My well tank rusted out and I had somewhat of an idea where to go. Boy was I right, they gave me everything I needed in one visit with a smile. Great counter people!!!

Went to return previously purchased items and was treated rudely by a lady who says they may not have time to return my items. After being in the store for over twenty minutes she comes out and tells me I need to go outside now because I wasnt wearing a face mask. After a watched them ring up other customers who where also not wearing a mask. Will not be using Ferguson anymore not a fan of there customer service.

The woman who works at the front desk is extremely unknowledgable about plumbing or anything related. Messed up my companies order multiple times. You can tell multiple people working here were family hires. Not qualified.
