I went in for my very first body waxing experience and was welcomed by the receptionist Nadiya who very personable helped ease my nerves. Brittany took her time and talked me through my Brazilian wax each step of the way. I had a great first experience and I’ll definitely be back!

My appointment got rescheduled after I showed up on time and then was reassured that the different person I would be with would listen to my concerns. She did not and instead did too large of an area at a time and broke all my hair at the skin instead of pulling it out by the root. Ive been tweezing for over a week to get the result I wanted. The technique was very poor. It was also more painful than any other time Ive had a wax.

I visited this location for the first time today; also my first time using a European Wax Center. I was so pleased with the inviting nature of the staff I interacted with and their overall professionalism. Especially from my specialist- Tatiyana. She was just outright a phenomenal expert and I greatly appreciate her expertise on after care. I will always highly recommend this location to all my friends and family.

First time getting waxed here and I was so incredibly impressed by my waxer, Tatiyana. From the time I arrived I was greeted by the front desk associate, to being ushered into my room everyone was so friendly. Tatiyana did such a good job explaining what she was doing and easing my fears as a ‘first timer’. Great experience and will definitely be back!

GO TO TATIYANA!!!! You’ll feel pain of course while getting it done but it’s not nearly as bad as I’ve felt with other people and she takes her time and makes sure she get everything. I used to have pain and throbbing after getting my wax done by other people and that doesn’t happen anymore. Trust me you won’t be disappointed!!!

I usually go to the one in Fairfax but had the opportunity to go to Manassas one. The store is clean as expected from all European wax center. I love that they are taking serious preventative measures against Covid such as taking your temperature and providing sanitized pen for customers. Everyone is always nice and attentive of their customers.

I decided to see Tatiyana for eyebrows and brazilian after reading some great reviews about her, and she did not disappoint. She is a perfectionist, which I really appreciate. I am very particular about my eyebrows, so I was nervous to see someone new. Tatiyana listened to my concerns and my eyebrow goals and they turned out great. I will definitely be returning to her!

This was my first time ever getting a Brazilian, but my wax specialist Tatiyana was WONDERFUL! She talked me through everything and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She even recommended some products to use to make sure the wax lasted as long as possible. The reception area and the waxing suite were kept very neat and clean with an easy check in and rebooking process for my next appointment. I would definitely recommend Tatiyana for your waxing needs! Ive been coming for 3 yrs. The wax is really great. Makes it almost fool proof for most of the technicians. Some really feel untrained but again the wax is so high quality it makes up for it, in my opinion. Also very fast. A Brazilian at other places could go on for an hour. Ugh! They typically get it done in 25 minutes or less...clean and respectful. Id recommend trying them out.Update- this place is truly wonderful. I had an appointment today, post-shutdown, and found them to be exceptional with their appointment policy and hygiene procedure. Most comfortable experience in public- the grocery stores make me uneasy- but not here. Excellent job in a tough time.

Got to experience my first Brazilian wax yesterday! My friend who recommended this place set me up with her girl Tasha. I was in and out within about 15 minutes. Tasha was very friendly, and professional. I was not sure how I was going to feel about stripping from the waist down in front of a stranger who was not my gyno, but much to my surprise I felt at ease. Hardly any pain considering I walked in with quite the full canvas. Office is clean, the front staff was informative and friendly as well. Already have booked my next appointment. Highly recommend!

Tatiyana is who you want as your specialist. I saw so many good reviews about her and thought to give her a try. I have been to other EWC in Fairfax, they were alright, felt very ordinary and made my visit a bit longer than needed to be. My experience entirely with EWC on Sudley Rd. been Great! Not much pain, Tatiyana was always comforting me, when she realized my discomfort. She gave me some tips about makeup which I very much appreciated. Overall, Tatiyana is your Go To Specialist for sure!

I got a Brazilian done by Tasha. It was a little painful which is to be expected especially since I’m a first timer. Tasha was amazing ! I really liked that she was quick, clean and very professional. I already made an appointment to go back again!

I started going to this location almost three years ago and haven’t had a bad experience yet. I was a regular of Gabrielle’s then of Kayla’s and now Tatiyana is my go-to specialist. All the staff is extremely knowledgeable and super sweet. Pricing is also VERY reasonable.Edit: 08/07/2020 - Today was my first bad experience with EWC. I have been a client for years now starting at the Fair Lakes location and now at the Manassas location. This morning I had called multiple times AFTER 9:00 am and had left a message stating I would not be able to make my morning appointment due to a medical emergency. After my appointment time I had received a call stating I missed my appointment and when I brought up I had left a message after opening time the receptionist gave a huge amount of attitude and said I just checked the voice mail and there was nothing there. She had stated this multiple times, and continued to be extremely defensive on the phone. Clearly she was late for her shift (which is common of some receptionists at this location). I have been a loyal customer and was just stating the truth only to be attacked. This receptionist needs to be retrained.

Kayla is great. First time getting waxed and it wasnt uncomfortable or very painful. In and out in about thirty minutes.

They are not open during the open times stated in door an website. Their voicemail is full, so one is unable to leave a message. And they rarely have time for walk-ins although the advertise it. Waxing is good.
