We were there at NVS to view their show room, and were greeted by a lady. She gave us a brief direction of what they have. We spent about 15 minutes around the show room, and I was waiting by the counter trying to ask further question. I believe a store manager and the lady were entertaining an older couple of their product. They saw me waiting by the counter but didnt approach me. The lady was just standing there by the manager.I was standing there by the counter for more than 5 minutes, and about 20 Ft away from them. I had eye contact with them so they are aware of me standing by the counter. We felt been mistreated and left the showroom. If youre Caucasian and retired, you would get a world class treatment.

We were headed to the showroom today, Saturday, as it said you were open until 5. On our way Google said you would be closed by the time we got there at 2:10. We drove for forty mins. What a waste

Awesome design staff. We kind of didnt know where to start when it came to adding an addition to our home and remodeling our dated master bathroom, but the design team at NVS did a stellar job finding us the look we wanted and within our budget. From figuring out where we could save money and put that money towards other things like upgraded cabinetry, Im not sure how we could have done it without Dawn Parker. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!

My grandmother got her kitchen redone about 2 years ago and went with NVS Kitchen and Bath. It could have been hectic after she added remodeling all her bathrooms at the same time, but they did a really great job keeping the job site organized and clean.The end results have been great. Weve thoroughly enjoyed the remodel every Christmas and Thanksgiving for 2 years now. You really dont know how much difference a remodel is going to make until you get a chance to enjoy the remodel, sitting down, eating dinner, and enjoying being able to actually *see* your food (lighting is oh so important).Thanks to NVS for making my grandmothers home her dream home. Ill be calling soon once I move into my new condo!

I didnt end up remodeling my home (we decided on moving over remodeling), but I did stop by one of their remodeling seminars. Helped me make a better decision about should we remodel or not. They were very helpful and I didnt feel sold to. Had we ended up remodeling, I feel like they would have been a good company to go with.

NVS did an excellent job remodeling my kitchen. The entire kitchen was demolished and they built a beautiful kitchen that I will forever enjoy. The entire crew was professional, experienced, responsible and trustworthy. They stuck to there dates of the project and showed up everyday for work on time.

After meeting with several companies to handle our kitchen remodel overhaul, we couldnt have been happier with the results from NVS. From start to finish, the process was fun, fast and painless! Burke Kitchen Remodeling, Bathroom Remodeling, and Powder Rooms - I got the full treatment from the team at NVS. We had them remodel my kitchen first - it was like a bad movie from the 80s, but the designer Alison did a great job designing. John Monteith was the lead carpenter and did a good job of keeping me informed. They were clean and any issues I had were addressed promptly. Ive needed a repair on a cabinet since the kitchens been finished but they were quick to fix it at no cost to me.

NVS is a fantastic company! We looked at six companies and met with three before selecting them for our project. The project included renovating and adding an addition to the kitchen, and renovating three bathrooms: the master and hall baths and the powder room. Also, the wood flooring was refinished throughout and new windows were installed. This three-month project went very smoothly and we had amazing interest and day-to-day support from the company’s executives and owner. Plus, the NVS model is to keep an NVS lead on the job-site at all times providing a single point of contact to work with. NVS was very accommodating during the design process and worked with us to get what we wanted in a beautiful design. All changes during the project were handled quickly and always to our satisfaction. I can say with absolute confidence the most critical ingredient to a successful remodeling project is the selection of your prime contractor and the people who make up NVS are absolutely top-notch, they care, they will take an active interest in your project and in helping YOU get what YOU want! They have my highest recommendation.

Happy with our new kitchen. There were some punch list items that needed addressing, but they were quick to come back and fix everything. Did like the fact that the owner of the company was involved throughout the process.

This company was the best! After having a bad experience with a prior contractor, I was apprehensive about going forward with our project - but Glen Miracle and his team could not have been better. The project from the start was done professional; on time; and under budget. All of our questions were answered promptly and the work was held to a high standard. We are thrilled with the end product.

NVS remodeled our Kitchen several years ago. They were the first company we went to for an estimate to remodel the master bath. We decided to go with them again and were not disappointed. The tradesmen were all skilled professionals and any questions we had were quickly answered. Neither project was more disruptive than ir needed to be and the results were outstanding.

I just LOVE the people here.We originally saw NVS as the Dulles Home Show the had this past fall. They had done the kitchen in the design home and it was just beautiful. I was speechless!I went over and met them and they were just so nice. I talked with Glen and Chris and was invited to their seminar they had at their offices and was blown away by how knowledgeable everyone was.I cant wait to start my new kitchen!!!

Hired NVS to finish my basement. They finished the flooring and put drywall up. Really added some usable square footage onto the home - only wish wed done it a year ago. The subs they use are very professional..

Yeah - so I dont live in Northern Virginia, so hiring a Northern Virginia remodeling company to build my kitchen in Minnesota wasnt going to happen. But the better half wanted to check out some kitchen showrooms while we were visiting family, so we set off to stop in every remodeling showroom we could find. Yeah - I felt terrible walking into a kitchen and bath showroom I wasnt going to buy from - but Ive gotta say, the team at NVS didnt mind at all. In fact, a designer answered all the wifes questions despite the fact they knew they wouldnt make a buck off of us. Really impressed by companies who look after customers before looking at the bottom line. While I cant speak on their remodeling abilities, I can speak on their customer service. 5 stars.

I had NVS Kitchen and Bath redo my 35-year-old kitchen. While I did not want to change the layout too much, there was a built-in desk area I no longer wanted. Designer Alison Martin came up with a plan to utilize the space more effectively. The new pullout pantry makes organizing so easy.The Dura Supreme cherry cabinetry I chose is just beautiful and warm. I admire it every day and now cant believe I lived with my old cupboards for so many years. Other than the cabinets, my favorite part of the kitchen is the flooring. The DuraCeramic floor turned out so nice and compliments the cabinet color.Everyone I dealt with at NVS was incredibly accommodating and professional. I would recommend them.
