I went on a Saturday the 24th of October with myhusband and my 2 kids to get my new phone. My daughter was in the stroller and my son was standing with her. My husband and I were looking at different phones and the lady who was working and her name was Zashir did not even greet us when we came in and she told us to stay together in one place in a rude way. My daughter were standing near the door because I did not want them to touch the phones but she acted in a little mean manner. I left the store and didnt get to choose my phone because I was angry at how she acted. I might have to switch my phone company if I get treated like this by the employee.
I am sprint customer and went to another tmobile store they haven’t help me then me and my family decided to go manassas mall tmobile, my experience was amazing with mobile expert Zashir also she help me out to change our sim cards to get tmobile network service which is great .also she gave me her personal number as well if i need some help in future . I definitely recommend this tmobile to my friends and family .

I walked in to ask about some info and first question I was asked was:” You wanna buy an Apple Watch it would go good with your iPhone?”I almost laughed the worker didn’t even answer my question before he asked my to buy something.Stay away from this location
I came in to get a quote, Kevin attended me with professional courtesy and was very knowledge able. I came in for 3 lines from Verizon, he took care of me with fastness and really explaining my options. They offer everything unlimited on their plans. He informed me about the buy one get one free for IPhone X, so I took advantage of that great deal! He also informed me about how the Apple Watch 3 had $50 off it’s original price took one for my wife, all I paid was for activation and monthly he educated me it’ll be $25 monthly for the Watch. He also took care of me with the protection of my phones. He explained how today I would just pay taxes and for $12 monthly, I could get screen protectors,cases,wireless charger, and speaker. Overall my experience was great!

My son came here to buy an phone and it turned out to be a frustrating and disappointing experience. The store rep. “JOSHUA” lied to my son. The store in only fully functional WHEN THE MANAGER IS THERE, WHICH IS NEVER (ONLY IN THE MORNINGS APPARENTLY ). If you plan on doing anything, you better hope the store manager is there, or else your out of luck. Out of the 3 times, he was only there once, a rare event! If you plan on doing anything serious, save yourself some time and DONT come to this store.
Customer Service is Horrible!!!Two people that works here on Sunday night are horrible. The female was rude, lair, and NOT Helpful at all!!!The female customer service agent did not help to activate my account and she wanted me to get out of store although it was 5:40pm and they close at 6pm.She made me drive 15 miles to the store in Manassas mall and wait in the store for different reasons. I was told to come back tomorrow although it could have taken her 2mins to call and activate my number to the new phone.Sunday night customer service at this location is -1 (not even worth of rating).
Just went to T-mobile Inside Manassas Mall to pay my bill and the sales reps were so Courteous to me and took of care of all my needs and introduced me to layer3 tv and I love that I can have a cheaper service from having Comcast.... Definitely one of the best Tmobile stores I’ve been to. He explained everything and how to set it up. Great customer service and he also make sure that I was accomplished what I came in. I will definitely come back to upgrade or any needs and send my friends and family to this store.

But the bill came for $ 140.And I still bought the iPhone11 from them.
