Love Bree and the current store manager. They run this store very well and have a lot of grace when it comes to some of the customers who come to this store. I can always find what Im looking for and then some.

Bri it’s so amazing. I kind of did a hair boo-boo, and I needed guidance really bad and she literally told me exactly what to get and what product does exactly what. She literally walked me through step-by-step. She also told me I can call the store anytime till closing and she can help guide me again. She is so awesome and I have not seen customer service like this in a very long time. Keep it up!

Jacob was very helpful and was quick to greet me as I came in! He recommended products that I was looking for and they definitely did the job. The store itself was clean and organized, I would definitely recommend this location for anyone in search of beauty products.

I’ve never had an issue with customer care! Anytime I’ve ever gone in the ladies always say hello and ask if I need help. Last time I went in which was 2/28/2020 I bought highlighting caps and even ask if I could wash my hands and the lady was nice to let me use their private bathroom. Most places would of said no sorry we don’t have a restroom. Just saying my experience has always been good.

I’ve been there three times and I’ll never go back. The first two times I was completely ignored and when I went to the register to checkout ignored again and the lady started talking to the person behind me when I was trying to talk. The third time I was harassed by all 3 employees for simply walking in bc I did not have a mask I had accidentally forgot it and was treated like I was a walking disease I literally needed one thing and would have been in and out in under 3 minutes. They were all incredibly harsh and said get out and I was as polite as could be. If I could give zero stars I would. Rude and disrespectful ppl. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

I went to Sally on Manassas yesterday to buy some products, not only they kept their line busy, but wouldnt not even answer a simple question over the glass door. I have never experienced such bad customer service, very rude people and obviously they dont want to work, they should get new management and people in that location. I cant stand this location, Ive only been there a few occasions and I dread it each time. Again avoid this place if you can. This shouldnt happen when paying for a service

It sucks calling any business and having them ignore you. They have good products but costumer service is terrible.

The prices online and the ones at the store are completely different. Double priced at the store.

While the area it is in is a little run down, its across/near the Manassas Mall there. The inside is very clean and well taken care of. The lady that helped me out was very kind and seemed very knowledgable based on me (the dude) going in there to find something for my gal. Would definitely return to do more shopping as all area were met successfully.

Needed one product and knew I would be arriving right at closing. I called ahead, and the girl who answered the phone said that she would wait for me. Store closed at 6. I arrived at 6:02, doors locked, lights off, and the salesgirl turned away from me when I knocked. I dont appreciate lies or rudeness. Will NOT be returning to this location.

WORSE SALLY BEAUTY STORE Ive ever been in and will never go back! Loud Spanish rap music with foul language ( such as; muther$#@! was playing on store system, cashiers spoke in Spanish having a conversation with each other while waiting on me and periodically would look at me and then continue to speak in Spanish which slowed down her ringing up my 2 items. I felt extremely uncomfortable and out of place!!Unless you want to be treated as if you are a foreigner yourself living in Virginia dont bother to go to this location.

Its 9:13 on a Saturday morning and the hours are 9am - 9pm and the have not opened. Very inconvenient because I work out of state, and cant wait and will not be back in town till 930pm.

11:15am Sunday and they are not open even though their hours say theyre supposed to be.
