicle due to critical parts not being lubricated because of Jiffy Lubes incompetence.I am currently awaiting word from the district manager on how Jiffy Lube will rectify the problem. After seeing some of these reviews, I only wished I had checked the quality of this branch before trusting them with my vehicle. GO. SOMEWHERE. ELSE! Valvoline Instant Oil Change is a few miles away and their higher standards will serve you and your vehicle better in the long run. Youre welcome.

BEWARE! Do not get your oil change here and warn your friends and families. Due to the incompetence of the employees who shredded a piece of an oil filter into the housing of my car and then spent 2 hours attempting to fish the pieces out I ended up with a $1300 mechanic bill and another $500 on the rental. They gave up after the 2 hours and suggested I take it to auto zone to have them “check it out” despite the fact that my oil light, check engine light and oil pressure light were flashing and dinging. They told me to return from auto zone if it was a problem they had caused (spoiler alert: it WAS a problem they caused) They refuse to take responsibility, I’ve spoken to Mark multiple times and I get the run around. He informed me that it wasn’t their fault, but explain to me how a perfectly working engine that was brought in for a simple oil change magically comes out with serious engine problems? I may never see any of the money. But if I save anyone the hassle and headache that this jiffy lube has caused me, it will have been worth it.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I came here to get my oil changed on 4/16/2021 for the first time because a friend referred me to them. I went there and everything went fine (I guess) and even got a coupon for $10 off my service but after a week I noticed something leaking from the bottom of my car, which I thought was weird but everyone kept telling me it was not oil so 2 1/2 weeks pass and my car started telling me that it needed an oil change again..... they told me my next oil change will be when I hit 22,000+ miles.... but my car is currently still in the late 18,000 mile range.. so I take my car to get checked somewhere else and it turns out that the cap of the oil filter wasn’t tightened at all!!!!! This is something that could have been avoided completely if they would have done their job correctly. I had to spend more money on oil because ALL the oil they had put in my car for $100 was gone in less than a month!! Do not go here. Stick with family owned shops.

The service was fast and extremely professional! Love that I got to stay in my car the whole time. Tire rotation and oil change I was in and out in 30 minutes. Workers had masks on the entire time. Definitely recommend going here for an oil change!

This is the second time I’ve tried out this Jiffy Lube location. The first time I had gone here, the staff was slow to complete my oil change, there was a lot of “dragging their feet” and goofing off talking to eachother instead of focusing on the work. Unprofessional staff. I typically use Jiffy Lube locations to get my oil changed when I do not have the time to do it myself. This was by far the slowest experience I had with a Jiffy Lube; I may have waited 20-30 minutes just to get oil done. Mind you I was the only customer and they had 2 other empty bays. They did not check my tire pressure, clean windows, top off fluids at all on this visit. I ended up going across the street to WaWa to fill my air myself afterwards.I decided to give this location a second chance on 7/6/21 thinking I simply had a bad first experience. Upon this visit, the staff moved quicker and my tire pressure was checked but once again - no window wipe downs, or fluid top offs. I had told two staff members I had a $10 off coupon, but upon checking me out they somehow forgot to apply it and I ended up paying full price. The shop was also not busy at the time, one customer had pulled up as I was leaving. The gentleman (Urkel was the name he gave me when I had asked) explained he could not pull back & apply the coupon since it was already rung through but he was going to go fill out paperwork to send to corporate so they would send me a reimbursement either by mail or email. He said I should hear from corporate in a week or so. Really hoping I was not given a false story as I had read other reviewers also had the same issues with their coupons. Also hoping the name he had given me was legitimate as there was no one named Urkel listed on my paperwork when I did a quick glance. Total bill ended up being around $49. The service I received, combined for both times, do not reflect that value.Unfortunately I do not plan to return to this location for a third try. I feel two bad experiences are enough. I highly recommend better management and training at Jiffy Lube on Sudley Rd.

Came in for a regular oil change, showed coupon for $10 off oil change at checkout, the employee some how forgot to apply the coupon and charged me full price. I would avoid this place, not professional and if they made this error imagine how they will treat your car...

No vacuuming of inside. Had to drive it in myself. (Scary for a girl) Appears to either be a LOT of fear here. Or corporate has a LOT of fear.Look for cbi jiffy lube coupons. Apparently theres one for $10 _always_, bc the guy didnt even need my barcode.Guys working there are nice.

I went to this location for an oil change, the mechanic seemed very polite and knowledgable.He explained that I needed to purchase a piece to keep my oil-filter tight (I paid an additional $10)- They asked if i needed to change my air filter and I decline. I was on my way in 20 minutes. I left the place and started to smell a strong odor (oil) every time the car stopped, so I rolled the window and kept on driving. Few days later, the odor continued (This is my wifes car, she barely drives), while my wife driving, she called me panicking. She said the car is a weird noise, then all lights on the dashboard went off then the car stopped. I rushed there, opened the hood and found out the engine Cap was not where it should be, oil started to leak all over the place. I got the car towed, and I just hired a lawyer to look into this matter.Stay away from this place if you can.

I have a hitch receiver attached to my front underbelly of my truck. The oil pan needs to come off anyway so the hitch can too with the same bolts. Nope, this Jiffy lube didnt want to deal with it. The one in Gainesville does all the time. Lazy

As I sit in the lobby waiting for my oil change to finish, I have to note these guys are great. This experience has been quick and painless. On a Sunday afternoon I’ve been able to get in and out is 40 min. The wonderful gentlemen working on my truck suggested additional maintenance services that didn’t extend the time.I’m so grateful for the service, and feel super secure my car is in good hands

From start to finish My visit today was hassle free and everyone I came in contact with was very pleasant and professional. The lobby waiting area was very clean very nice and comfortable. I will be a customer for a long long time. I was also pleased to see there was a young lady who worked on my vehicle who was very knowledgeable and very kind and informative.

Come here ever 6500 miles to service my work truck they always seem to never find the fleet number, and when asked to replace a simple turn signal they cant do it, always have to be sent to dealer, why i can do it but they cant smh.

Fast service,very knowledgeable on what type of service I needed. Willingness to help in anyway.

The technicians we’re too busy talking with each other and on their phones to get my vehicle out in a timely manner.what should’ve been 20 minutes stop, turned in to a 45 minute cluster...if you like your windows cleaned with an oily rag, pull in to that Jiffy Lube.

Hi,It was not the greatest experience ever.Just needed a battery change.Was sent from one jiffy lube to another because of stock which was understandable.But Lots of waiting time, So bring reading material.And flashing signs to get their attention when pulling in.(Service in DC was much quicker)Probably won’t go there again unless the car happened to stop at that corner.And then I may even push it.

They were able to take care of my brake and front light that was out in no time. I appreciated that because I had things to do that day.Some great guys that work there.

I’m normally skeptical on going to Jiffy Lube for auto service, BUT I’m SO glad I came to this one. Everyone here is extremely kind, polite, and thorough. I got my oil changed in about 20 minutes.TL;DR: Go here for your oil change!

Got to me right away and offered me refreshments in the lobby. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Only spent 20 minutes there with about 7 people in the lobby. Great service!

Went to this Jiffy Lube after leaving another Jiffy Lube due to their lack of attentiveness when I arrived. So I left and found this one which was actually closer to where I lived. I was agitated when I arrived but was soon put at ease by the service representative. I have an 87 Chevrolet Caprice Classic that I had just recently purchased that I wanted to have the engine flushed and a oil change. I was very pleased with the services here and my car ran like brand new after they were complete. These guys were very professional and the environment showed it. Im very hard to please and these guys were great.

They provided me with efficient service but the good news stops there. Over all extremely disappointed. The customer service was the absolute worse. No one walked over to my car to greet me as I pulled up. Several team members looked over but none of them made an effort to come over. I walked all the way inside before a person came up to me, and he was extremely rude to say the least. He made a sarcastic remark when I asked him a question. I complained to the manager but he wasnt very apologetic about the ordeal. He just kinda shrugged it off and said I will talk to him. Very appalling customer service! I will not be coming back to this location.

Timing is everything - get here at the right time and day, youre in and out in 15 mins or less, quick, efficient. Asked them to replace wiper blades, but after cleaning and testing, told me they were fine; they were right and they saved me $40. Now how often does any business related to auto Service NOT take your money?

Had to wait longer then I should have because the only filter they had was missing the gasket. (NO OTHER customers present)Then when they finished and pulled the truck out no one had vacuumed the floor or cleaned the windows.Very average service .

I was very displeased. Several months ago my windshield wipers went out and it was pouring so I went to the Jiffy Lube as it was the closest place to me. They replaced the motor however, the wipers would stop in the middle of the windshield whenever I turned them off. I went back to have them checked when I had family visiting me as I dont have anyone down here to drop me off and pick me up. They told me the motor was bad and I informed them that they were the ones who installed it. They ordered another part and I made an appointment to have them installed. I specifically told the man that I had noone to drop me off and that I was in the process of moving. I made an 8 am appointment and asked how long the service would take and was told 1 hour. I drove a half hour from Fairfax to be told that it would be a while before they could get me in and that there was some special promotion today so they were super busy. What exactly was the point of making an appointment??? When I reminded him of the conversation he said yeah 1 hour once we get started. He told me to be there at 7:20 the following morning. I came back again, it was to take 1 hour. I had an appointment at 11:00 and barely got the car back at 10:35. And guess what?? The wipers still stop in the middle of the windshield when I shut them off. No professionalism and poor service. They dont ever have to worry about me returning again. And I will be writing their corporate office!!

I just tried to get an oil change at this location. I waited a long time- they probably had a system issue.

Update: After finay getting in touch with someone after about 4 months my issue was resolved. This location seems to be addressing and fixing issues so I would give them another chance.One of the worst jiffy lube visits Ive ever had, technicians were rough with vehicles and seemed to not be mentally awake, had difficulty responding to questions and they even knocked my drivers side window out of its track, I heard from management once then never got a call back. AVOID THIS LOCATION!

For $106 and some change, just for a Signature Service oil change and an air filter replacement, I feel like its reasonable to expect the advertised services to be finished. This is the second time Ive gotten back into my vehicle after paying for the Signature Service and there was no effort made to vacuum or clean the windows. Petty as it may sound, I paid $106 for something I could have done myself for probably $30. The price alone is concerning and pretty ridiculous but the fact that they slack on the services I paid for is 100% unacceptable.

Very nice experience!! Just went in for an oil change but they also gave me an inspection and vacuumed the interior of my car!!

My oil change was really fast, which was nice, but that bathroom looked like a horror movie. So, just pee before you go and youre good!

They need to change the word Jiffy to Good Work. I was there for an hour or more. But they were very careful with my car. They did accurate research and provided service as suggested by the manufacturer. My inspection was out of date and that was the only thing they could not take care of.

When I first got there, I was told it would be around 50 minutes because there were only 3 employees. No problem at all. But an hour and half later I was called to pay my bill. Funny how I had to pay my bill when I wasnt even asked what type of oil I wanted. I usually get synthetic blend and this time they didnt put that in and didnt even ask. Usually I go into Jiffy lube, once they pull up the car they call the customer and go over the choices. There were no choices here. Not professional at all.

It is a fairly small location close to Balls Ford Rd. A little cramped and sort of run down on the outside. There is a TV and coffee in the waiting area. The seats are decent comfort wise. Most of the time I get decent service but last time I asked for my tires to be rotated and filled with air (I didnt have a pressure gauge to tell how full they were, all I knew was they were low on air.) They rotated them but forgot to fill the tires with air. I just let it go and did it myself at a local gas station.

I received excellent customer service, I will visit them again.

Watch your change. Visited last week and they grabbed about $10 in quarters out of my door. Also didnt tell me they didnt have my air filter in stock and waited over an hour and a half. My companys fleet will not be returning.

Not the best experience. The wait was too long. I did not get a printed receipt for my credit card transaction or any paperwork. Usually someone will walk you to your car and have a paper copy of the the service to your car. I wont go back to this location. I will try another Jiffy lube.

This place doesnt carry filters for Jeep or semi synthetic oil. They keep forcing you to buy things at higher prices. This isnt convenient or helpful when I can go elsewhere and get the service I want.

Thanks for that.These guys took an hour and 40 min to change my oil and rotate my tires. Clearly bad management and poor lethargic attitude of the employees they didnt even vacuum my car.

The worst service ever. First of all I pulled up and a guy flagged me to park. So I waited in my car for the mechanic to come assist me. Another car pulls up behind me and the mechanic completely skips over me and goes to service the next customer. After greeting that customer and seating him in the waiting room and pulling his car inside then the mechanic comes to me. He immediately noticed the disgruntled look on my face and apologized for skipping me. Then he says that he didn’t see me which was impossible because no one was behind me and I was just flagged to park. So he takes my key, my son and I get out of the car. He calls me over to quote me a price on a oil change. He assumed that I wanted something that I didn’t ask for nor did he give me a chance to tell him. After being quoted $75, I told him that is not the service I wanted and we corrected the situation. Once we got into the waiting area the service didn’t take long maybe 10 minutes. So, once I got home I realize that they didn’t reset my oil life as usual, my fluids were not topped off, and now I have warning light pop up in my car that have never been on. Traction assist and power steering fluid warnings were on. So I look under my car and I have a puddle of fluid on the ground. I guess that was my power steering fluid. Smh. Now my car is at the ford dealership getting diagnosed for problems that occurred after this poor service. Needless to say that I don’t recommend anyone patronizing this location on Sudley road in Manassas. A $50 oil change is now costing me hundreds of dollars because of this poor service.

I am disappointed in todays service. As a customer of Jiffy Lube, I have come knowledgeable of the thorough process taken to identify additional services - cabin filter replacement, air filter replacement, etc.. Today, i was only asked about an oil change and a few other simple services. At no time were any of the filters reviewed or inspected.I did request for an additional service - tire rotation. This is in part because my vehicle warning system indicated low tire pressure. In the process of making payment, the technician acknowledged the air was increased to 35 PSI. As I pulled from the service center, my warning light remained active.I took the vehicle to a local BJs fuel station to put air. I found the following PSI ratings: 29, 31, 34, and 35. It was clear that no attempt was made to put air pressure into the tires - an item under the signature service. Once filled with 35 PSI, I left BJs with the warning light disappearing. It was clear air was needed.I am thoroughly disappointed in my visit and will not return. The staff betrayed my trust today.

Oil change and excellent service to boot. Even refilled my coolant.

This Jiffy Lube is bad. Their staff are untrained and cant perform a simple tire rotation and tire check. It took them 1 1/2 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation. I left there with a tire that was still low, just in the front instead of the back. I wont be back.

Horrible. Just horrible. Guy rang me out as someone else’s oil change. Then calls and says I “HAVE” to come back in to void the old charge and pay the original. Well it never got refunded so now they say I have to come back again because there’s no manager today. Three trips for one over priced oil change. And I’m out 50$ until I can actually talk to someone of authority. So done with jiffy lube. I never want to go back again

Not helpful at all! They wont do any brake work if you dont get a total replacement done by them. 0 out of 10 do not give them any service. I love going to the jiffy live in leesburg but this shop has ruined my jiffy lube experience

Recently visited to get an oil change for mothers vehicle. Everything went smoothly. The guys there were polite enough and I was out of there in 10-15 minutes. At check out, I asked the associate if they had topped up all the fluids as a part of Signature Oil Service. He said yes. I again inquired about the coolant fluid in specific saying that I dont want my car radiator to break since summer is about to start but he assured me that they topped up everything. For some reason, I felt like checking the radiator coolant fluid. I popped the hood infront of them and to my absolute surprize, the coolant fluid reservoir was completely empty. I confronted and the guy apologized and told me they havent topped up the windshield washer fluid either because their pump was broken.I would recommend checking your vehicle before leaving to see if they actually did what they said they would do. I am still surprized that they would lie like that. Essential fluids are critical to a proper running vehicle. I may not return to this Jiffy Lube again.

I have had mixed experiences here. They did inform me of a problem they couldnt fix and didnt charge me for the information or time inspecting the issue, but on the other hand they didnt tighten down a few bolts and caused several hundred dollars worth of damage. I wont be back.

This place locked my car in their facility w/o explaination. The two workers that remained that should have assist were clueless or just wouldn’t help even though I explain to them I was from out of town because it was closing time. I had to spend 100 dollars to go back to my hotel. I was under the impression the branch maintained my number in their system, yet I received no phone call. Now w/the negative reviews I have read I worry my car will not make the journey back to my hometown. Stay tuned...

I didn’t realize it until I got home but according to the receipt, the deal was supposed to include several things such as light vacuuming of the floors. These items were marked “complete” on the receipt but they were not completed at all. Be sure to read the receipt and verify the work before paying.
