Ok so I went on Vacation and dropped my phone ( it shattered as you can see in the picture ) went to get a new phone and they said it would take 5 days, well I didn’t want to carry around a busted phone so T-Mobil referred me to this business, I went straight there and with in 20 minutes I walked out with a new looking phone, price was only 70 to fix a lot cheaper than other place I have went to in the past. I have got my iPhone 11 fixed there because my screen was cracked I was supposed to get my phone completed the same day but I waited because they didn’t have my parts to my screen then my screen kept popping out of my iPhone 11 I spoke to the guy that replaces the screen he told me he will replace my screen or try to fix it whatever’s wrong with it told me to text him the next day the next day he he told me that he just took his vaccine to text him the next day I text him the next day he told me he had heart problems I understand there’s a lot of things going on but I told him to text me as soon as he get his self together it’s been about a couple weeks now haven’t heard anything from him my phone broke finally after he did not complete the work. Now I have to put more money into my phone and buy a new phone when I feel like it’s not fair when it was supposed to be replace after a paid almost $200 and I would love to get my money back but these people don’t answer you back on time

Okay, so, I dont usually leave reviews. I gotta be EXTRA SUPER impressed to feel compelled to leave one. But wow do these people deserve the time and effort!From beginning to end I had a positively lovely experience. The customer service rep, Gabby, is so nice and easy to talk to! She has a friendly vibe and is very helpful and considerate.The owner, Rosa, was equally friendly and enjoyable! Sometimes you can just tell by a persons energy when they have a good heart--and she definitely does. Good hearted business owners are my favorite business owners.Anyway, I went in needing 2 services. For one, I had a phone that I had gotten while with my ex under her name (since she had better credit than me at the time) and then we had an ugly breakup and she reported the phone as stolen, so I needed the phone unlocked. Additionally I had fallen on my laptop one night in drunken debauchery, and that thing was WRECKED. The screen was obliterated, and there was even internal damage that needed micro-soldering done. 😬I was given a quote and estimated time of job completion very promptly. The prices were good - after shopping around and comparing prices, Id say they were more than fair. The cheapest I found in fact ♡Both jobs were completed faster than what I was quoted. My phone was unlocked within like 20 to 30 minutes! Had to wait longer for the laptop, but it was worth the wait. Mynor, their lead technician, is an ABSOLUTE PRO. Such pristine work! My laptop literally looked like it was brand new. I think they wipe down the devices with rubbing alcohol or something because it was GLOWING.When I left I was met with more friendliness and good vibes, and they thanked me for coming by.Gaaaaah!!! My son’s IPhone was broken and he needed his screen repaired. I first went to a popular repair store in the area and they quoted me an outrageous price. I found this place after going to other repair shop for my Samsung Note 10. One of the other shops told me that it could not be fixed. I call first to explain the problem they told me to bring it. I brought my 2011 Mac book pro, Harmon Kardon Studio 4, and my IPhone 10 Xs max all to get worked on because my MacBook was SLOW and my speaker would not work without the charge cord plugged in. Cell fix 911 upgraded my Mac book internal components allowing for better storage and faster processing. 1tb hard drive from a 500gb hard drive and 2 8gb memory chips. The Harmon Kardon speaker had a failed battery that was quickly diagnosed. My iPhone back glass was shattered and cell fix911 was able to fix that by replacing the rear glass all while maintaining the water tight seal from the factory that allows iPhone to be submerged. Cellfix911 provided me factory level service with exceptional customer service and competitive pricing. I truly felt like i was being taken care of, considering my limited knowledge of electronics.
