I did a lot of research after having a terrible experience with another water delivery company in the area. I was looking to get water delivered to our office that was natural spring water with no added fluoride. I spoke in depth through email with Annette who was timely with her responses and answered thoroughly. I was even provided with a water report when I requested it. Our first cooler they brought had an issue that they remedied right away when prompted to the issue. Since then, they have worked with our office hours for deliveries and the delivery guys are always super nice. The come right in and replace the empty bottles in a back closet without a word from us here, which is great when we are up here taking care of patients. Not to mention, the water is great. I am keeping them in mind for water delivery to my own home in the future.

Great water. Did a family blind taste test with three brands before placing our first order and we all picked Almost Heaven. That was 10 years ago and have been happy with them and their service ever since. Its too bad they have such a small market share since they have the best tasting water out there..

Great company---never had any trouble with them before, and let me tell you...their water really does taste good! Its a shame that this is such a small company, otherwise it should be getting much more recognition! Definitely recommended.

This company provides water for my workplace, and I am disappointed in their lack of interest in the health of their customers. We had an incident where one of our water coolers was dispensing water with visible bacterial matter in it, and all they did was flush the cooler and tell us it was fine. It was not fine, several employees became ill, and the bacterial matter reappeared in a week. Only then did they provide a new water cooler - which itself took over a week. Terrible customer service. Do not recommend.

I ordered water for my grandmother because I have moved out of the area. She became very ill and spent 2 weeks recovering in the hospital. Upon arriving home we noticed visible Bacterial matter floating in the water. We were very disgusted and displeased. We contacted Almost Heaven Water also know as Virginia water conditioning corporation and they delivered a refurbished cooler and water. Not only did the cooler leak all over here hardwood floors the new water they delivered went bad after a week with visible bacterial matter. How can a company knowingly sell fungus water. Sad. I rather deal with deer park sucky customer service over dangerous water. I also know of a company that canceled services

Almost Heaven Water refuses to repay deposit on water bottles and has accused my wife of stealing the water bottles. When asking to speak to the manager or owner on the phone they hung up on my wife. This is awful treatment of customers. I bought 5-gallon jugs of water from the Almost Heaven office in Manassas many times for years and am STUNNED that they would accuse me of scamming or stealing bottles? What for?
