Purchased the wallflowers and came home to plug them in (a total of 5). My family and I left and came back and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by almost a gas smell. We couldn’t find what it was until my husband took one out of the wall and said smell this. Sure enough it was the wallflower. I unplugged all of them and opened the windows. About an hour later the smell was completely gone. I won’t be using these anymore

The store smelled amazing as always. There was an associate immediately available for help. The store was organized and well stocked even though they did not have what I went in for but offered alternatives and suggested to check online for my exact product.We did not end up buying anything in store so I cannot comment on the check-out process.

I came here the other day to buy some room sprays. I highly recommend you joining their mailing list so you can get coupons in the mail. Their coupons usually come with a free item coupon. They sell everything from lotions, hand soaps, body sprays and more. I highly recommend this place. The staff are always so friendly and very knowledgeable. And the store always smells good and clean.

I usually shop at this store, but I don’t think I’ll ever come back (at least during the day time). The associates there were overly aggressive in offering me help (obviously trying to make a sale). When I went to the register it seems they were trying to overcharge me for items that didn’t seem to add up correctly. Very fishy.

Staff is always friendly and ready to answer any questions you might have.

Today I went to shop at this store and a middle aged woman kept following my friend and me and asked us more on more than four different occasions if we needed help. Each time we had said no, and that we simply wanted to explore the store to see what products they offered. However, she was constantly staring at us while asking us again and again ... making our shopping experience uncomfortable. I dont know whether to take interpret this as some form of prejudice perhaps thinking maybe we wanted to steal something? They must teach their workers to do their job without maligning the experience of their customers. I will never buy from that store again.

My boyfriend and I came into the store and were immediately greeted by the most wonderful associate I’ve ever encountered in any retail business. Towandra was so pleasant, funny, engaging, and knows how to drive a sale home. She even delighted in my weirdness in combining scents of candles! Such a wonderful experience that made me even happier upon leaving. I won’t forget this for a long time coming!!!

Its always a great day to walk into Bath and Body Works when there is a good sale. The scents are so good. Some of them are classics that never get old. Its hard to come out of there empty handed.

I love this place but it is a bit pricey. The scrub does not work that well but it smells good. I would recommend any hand soap or lotion.

Wife and I love to get new smells from time to time. Place is consistent with organization, but the staff sometimes seem distant and only ready to help out when you check out.
