Since I drive a company/fleet vehicle & have for many years, I’ve been to a multitude of Jiffy Lubes across the state & this was BY A LANDSLIDE one of the very best! Although they were busy & it was a super hot day, they were super quick, efficient & the main guy who checked me out was AMAZINGLY polite, courteous, professional & just all around wonderful. Would be willing to visit this location again & again in the future just because of the service I received. Thanks for the quality care, it truly is appreciated!

Thank you Doug. I needed oil change, decided to stop on way home. Service was quick & efficient. Doug, the manager, was professional, explained what they did & reminded me to stop by anytime I need the oil, or other fluids or tires checked.I am so happy I stopped there.I returned the following Monday to have them look at my front wheel. Once again, so professional. They took both front wheels off, showed me & explained the situation. I did not need tire balancing I thought was causing my problem.I needed to replace at least one front caliper. My new brakes of just under three months were ruined. This was an unfortunate situation as it is also pricy. Doug showed me the price if they did the job. But since they were new brakes, Doug suggested I return to the in place I got them to see if they were under warranty before I had them do the work.Yes jiffy lube does more than oil !I have heard things about jiffy lube, even thought they were expensive but once you get a coupon and they not only changed your oil, check & top of all Fluids & vacuum car, its a deal if you ask me.THIS Jiffy Lube will definitely be my go to in he future! I actually stop next store embassy car wash I have their unlimited plan for car washes him they miss the windows this time they were not very well clean the rest of the top car was OK a 2 well done. Help is always friendly and services quick

Went in for Dionne weird transmission issues. Troy took the time to check things or thoroughly, explain them to me (a car n00b), and fill my fluid back up - all with a gracious smile. These guys are AWESOME. 10/10 Customer Service.

I get so tired of upselling! Has anyone EVER gone there and NOT needed a new air filter and tire rotation? And even if I did need a new air filter, I could do it myself in five minutes for 10 percent of what they would charge. For someone not knowing better, it might be useful to have a new filter every 3000 to 5000 miles. But even at 1000 miles, any air filter will be slightly off color from use, and there will still be the recommendation to replace it. Id be happy if they just completed all of the process steps in changing the oil. Went there yesterday, and this morning had a small puddle of oil under my car in the garage. Apparently, this was from not cleaning up oil spillage, and it dripped from outside the engine. Earlier, as I was leaving the facility right after the oil change, I start my engine and the change engine oil light comes on. They forgot to reset the timer! Im sure theres a process somewhere. Just follow all of the steps!

The service team was great and very personable. They were very transparent with my vehicles issues and allowed me to see firsthand. Also, they didn’t try to sell me on more than what I needed. They even took me to my house, once I dropped my Jeep off, since my car had to leave it overnight.

I was impressed with the good service, the technician Mr.Juan, who answered my phone call was clear and patient to explain the service and cost of the job to be done. When I arrived(weekday at 11am) they took care of the oil change immediatelly and checked the fluids.Excellent service, great team work, they were focused in doing a good job. Luis and his team of Jiffy Lube in Manassas (Centreville Rd) were wonderful! I needed a full brake job and battery. After leaving with my new brakes an issue occurred on my way home. After calling Luis off the side of the road, he instructed me to come immediately back to inspect. The issue was resolved and fixed. I will be making this location my go to for all of my car care needs. This is one of the few locations that provide COMPLETE Auto Care.

Always fairly fast service. Staff is knowledgeable and the girl who helped me was extremely friendly. I appreciated the time she took with me recommending and pointing out things that needed servicing. I felt no pressure to buy anything extra. Based on the lack of pressure I definitely spent more money there instead of going to a dealership to listen to the high pressure sales there.This was a great experience and my 2nd time to this location. I received a coupon in the mail with my reminder for the oil change.Thanks for everything and give that girl a raise!👍

We came in, not for an oil change (although we did have one done), but because we were having SERIOUS trouble with our radiator. They found that our radiator was leaking horribly, but instead of selling us some expensive service, they filled the radiator, filled up a couple jugs of coolant for us, and said we should be good to get to our service station, about 8 miles away. What they did for us got us safely home, and their concern for us was heartwarming. I use this Jiffy Lube regularly, and things like this are the reason!

I love Jiffy Lube as a whole but this particular location . . Nothing but honest, respectful, professional and displayed fast and accurate service . . Hard to find these days but thank you for all that you do!!

This is the best experience I have had at a Jiffy Lube in this area. I received over the top customer service, hospitality, and quality, fast-paced work on my vehicle. They took the time to answer any and all questions I had very respectfully with genuine care. This Jiffy Lube location will have my customer loyalty as long as I live in the area.

Service is pretty quick, but always feels like they are trying to rob me. Someone shows you a dusty air filter with no context like its bad or hoping you pick to replace it whether you need it or not. Same with tire rotations. Still go there Everytime for the oil change, but not something I look forward to.

New to the Manassas area & was looking to get an oil change after I got off work. All of the gentlemen there were helpful and I was there about 10 minutes, shortest time I have ever spent getting an oil change. Happily surprised that they vacuumed the floor of my car, topped off fluids in my car & filled all of my tires. The only reason a 4/5 star is because at the end of it I paid $70+ for an oil change & a filter replacement....kind of ridiculous in my opinion, but I also should have done more looking around before making a decision on where to go. Great atmosphere and great service over all!

This is my second time here. First time was good. This time went in for an ole change, they were so rude and unprofessional. They didn’t wash my windows which was supposed to be included in the oil change deal. They again for the second time tried telling me I needed an air filter change. I just had it done a month ago at the dealership. They always try to tell you that you need this, this and this. NO I wanted just an oil change. I was in my car the whole time they did the oil change which was weird. I could of stayed outside when they were doing it. I usually go to another place to get my oil change and my total is always $24, here I paid $41. They also marked on my paper I need more oil changes? What? I religiously get my oil changed before it’s due. I won’t be returning here

Went into Jiffy Lube to get my flat tire patched.They told me it wasnt repairable and I needed to purchase new tires. $111 a tire and it would take an hour and that all of my tires werent looking good.The tire not being able to be patched sounded odd to me. Told them Id just put my spare on and didnt have time to wait. 1 hour for new tires became 30. I said no thanks again.They were kind enough to not charge me for putting my spare on. And said theyd look forward to seeing me later to get new tires.Went to a local mechanic next to my home for a second opinion. 25 dollars later my tire is patched and the mechanic said nothing was wrong with my other tires. They also said it’s a normal spot to repair.I don’t appreciate the dishonesty of this jiffy lube location.

Very professional and courteous staff. Everything went smooth and no haggling for upsales. My only concern is the check engine light is now lit up on my dash. I will make an effort to return to overlook this once I get off of work and the snow clears up. Thanks!

I have used this Jiffy Lube location many times for oil changes and such. Yesterday I brought in a car to spruce it up before selling. I got an oil change and brought in headlights that I couldnt install myself. They charged me $15 per headlight to replace them. I was ok with that because they are a pain. I was also told I needed license plate lights replaced or Id get a ticket. The attendant also vaguely said I had other lights out. I declined because I can install the smaller lights myself. Got home, one headlight wasnt working because it WASNT PLUGGED IN! Also the license plate lights are fine as are the rest of my lights (turn signal, brake, etc.). For the first time I feel like I got swindled at this location and I will not be returning.

Other than not resetting the electronic “oil change needed” message on my dash (which I have no idea how to do), they are great! Very courteous and always use my coupons and any discounts they can offer up.

I found the service to be efficient and professional. The Jiffy Lube Team changed my engine oil, filter and rotated my tires in a short period of time. They also wiped down the exterior windows of my utility vehicle. I will continue using them for future engine/differential/transmission oil changes. Thanks for your good service.

I will not return to this location. Your techs think they are slick. I didnt say anything but only the driver side got vacuumed and my old oil filter was reused. I saw the guy pick my old filter up and walk away with it, washed it out, and gave it back to the person underneath my car. I will let people know how you guys rip people off

Jiffy Lube is a quick job getting me in and out for an oil change. Their prices are a little high, but I tend to do my own service, saving tons of $$$. Services they offered made sense, but I declined all. They even offered to clean my K&N filter.

Luis the Asst. Manager immediately saw my U.S. Marine Corps baseball cap walked up to me thanked me for my service to the Country. Informed me since Jiffy Lube was giving Veterans half off today, there would be appx 25 minute wait. The wait was only 10 minutes. I had a great experience, but I always have for the last 15 years. The employees of the Centreville Rd Jiffy Lube are always accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. My last vehicle service at this Jiffy Lube included an oil change and headlight restoration. They showed me the before and after of my headlights, which was an incredible difference. They have a one year warrenty on the restoration as well, and allow you to come back within the year if you notice any degrading in the quality of the headlights. This location is my go-to!

I had all my scheduled fluids and filters changed there this time along with a tire rotation. Their inspection while rotating the tires found that I had a nail in one, which they were able to fix. I was planning a trip of several hundred miles the following day and it could have been a very bad situation if they hadnt discovered the problem and corrected it. Five stars

So everyone was really polite at this location and they made some suggestions on other things that will be beneficial for my cars maintenance however on this visit I really just needed an oil change and I was considering a tune-up what I was not able to do that at the time so I did select an oil change an air filter they finished on time and I was able to pick my car up just before they were closing however when dropping my car off I did not have a check engine light on but when picking my car up I did so I will be following up with them today I dont live in this area so hopefully another location closer to me in Richmond would be able to further assist not giving any thumbs down but definitely wondering what happened with this air filter and oil change but again I will say everyone was most helpful and the price was not bad at all

I wanted to give 3 stars but I’m not going to let one bad apple spoil the bunch. I usually love the service here but there is one gentleman that needs to fake some happiness. He lacks people skills and you can tell he could care less about people there. There are several others that I like but I’m done coming here.. he seems bothered, gives no eye contact... pretty terse.

The team works really great and everyone helps each other, they make sure you have been informed about everything that is going on with your car. And you don’t have to worry about timing because they make sure they do everything without taking forever.

The best description in one word would be cold The rep seemed disinterested bored and slightly annoyed. It was quick I can give them that. But I had a weird feeling an uncomfortable feeling and I was glad when It was overPlus coupon didnt work although I entered Manassas to get the coupon in the first place. This must be a company trick to get you in.All in all I felt very dismissed. If I can help it I will not be returning. They get two stars because it was quick but Im inclined to check my oil to see if they even put some in there.

I went in for an oil change and I have never had a problem at Jiffy Lube, but this time once I got in my car to leave I was sceptical because the mileage that they had on my paperwork and what was actually on my car was miles apart. The gentleman at Jiffy Lube reassured me that it was just an oversight and that my oil was actually changed. This made me feel a little better! I just dont see how you put down 58,000 miles when my car has 78,683 miles on it.

The work they did was good. Busy Saturday morning and the place was packed and a little slow. Downer is the price. I always bring my own oil and filter and they only knock $4 off for not using theirs, which to me is gouging. I go there and it’s ok, but not the greatest place there is.

I have used Jiffy Lube for many years and always happy with the service, but moved to Manassas a few years ago and started using the location at 8786 Centreville Road . Now my experience has been awesome with the signature service and being assisted by the service manager named Doug working in the service bays who answered all my questions and seemed to go the extra mile to make sure I was completely happy and addressed all repairs I needed on my aging 2009 Saturn Vue with over 200,000 miles on it. Thanks so much Doug and will see you again in 5,000 or so miles .
