Customer service was great Desire is a funny guy. He is one of those guys Ill give my car keys to and just trust.. Ill definitely spend more money with him. Shorty had my car hitting. All the wires are tucked perfectly, bass knob is in an easy to reach spot. No rattle like all the other shops give you on an install. A1

Johnny is a scam artist with a great salesman pitch. I spent over 8k in this place just for all of the body work to fall off and the paint fade.... not even a full year... cant get him to answer the phone and he has been avoiding our conversation.... No issues with the wheels, tire and alarm system sold to me by Chris... everything Johnny did for me has fallen apart... avoid at all cost!!!

I have been going to EP for years for remote starts, head units, speakers, subs, etc. They have always done me right. Recently i just had a remote start and amp and sub installed in my Ram 1500 Quad Cab. Being that i already had a jl 13tw5 shallow sub and no one makes a box to fit my truck with the jl sub, i needed to get a custom box built. I went in and talked to Chris about getting my amp and sub installed and having the box built. When he first gave me the price (even after hooking me up), i was a little taken back, but he explained all the work and hours that go into it. He brought out Omar, who builds the boxes, and he also explained everything to me. They even showed me pictures of examples of his work. Omar and Chris both came out to my vehicle to look and see if it would fit and they had enough space to make the ported box work. I did not get anything fancy, but you get what you pay for! It looks and sounds great, and i couldnt be happier. Chis and Omar are awesome guys who go the extra mile to make sure youre happy. Thanks EP!

All, I didnt write any feedback to any company so far. But this is the first time I am writing this feedback to this store. I bought Unavi Car play system for my Infinity QX60. I went to this store for installation. The manager said, hourly price is $150 and it will not take more than 2 hours. So he charged $320 (incl taxes) upfront before starting the work. I asked them to see installation videos (very good videos provided by Unavi). He said ok. After one hour, I asked him how the work is going. He said, technician is working. After 2 hours, technician came and said, he is not understanding the videos. Then I went and shown videos (it seems he never watched the videos till that time. But he removed the dvd player system from dashboard) He started to watching videos and told to manager, he need additional 2.5 hours for installing the system. Means another $425 he needs to install that. I already paid $320, but additionally he want $425. I said no and asked them to cancel my installation. But he didnt refund my $320 as he said, technician labor will not refund. Be careful guys before going to this shop, think twice.

I got my sound system installed at another shop and it just didn’t seem like it was putting out its full potential. I called these guys and asked if they could help out and they told me to come right in, no appointment needed. They tuned my system and let me tell you... it sounds AMAZING! Johnny and his team are so professional and thorough. They really listen to what you are saying and make sure you leave their shop sounding the best. 10/10 shop, I will definitely be returning!

These guys has me drive in 2 hours worth of traffic and wanted to charge me $200 for 2 spacers for my speakers.Originally I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Jose and he was very pleasant to speak with. When I I arrived Jose was interrupted by the ownerer and did not let him speak..The owner of the shop was very rude and disgruntle... especially when I told him he is charging 3x the amount other shops charge.

The fellow there is friendly and funny. He did great with what we wanted for the radio. Were thankful for his recommendation to Columbus Grill for us to have lunch while we were waiting for the installation to get done. We were happy they were able to get us a good radio and install it for us in one trip as we drove over a hour to get there. Great job guys.

After having a previous bad experience at another local shop, my boyfriend and I decided to pop into EP for some guidance. Let me tell you, we were NOT let down! Johnny and his team have became lifelong friends and we are now lifelong customers. (I’ve personally conversed with Desirae and Rick and they’re such good people, I would come by just to chat with them.) They wired my sub up perfectly in my 2021 Honda CR-V Hybrid and it sounds beautiful! My boyfriend bought the Cosmos 5 channel amp for his JL Audio sub in his 2017 Honda Civic and they custom mounted it to the back seat exactly where my bf wanted it and it’s look amazing.. and sounds amazing! We are beyond blown away with these guys professionalism with their customers and compassion for audio. We’re coming back soon to get tint by these guys next. Everything they do just exceeds expectations and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you guys again!

There are a lot of mixed reviews on here so I want to clear some things up before you head in.I’ve been going to electronic plus to get work done on my cars for almost 7 years. It’s pretty much the same 4 guys running that place since I’ve been going. ( I’ve had tint, head unit Install, amp and wiring Install, sub purchase, and various audio equipment)Here’s the most important thing if you read no further in this review: they are professionals, they do what they say they are going to do, they are men of their word, in my experience, and don’t get mad because you think you are paying to much, or not getting enough for your money, if you don’t want quality workmanship, go to a different shop. I see a lot of negative reviews from people who seemed to have just not liked what they heard from the shop, they are salesmen, so negotiate with them, they will try to work with you.If you tell them what you want they will point you towards a good deal and great quality. They are good at creating repeat customers because they deliver and excellent product. You just want audio hardware? they will sell it to you. You want it Installed? they will do that as well.They have always done professional and high quality work on all my vehicles, from BMW’s to pickup trucks . One instance there was a small issue with my tint, and Johnny (the owner) apologized profusely and fixed the issue promptly.A couple of the folks there can be a bit blunt, but I trust these guys with all my business and I recommend you do the same. They will always try to do right by you, and make things right should they make a mistake.Tell Johnny Joe sent you.

Buyer beware, when I finally did get someone one the phone to schedule an appointment, I mentioned that I have a Groupon voucher and the expiration date, they then gave me an appointment 2 weeks after it expires, then stated that unfortunately they wont be able to honor it and then quoted me a price 3 times what I paid, when I asked him for his name, he slammed the the phone on me. Stay away from this bait and switch establishment. Not worth it.

Anthony has done extensive work on my truck. I had a remote start installed, a 360 bird eye view camera system installed, an HDTV box, a new Tesla head unit, navigation, a custom brake switch that had to be fabricated and moved to sit closer to me for easier access and finally had him relocate my dash controls. Anthony is a GENIUS at car work and a great man that strives to make every customer feel special and understood. This was a very complicated job, as I brought in units of my own and at the end, my truck looks absolutely flawless and works to perfection. This shop worked tirelessly to do a PERFECT install job.Johnny has the MOST AMAZING customer service skills I have ever seen. He always kept me updated with pics and timelines. His estimate for such a large job was also impeccably done. That man keeps a great shop running smoothly.Also, thank you to Chris for answering ALL my questions and always being happy to do so.

These guys are great I must say, I always enjoy stopping by. The staff is very professional and they always take care of me, especially Mr.Chris. This is the only place I go to for my car audio needs ! I’ve had 3 installations by them and I’ve never had any complaints. Their product (Cosmos Audio) are the best set of subwoofers I’ve had and heard myself ! Highly recommend !

A new customer to Electronic Plus. The sales personnel and technicians are very attentive to the needs of the customer. For me, I wanted discrete sound clarity for my sportscar. I wanted to maintain a stock appearance while enhancing the sound quality while driving with the windows up or down, and that would be able to play over the sound of my performance exhaust. I also wanted to avoid additional attention which tends to inspire other drivers to want to race. An obnoxious sound system was not a good match for my personality or my car. They recommended a couple of options- one over $3000, and one around $2000. The cheaper option avoided the changing of the stock head unit and maintaining the factory appearance and function while providing quality sound of the sort I was looking for. Alepine R series tweeters, door, and rear speakers with a JL subwoofer wired and mounted in the trunk. They completed their work on time and with quality. They tuned the radio, amp, and speakers to optimize the sound (windows open or closed) across the range of my music styles- everything from classical, country, blues, jazz, classic rock and hair band. I am overall very satisfied with their recommendation, the products, and their workmanship. Here are a couple of pointers: first, do your research beforehand on what you will be wanting and some product prices. I walked in blind and felt a little at a disadvantage when presented with tech specs and price points. This will avoid sticker shock and feeling uneasy. Second, know what you want (functionally and sound) while listening to their advice and shape your car sound to your preferences. Third, ask for a printed estimate. I felt like I didnt understand some of the expense. They are pricy (in my opinion), but their products and workmanship are good- so you get what you pay for. But, knowing what you are paying for will make you feel at ease and confident in your purchase. If provided a printed estimate and a receipt/ warranty guarantee (for product and work) would have earned them 5 stars. Overall, I can highly recommend their shop to you (4.5), but be conscious of my pointers as you work through your sound project with them. Cheers, Red.

Beware Bait and switch, will not honor Groupon deal.  They charge you alot more over what you paid on Groupon. Groupon should look into this, otherwise the will lose their customers trust. John the owner of electronic plus is a peace of work.  I will never go there again nor will recommend them to anyone. You can find other places to get your car windows tinted. Trust me it is not worth it.

The guys here were just all around super! Chris was super willing to help out with all of our questions, whether for the vehicle we brought in today or the hypotheticals for our other vehicles. He fit us in the same day that we called for a window tint and then helped us pick out a great sound system as well. Even though we left with more than we planned, we are extraordinarily happy with our purchases and the experience was altogether absolutely phenomenal! We’ll definitely be going back.

Ive been using Electronic Plus for about five years now. They installed remote start and HID headlights into a 2015 Camry, tint on a 2015 CX-5, and tint on my 2019 F-150. Yesterday they installed Morimoto XB headlights and fog lights on my 2019 F-150. Their technicians have performed flawlessly on every project. The headlights especially turned out awesome. The first few times I used Electronic Plus, their sales representative, Desire, provided such excellent customer service that I look forward to going back to Electronic Plus to talk with him about new projects. Desire is an example of how customer service should be everywhere. Jose assisted me with check-in for the headlight and fog light installation, and he also provided excellent customer service. The customer service provided by the sales representatives and the expertise demonstrated by the technicians keeps me coming back to Electronics Plus. I would recommend Electronics Plus to anyone for any upgrade.

I met Chris at Electronics-Plus, looking to upgrade the sound in my 17 Hyundai Tucson Night. I had the impression when I walked in the store that I would need to get an aftermarket stereo and speakers, along with an amp in order to boost my sound. I called the store, and someone talked to me; his name is Johnny. He told me, dont purchase the Groupon deal, I will give you a better deal 25% discount, and I asked him, are you going to provide me this discount to make sure thats what I heard, especially when I have to drive 40 mins to get there.When I got to the store, the guy told me Johnny is busy, we cant give you the 25%, we can only match the Groupon deal discount, and he was saying, I think you talked to someone else, are you sure you talked to Johnny with an angry voice. Seriously how am I supposed to know there is someone his name Johnny is working here???.Just be honest and tell me the actual price and leave the choice to me; dont tell me something on the phone, and when I come to the store, you change your word.

Had a friend tell me about this place went in got windows tinted after talking to the guys for a bit i agreed to get a sound system aswel(no they didn’t talk me into it just asked for suggestions and they guided me )very very friendly place they make you feel right at home while you wait for your car ...these guys are the best it did not take them long at all and it’s top of the line stuff I’ve been into a lot of sound shops and these people are straight up the best iv been too 10 out of 10 have one hell of a brand cosmos are legit and best sounding iv heard in a very long time

Recently got some work done on my pickup truck. Cannot stress how well johnny and Anthony took care of me. They are professional and actually care about the customer. They answered every question I had and helped me get my issues with my windows resolved. All the work was done right ...and their communication is 10/10. Second Review:I guess lighting does strike twice! My man Chris took care of me again! Since my first experience was so positive, I decided to come back and let them do my tint. In short,Google need to have 6 stars instead of 5!Dont let the name fool you, these guys know tint and how to apply it. That best part, Chris is not pushy and recommended against high end tint because the car being tinted is old (2004 Civic). The service tech applying the tint did an excellent job and even took the time to answer all my question and explain the process. I would recommend Electronic Plus for all your after market needs.Next up, new radio for my mini-van--------------------------------------------------------------------The following is my first review, I guess Google only allows one reviewThe sales folks (Chris) know their car audio business. They were very knowledgeable and Chris even took me out to his truck to listen to the sound system that was designed and built by them. He said his was a modest I want to use this every day system. This place is really great. Ive had multiple car audio items installed by them, from head units to amps and subwoofers. Their work has been perfect every time!The best part is the non pushy sales advice you get at the counter. Theyre selling you what you need, not what they want to sell you.

I went to this place around 2 months ago and I will say that they are an ok business. I came to this place with my own speakers for them to install on my car because the rear speakers where too much of a task to do by myself. They were very friendly and quick with a joke and they did the job in a timely manner. When they were done with the job I came back to the place feeling very sick so all I wanted to do was leave. They brought my car out and showed me the speakers and at first I was very happy but since I was sick I immediately left and didn’t bother to listen to music on the way back. Once I was feeling better I checked out everything and that was when I was a little disappointed. I had found that they broke the driver’s side window switch so I wasn’t clicked into place and the bottom of the driver’s side door panel wasn’t fully clipped on. Not to mention that the rear speaker had a broken coil but granted, they offer a slight refund on broken installed products you bring yourself. I’m sure they would make everything right had I come back but I just wish they had the integrity to tell me when they were done. They also offer a warranty which I believe is 7 days after but it is my fault for not returning. The installation is guaranteed for a year and I am sure if I come back they will fix everything to do with the driver’s side. I just have to say have some caution if you want something done on your car here if you have a nicer car than my old one and make sure all the work is done correctly before leaving their lot.

Gotta love this place. I was able to get my windows tinted the same day I walked in which is unusual in this area. They sell everything you need and want to customize your vehicle. I will be back to get the rest of my work done. Their prices are very reasonable. They have a nice waiting room so you can wait for your car and eateries near by.

What a great experience I had dealing with the staff at Electronics Plus. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. Picking out the pieces to the new system was easy. They were able to take care of the installation quickly ( in a day) and it was a clean installation that sounds amazing. Will be visiting them again.

Had a subwoofer installed about a year ago, im glad to say that it’s still going strong with absolutely no issues. Big thanks to the guys there for doing it same day. And while it did take about 3 hours longer than they told me, i can understand it bc they had some problems with the equipment. But overall a great expensive and the sub sounds GREAT!!!

I was looking to upgrade the sound systems of my 2009 Toyota Camry SE, I visited Electronics Plus to get an idea of what is in the market right now and specific system that will fit on my car. Everyone in the shop is really friendly and knowledgeable, Jhonny and Jose, answered all the questions I had before I gave them the OK to install the new Sony stereo system. They did a great job, I was very surprise to see the awesome outcome, it was more than I expected. I do recommend Electronics Plus is you are looking to upgrade your car audio system.

Recently brought my 2018 Tundra to Electronics Plus, Manassas for a new set of wheels, tires and lift. Worked with Chris who I cannot thank enough for his awesome assistance. Chris was well versed in a variety of options, brands, styles, costs, etc. He was patience, attentive to my goals, remained cognizant & aware of my budget constraints, and was never pushy or attempted to up-sell. After quite a bit of personal indecision, I selected my lineup. Chris took care of everything, made sure all details were worked out, verbally and in writing verified costs, and even made suggestions to lower my costs. He followed up consistently until all my selections were in stock, and made sure the job was complete within just a few days. Cannot thank Chris or the guys at Electronic Plus enough. Went to Electronic Plus to get a new sound system put into my car. The employees at the shop were incredibly nice and helpful, and their skill showed in fine detail of the finished product. The guys there went the extra mile to ensure the wiring was cut the perfect length and held together beautifully. Even the wiring inside the dash for the new head unit was nicely taken care of... not just thrown in with the assumption I would never see it. Ive been to a few shops to get audio work done since 2009, but none come close to the customer service and overall purchase satisfaction I received from Electronic Plus. Cant recommend it enough.

Horrible. They dont follow up or communicate with thier customers when problems arise. I bought a rim/tire package from them and they promised an arrival date which was not met. Then went to get refund and they told me they could get my items from another location by a certain date and they failed on that. Just a disaster. Spoke to the owner and he refused to accommodate me in anyway for the mess. The representative I was dealing with goes by Chris. He is horrible as well! Go to Safe Sound in Manassas. They are 10x better!

After months away from dealing with those guys I still come back and write a review due to the frustration they caused me.They try to take your money from the second you walk in. Tell you one price then charge you another once they hand your card back. As soon as the transaction is complete, the tone shifts, and they want you out the door. Terrible in conflict resolution (Johnny) and never will admit that they did anything wrong. At Electronic Plus, THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG! Stay away and read other reviews. Safe and Sound is an honest business and will be upfront about everything. They also had to FIX all the mistakes Electronic Plus made to my cars audio. Wish i never walked in here and wish the best for anyone that does.

They are not honest, they work based on how to get more money from the client and not on providing good service. They publish promotions and when you are there they tell you something else to take advantage of you. You cant trust your car to people like this. what they want to charge me when I was there was ridiculous.

Just called to get a rough estimate. I know you cant get an exact amount I just wanted a ballpark figure. This turned into the salesman talking over me to the point I just hung up. I know I am not an expert in car electronics and would never claim to be one. Thats why I called ya. One thing I do know is customer service goes a long way and they dont have it.

WORSE PLACE TO DO BUSINESSI took my 2016 Range Rover to Electronic plus for audio system upgrade, initially they showed me all the options they had which I sellected one, aged to pay for their asking price, after taking my car inside their shop, the sales guy came to me and said, with these cars after installing after market amplifier, it affects the clarity of the radio, Even tho it might not happen to my situation. I therefore ask him what will happen if after installation it happens, which he answered let’s wait and see. After about an hour I believed the main guy Johnny that owns the place came to me and said, my car is different and complicated and so another $200 will be added to the agreed price of about $800, and also should the radio clarity be affected, they will be another $250.Long story short I said to myself does these guys even know what they are doing, it looks like they are doing trying and error, so I just ordered them to stop and took my car away haven’t just waisted my time for no reason.My little advice is they should be upfront with their customers, don’t get me in and try to take all my money and in such situations, they should also take care of their customers. Don’t give them your business, it’s not worth it. Zero stars!!

I appreciate everyone that worked today. 5-29-2019. I came in to buy installment kit for my radio and they helped me out tremendously. I seriously recommend coming here. I’ll be back to get a system in future for sure.

There today they told me to bring my truck on Friday and they would install it

I was trying to install CAT back exhaust system. I brought my parts and they dont even know what CAT back system is. They told me $90 an hour on the phone and when I get there the guy told me they have to charge more. Other place said CAT back system usually takes an hour and a half but these guys told me that they to cut and weld so it will take more than 3 hours. They dont know what they are doing.

Great service! Stopped in with a problem with my amp/sub(which they didnt install) and they looked at it and told me how to fix it (wire came loose) at no charge. Seemed knowledgeable and honest. Will definitely go back.

Have a 2017 camaro with a Bose audio stereo. Went to electronics plus and may I say I now have an alpine equipped stereo that will blow the roof off my car. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and didn’t sell me anything I didn’t want. They were honest on what it would take and didn’t break the bank. They did great work and will use them again

You get what you pay for....Yeah, they may be a LITTLE pricier than say a Best Buy but they do GREAT and SAME DAY jobs (If available)! Most places you have to make an appointment and wait 2 weeks or longer!! They even fixed a faulty fuse for me at no charge 9 months after the fact!

Very unprofessional and rude, got a set of LEDs which did not fit my truck. Went in for a refund or exchange. Was told the exchange would take up to a week and no refund at all. This is a shadddy place and will not ever do business with them again. Do not recommend them at all. Save your self a headache order online.! Stay away from this place!

One of they worst place . They have Scratch the window my car by doing tint. They Dont know how to do work. Johnny was very rude. The refund my money. When I told calling the police he runway. Dont go this shop.

I brought in my 2012 F150 with parts I had ordered online - including a restyle kit, android unit, amp and speakers. I ended up going with a JL powered sub to add to the mix and in just an afternoon I was off and running. I am thrilled with the results and quality of the work done. Johnny was extremely helpful and personable. Ill be referring my friends here going forward.

Great customer service!! We were in and out in less than a hour. When I found out I would have to wait 10 days for Best buy to install my new radio and was so excited to hear that they could install that day. I highly recommend this company and there staff!!!

Charged me $300 for installing brighter headlights. I told them I just wanted a written estimate. After a very hard sell they got me to agree to let them install their lights. After it was just the same visibility or cheaper junk from China, 1 day later I asked them to take their lights out and put my factory light put back in, business would only refund $150 and made me pay the $150 for installation. I guess thats better than $0 back but I got nothing and had to pay $150 for it. Maybe its part of a scam to make $150.

Quality and professional installation. Labor is a little pricey, but definitely worth it. I had a couple issues in the beginning, but the team worked hard to resolve the issues. I love my radio system, led lights and security system.

Purchased a Groupon voucher for window tinting for four windows plus the rear window. Called on two separate occasions and explained that I had a voucher. Drove almost an hour in traffic. The employee proceeds to tell me that the 4 + 1 window does not include the two front windows. They count the windows the size of a softball on the rear doors as two of the windows. When I asked them to just tint the rear window, the two main rear passenger side windows and the two front windows they told me no. I was told it would be an additional $73 to do the two front windows. At no time did they explain this to me over the phone nor did the fine print in the voucher say anything about them counting the smaller windows as two. They should have been upfront when I spoke to them over the phone. I will be requesting a refund from Groupon and going to the tint shop down the road from me. Be aware that you will need to add an additional $73 on the price of your Groupon voucher with this shady company. They will not tell you over the phone.Update - I read and completely understood what I purchased. Maybe you should clarify which windows you will tint. I picked my 4 windows and the rear window but you all refused to tint the windows I picked. I was not the only customer that had this problem.

My hubby bought me a remote starter kit and the installation from Amazon for Christmas and they recommended getting it installed at Electronic Plus. I was able to make an appointment right away for my 2003 Camry. Unfortunately there were some mix ups with the installation package we purchased which would have resulted in having to get more parts and making another appointment, but with the help of Johnny, we were able to purchase a Viper remote starter and have their staff install it that day! They had everything I needed in stock and were very accommadating and honest. We were very pleased with their prices and their amazing staff. Defintely recommend Electronic Plus!

Weve had the remote start system installed in multiple cars from Johnny Arnez and his crew. The quality and value of the product is bar none the best. I recommend to anyone interested in having a cool car in the summer or a warm car in the winter months before you get in it to head to work or drop the kids off at school... go see the crew at Electronic Plus Audio!

I suggest avoiding this place.I get mistakes... They happen in every line of work... Its not a big deal so long as you make it right. But, when this place makes a mistake, they will blame it on everything else instead of owning up and fixing it and then complain that they have to pay their techs to fix it (unless they are paying their techs $100/hr they are still making plenty of money).I went here a couple weeks ago to get my trusty amp and sub installed in a new(ish) car. This place has a flat fee for install which is nice. They add on extra stuff like installing the bass knob and charge for wiring, so just be aware of that up front since thats not covered in the flat fee.The issues I had were with the way they installed things and handled my issues. I asked that they install my equipment and tune it, which they agreed. I got my car back an hour or two later than what they said (this was a common trend), and they did not tune it correctly or at all... They also didnt put things in exactly the right spots that I requested but that was kind of minor. I ended up trying to tune it myself, but they installed the Line-out converter (LOC) wrong. They then blamed it on the (brand new) LOC I brought them and my gear (a good amp and sub that have worked fine for years). They installed the LOC only on one side of the channel so if I adjust my balance, I lose my sub (despite their incorrect argument about a mono block amp only using a source from a single L or R channel... It uses both, and the LOC should be wired to accept both L&R channel).The sound also was really poor. It was missing a whole range of frequencies... Plus, the amp would not turn off with the car. Shoddy install/wiring is my guess... Which is why I hired the pros in the first place. I can poorly install things for free myself... I pay to have things done right.They then complained about having to have a tech make changes/corrections without billing (not my problem... maybe install it right the first time?)They then suggested that they use their own LOC and their brand of sub/amp. Against my better judgement, I agreed. Again, they wired the LOC incorrectly ( I still only have 1 channel to my amp so the balance is still wrong) but they at least didnt hotwire my amp to be always on.Unfortunately, their equipment doesnt quite have the fidelity/quality that my old set up had (missing some lower frequency response and poor midbass) but it does sound pretty good and hit pretty decent. But only (again) after I spent a bunch of time tuning it (despite them saying they would tune it). It now cuts off power due to overheating from where they installed it. (And yes, I asked if where they put it would be an issue with heat... They said not at all...)Im tired of bringing it back to the shop just to get upsold or told I am wrong or that my equipment is wrong.

I just bought a 2018 Sonata Hybrid. It has less than 500 miles on it. I was very nervous imagining dropping off a brand new car for aftermarket audio upgrades. I was envisioning scratches to the body, creases in my leather interior, and door panel damage. I’ve read the horror stories. Desire showed me a fantastic Alpine speaker system along with a 5 channel amp upgrade. I told him I wanted a free air 8” subwoofer, too, seeing that my car already had a spot for one. He quickly found a killer Pioneer that would do the job. He gave me a great deal and explained everything thoroughly. He is a great salesman. He had me hooked when he said, “The money from sales is one thing. What I really care about is customer satisfaction. I want people to leave here feeling good. That’s what makes me happy.” I believed him. He seemed to sincerely mean what he was saying, and I’m very good at categorizing obvious BS! I bought the equipment and they took my car immediately for installation, unlike other places that book your job weeks later. It took less than 24 hours to install everything. Anthony, the young man that did the installation, checked in with me when I picked up my vehicle. He wanted to make sure I liked what he had done. There was absolutely no evidence that I had any modifications done to my new vehicle. Not a single scratch! It was like I had driven my car off the showroom with an audio system that far surpassed any factory upgrade! I can hear every instrument clearly. Even on songs that I have been listening to for years, I am noticing bass lines, drum fills, and guitar subtleties that I never noticed before. And it cranks!! Top-notch job, gentleman, and thank you for taking care of my baby!

Just got a sub set up installed so far sounds great

Jason is the man, hes one of their install techs. Gave him my 2016 tacoma with 600 miles on it to put tweeters in. I felt that he genuinely cared about his work and took time to place the speakers and test them with me. They did them right there and then and I couldnt be happier.

I forgot the name of the person who installed my subwoofers in my truck, but he did a amazing job! No wires what so ever are seen, hell its hard to see the subwoofer sitting right behind my seat! I came in, Johnny asked me what I was interested in, he pointed me in the right direction with his knowledge. The staff was extremely friendly. Completely satisfied customer and will come back for more!

Very poor service. No communication verifying appointment. If you know that you mess up an appointment, at least accommodate the individual for his time. If you getting your window tint, check first for price. You can find cheaper in the surrounding area, than what they are charging

Wide range of car stereo and do equipment. Pre-paid through Amazon. I had a subwoofer installed; went without a hitch. Great sound; very satisfied.

They were nice but when I went back as my system having trouble I went back then the guy as he explained me about system it was not like that. And he knew that he is on fault instead of apologizing he asked his employees to kick me out

Called Electronic Plus and spoke to Johnny. I have a 2015 f150 Lariat with the classic terrible factory stereo. 50k truck that sounds like a base model civic. Johnny came up with a JL system for the front and back with subs. Sounds amazing now, and works seamless with the factory head unit. Install was clean, and done within 24 hours. This is a professional company if you want the work done right.

This was my first adventure in purchasing rims and wheels. Don was very helpful in educating me on sizes, offsets, and brands. I had a crazy schedule and they never once complained when I dropped in or had to make a change. He also sent several emails and pictures of the style I was looking for. After browsing the forums for my BRZ and looking through hundreds of pictures, I finally found a set that I wanted. I got the prices for the wheels and tires from tire rack, and he was able to hook me up at a better price including mount, balance, TPMS swap, lugs, and installation. They were able to get me in same day when I dropped by and were very efficient. I was extremely happy with the results and love the look of my new wheels. I will definitely look to them for future modifications and advice.
