I highly recommend Safe and Sound Mobile Electronics to anyone. They provide top notch customer service and installation. I will definitely use them again in the future if I decide to upgrade anything else on my car.I inquired, through email, about getting Apple Car Play installed in my Lexus back in December 2020. Rich answered all of my questions and concerns with lightening speed about cost and how installation might impact the current features I already had in my car. The cost was very reasonable and installation wouldnt change the functionality of the features I already had.I scheduled an appointment to have Car Play installed in January. Installation took two days. After the first day, I was called with an update about how installation was going and how much longer it would take. When I came to pick up my car, the person who installed Apple Car Play in my Lexus walked me through how all the different features worked before I drove away.I have had Car Play in my Lexus for about 5 months now and it still works perfectly! Getting it installed by Safe and Sound was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I am 100% satisfied with the work that Safe and Sound did. They are awesome!

Fantastic execution and attention to detail when installing a two-way system in my Mk7.5 GTI. The interior was completely gutted for sound deadening installation on the floors, doors and hatch in conjunction with the upgraded speaker, sub and amp installation. The lower decibel level of the interior when driving is unbelievable. Additionally, the lack of rattle from the subwoofer and the partially lessened sound leakage from the exterior is sublime.Thank you to Jesse and Donnie for consistent updates on the build, and especially for completing the work earlier than scheduled. Definitely highly recommend safe and sound for their knowledge, service and care!

Guys at Manassas Safe & Sound Mobile did a Great Job! mounting my Aftermarket 22 wheels on 35 Tires. No marks on Front face at all, on a really big wheel setup. Donnie did a great job of explaining everything; as well as taking the time to outline mounting requirements. Will definitely use them again and would definitely recommend to others

I love this place as they have a huge variety of items on hand that can be viewed and listened to. They sell and install a large variety of products and their shop is very clean and not junky like some places. Donnie was very knowledgeable and friendly and I have already made an appointment to have some upgrades on an audio system installed!I rated 4 as the install is not done yet and will update once complete!The install has been complete for a couple of weeks and it is amazing! The sound is I. Redouble and they did a wonderful job.I have moved this to 5 stars instead of 4!

This is THE place to go for all of your needs!!! I had no idea of what I needed to buy to get the sound I wanted. When I called in Elias answered all of my questions, but advised me that the best thing to do would be to stop into the store. when I got there I was amazed by their store...it is BEAUTIFUL. These guys really know their stuff. I was blown away with the service they explained everything that I would need to make my car sound like what I wanted. Once we settled on everything I was introduced to Jesse the install manager ( whos beard is way better than Elias) and I knew my vehicle would be in great hands. These guys are great, very nice and professional. I went in on Saturday and Elijah went above and beyond to help me with my issue on my JL Audio power wedge. These guys know there stuff and there back log shows it, they get tons of customers and look at there reviews dont hesitate to buy and have your Audio equipment installed by the best!

Ive had these guys do stereo installs in 3 cars and a remote start in a 4th. They do very high quality work and they will scale the job to what you want, from a simple upgrade to your stock car stereo all the way up to a custom OEM integration. If you go to the Manassas store ask for Craig or Jesse.They will stand behind their work and make sure it is right. They installed a remote start in my car that worked for a while then began acting up. They did the research and found out that the unit was not fully compatible with my car, even though the manufacturer said it was. Safe & Sound pulled the old unit and replaced it with a different brand at no charge.

Nice to have a local business that is well stocked with friendly knowledgeable staff. I stopped in for a small item and was impressed on how well stocked then were. It gets tiring to hear go online everywhere you turn and I am glad this store is around for advice and installations.

Amazing staff!!! Kind & friendly! I was calling & calling to make an appointment but they were booked out until November. I ended up disconnecting mostly everything & called again for advice and they told me to come up to take a quick look. When I arrived Elisas stopped what he was working on to help me out for a quick fix & got me in and out in a matter of 10 minutes (unhooked power/amp/etc). This isnt my first time working with him and he provides exceptional service every single time! He as well as this business will forever be my go to when it comes to my car accessories. I’m pretty hard to please and these guys just know what they are doing. There is no task too tall for them and they currently have my Jeep sounding like a concert hall! They will get my business EVERY time. I don’t mind driving over an hour to them. Good work makes it worth it.

Weve gotten auto starters for both vehicles here now. The staff is great. Very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. They didnt try and upsell us at all, just gave us info and differences and let us decide what we wanted from that. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone, and well be going back for a few more things in the near future.

Came in after a co worker highly recommend them. Had them install a front and rear dash cam in my 2017 F-150. Am extremely happy with the clean install and professionalism from everyone at this store. Spoke to a sales person 3 times over the phone for a blackvue camara and i even asked him to save it for me or i could also pay it in advance and he said the camara wont be sold to anyone.. so i get off work and rush over 40 minutes sitting in traffic just to get there and find out he had sold it to someone already!Disappointed and i dont know why he couldnt take the payment over the phone as well...

We have been going to Safe & Sound since 2000 and they have outdone themselves everytime. The staff is helpful and courteous and the customer service is superb!

Had a remote start (Viper) installed. Elias answered every question & really knew his product. I didnt feel like i was getting a memorized sales pitch. Took my motorcycle in to have a booster amp installed. Spoke to the owner and asked if they had any experience with my specific motorcycle and was told they install them all the time on that bike. He went on to sell his shop and to brag about all the experience they had and how good his technicians were. He quoted me $250.00 and thats what I agreed to. When I went to pick the bike up, one of his employees tried to charge me $350.00. When I mentioned that the owner had quoted me $250.00 he said that every motorcycle is different and it took longer than expected. I told him it was pretty much a stock bike and that I had specifically asked the owner if they had installed on my exact model motorcycle and was told yes. I then asked what specifically had made it take longer than they expected and he could not come up with an answer.He then called the owner on the phone and had a discussion with him about it. When he hung up, he acted as if they were doing me a big favor by only charging me the $250.00 the owner quoted me.They did a good job on the install and I havent had any issues. I would strongly recommend if going here that you get their quote in writing and if they try and bump the price, stand firm on what you were quoted and ask specifically what was unusual about your install as opposed to another vehicle exactly like the one they quoted.

The Guys at the shop were nice. Very knowledgeable about prices and online prices. They have done a good job at explaining warranties and the differences between the companies. The guys even priced matched online for me. I dont know about these other reviews but my experience was a good one.

These guys are wonderful. I had a few CDs jammed in my stereo so I took my car there to get it fixed. They gave me an estimate (much better than the dealership quote) and they did a great job fixing the stereo. Excellent customer service, highly recommended.

I needed a remote start for my car. When I went in they explained the differences between all of the remote start products they sold. The previous place I used to go to pushed only one type of remote start (2-way 1 button). Safe and Sound educated me on the differences making me feel well informed to make my decision.I opted for the Smart Start without a remote and I made an appointment to have it installed. They finished earlier than they quoted and showed me how to use it. I actually had to come back to the store because my remote start stopped working a week later. They were extremely gracious and immediately began trouble shooting. They replaced my unit and sent me on my way. Unfortunately that replacement unit didn’t work (I did not test it before I left) and I had to make another trip back. They immediately began troubleshooting it again, which they did more extensive tests to ensure it worked.Long story short they fixed the problem which was no fault of them, it was the actual product. Both times I took it back they really went out of their way to solve my issue. I will definitely come back to get more upgrades on my car from them.It’s one thing to have a great experience when being sold a product. It’s more important to have support when you need help with your product and they delivered on that!

Excellent service and professional advice. Elias and his team did a tremendous job with my 18 Tundra. Ive had it for about a week now and been loving it since then. The craftsmanship and build quality of the sub box they installed was awesome. The JL Amp and JL Audio Fix install was clean and the audio settings were spot on. Zero distortion and clean sound came through and the bass hits hard! So happy I came to you. They even let me use their space in the back to load/unload my motorcycle when I picked my truck back up. Had an amp install on my 1990 miata. Very happy with the result. Elias was a pro with helping me choose what to get and future upgrade options too for a sub and Dayton made the magic happen getting the amp cleanly installed in my trunk and wired through my car. Will forsure be coming back for many more of the services they offer and highly recommend to anyone.

Took my 15 Road Glide Special to get improperly installed speakers fixed from a buddy of mines install job. They kept blowing after swapping with new warranty replaced speakers from Bad AZZ bikes in Temple Hills Texas. Great company to deal with to on Speaker prices. They fixed the issues. Def wont be getting this type of work done in the garage without the professionals. I have not had any issues with the speakers since and they did a great job. Will be bringing the Bike back to get the lowers speakers installed in a few weeks.

Craig is AWESOME and the best ever at customer service. Dayton is a pro at boats and amplifiers and how they run and how they should be wired. They were able to use my old amps as nothing was wrong with them, the previous wiring was just not ideal. They installed all my previously purchased speakers along with a new Fusion marine stereo that has 3 wired remotes and 3 zones though out the boat. It is the baddest thing on the water. Money very well spent. I highly recommend these guys!!! (Ps, the stereo I bought from them a decade ago for my previous boat is still running like new!!) Dont over-think it. Just do it. They are the best there is.

I used to go to Safe and Sound back in the day (08-11) almost on a daily basis and they charged very reasonable rates along with great quality products and installs. I had not required their services since then. I just finished up two projects with them and they were honest with their pricing, refunding me part of the money when they overestimated how long it would take. The guy could have taken advantage of me and charged me the regular quote, but the fact that he didnt shows how honest they are out there. Their work is also top notch and after everything they install, it works as intended. I will continue to use them in the future for all my stereo/lighthing needs.

There are a few places that offer less expensive prices on the level of service offered here.The techs know their stuff, and work to make the experiences awesome.

I first dealt with Safe and Sound Manassas back in 2006 with a Toyota Tacoma I had and LOVED what they did.Now I have a VW with the Fender stereo from the factory and this is what we did:1. Alpine headunit w/wireless CarPlay2. Custom built box with a single 12” sub in trunk that doesn’t interfere with luggage (no JLAudio Stealthbox available)3. 2 JL Audio Amps - 1 pushes the speakers (we used the factory speakers) and 1 pushes the subWhen I picked it up in July 2019 they told me to drive it and write down songs that didn’t sound quite right and to come back for a final tune. Having driven the car across the country I didn’t write down songs but gave them some overall comments when I got back and made my appointment.Low and behold, I wasn’t going to be able to make my appointment and they had an opening in their schedule and I got in early. I just picked it up an hour ago and this sounds WAY better than the Tacoma. I love it!!!When I called them to tell them how much I loved it the rep said “Awesome! If you’re really gonna write a review that might get the boss to buy lunch for us.” To the boss I say “If you buy pizza or something like that, that’s an injustice! I came in and not only did these guys upsell me but their expertise was right on. I spent more than I planned but it was WELL worth it. Pizza? If you want me to bring you my truck then I’m thinking Uncle Julio’s, PF Chang’s, or Monks BBQ is in order for these guys as I want the same folks working on my truck!”Awesome job folks. Service was great. My one grip. My appointment was at 2 came back at 4 to check on my truck. Still sitting in the front. They ran into some problems, not thier fault but when I showed up at 730 truck was still not done due to issues, once again not thier fault. But it would have been nice to get a phone call or text with some type of update. Other than that. They are good. Will be going back for leather seats and heated seats.

So far I have nothing but good things to say about safe and sound Manassas. I personally spoke to a gentleman named (Alis) A-li-es... I butcher his name every time we speak and it helps that hes very understanding and patient. He welcomes me to call for any technical questions that I may have and he always offers the best sound advice. I felt comfortable with setting up an appointment after he invested his free time to consult with me and helping me achieve my goals with my sound system. I havent had any work done as of yet but Im sure their work quality with match if not supersede the customer service I received.Stay tuned for an update after I complete my project.P.s. I have been to every other listed (via goggle) radio shop in and near Manassas and so far nothing compares to safe and sound Manassas.

After having dealt with two other vendors who did marginal work, I discovered Safe and Sound. This is the only company **in this region** I would trust to do a viper install, a custom audio install, a HUD install, and other electronics installs for our 2010 Camaro. They get the job done right the first time and they stand behind their work. Nuff said.

Amps stolen from my vehicle, went here for a insurance company estimate shop dog (jessy I believe) acted like I was not important so I had to wait for him to finish whatever hes was doing on the computer (facebook probably) finally I explained my situation and missing and damaged equipment to him. Then he did not want to give me a price for repairs and replaced equipment, he kept saying they needed to bring the vehicle in and do a $75 diagnosis even after I explained the list of items to replace. After a 30 min visit I left with a attitude and no written estimate for the insurance company. What a waste of time. This place treats people like this all the time. My suggestion is to go to Manassas park and get the best service in Manassas. Please everyone post your experience.

Dont know what there work is like but they have bad customer service. So bad that I didnt even wanna get my speakers installed with them. It seems like the more questions I asked the more irritated he got. If you ever go in there stay away from the white guy with glasses and a beard. U can tell he really doesnt like his job.

Took my Truck in for a fix,they diagnosed it and told me i had a broken amp that needed to be repaired.They took the amp out brought it back but to no avail(NO SOUND).There was no sound.Tim told me he had to test other parts as well to make sure the fault was from other sources as well,which i complied and gave them my truck.After back and forth communications which lasted two months they came back to me and said they cannot fix the problem and that i should take my truck to Range Rover Dealer.I got my truck back with no sound like it was before.After thier TALK TALK TALK about diagnosis and pointed my amp was bad and paying a fee of 1300 i was told to take my truck away and that they had done what they had to do.My question is if you can fix it dont lead people on and waste time.I need a refund of my money,take your labor charges and refund me what is due me.I what the world to see what you guys are doing.I will advise folks out there,do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS!!!

I just wanted to take a moment and pass on a very positive experience that I received while conducting business with Safe and Sound Mobile Electronics.I spent quite a bit of time looking for a quality replacement radio system for my 2009 Toyota Four Runner. I settled on the Alpine INE-92HD unit, in addition to the unit. I also had the original steering wheel controls, as well as a backup camera added, and a USB iPod connection.I found the service to be outstanding, the installation. While it took somewhat longer than they anticipated, was excellent and done right the first time. They took extra time and trouble shooting a minor problem before it became a real one, and delivered a product that they can be proud of. The installation looked as if it was built into the vehicle from the factory.Overall, my experience with this organization has been excellent in both the quality of the installation as well as the quality of the product. I would have no reservations recommending the radio and or the staff at this business.

If you want it done right the FIRST time, and want someone that stands behind their work, look no further. They fixed the shoddy work on my car (done elsewhere) and did a very discrete install on a JL Audio 900/5 amp. Its less expensive to have it sdone right the first time! Im going back this spring for custom gauge work, a Viper alarm and a new Kenwood double-din deck on a very custom G-35 coupe show tuner - I wouldnt trust anyone else to do the work! Cheers!
