First of all the service was terrible. They charge $100 to change my iPhone screen. I said it was ok, the next day the screen wasn’t working 100% properly. A month after, the screen turned all black, and left my phone useless. I did go to another place to fix it and they tell me that they use the worst screens quality and they charge a lot to do it.

While they werent able to fix my phone Id say the customer service was great. They were upfront about what theyd do and what they charge. It was easy to set up service and they had great communication.By the way, if youre looking to buy a Samsung for their water proof capability- dont. My phone was in my pocket when it got wet and I lost everything I had saved on it. It would no longer turn on or communicate with a computer.And their commercials showed Lil Wayne pouring champagne and dipping his in a fish tank...

Nice guys and quick service. However, they use low quality parts, which left the home button on my iPhone 7 unusable. I dont know if their quality of replacement parts is better for older iPhone models (physical button on older models, but not a physical button for the 7 per the Apple in-store team), but I would caution iPhone 7 owners from getting their cracked screens replaced here.Update: Less than 8 hours since my screen replacement and my phone screen is showing a blank screen. It is completely unusable. BUYERS BEWARE SHODDY PARTS!!!

I brought in my iPhone 6s and they fixed the screen quickly and its worked flawlessly ever since. Super nice guys too.

They are nothing but liars and will cheat you out of your money. Did not fix my product after $80 spent and then tell me tough luck after coming back to have it fixed right. Absolutely disgusted. All three locations in the mall are owned by the same owner and give you different prices and just bs you.

They help alote nd doesnt charge for the very very very very small things nd they are very polite ppl

Replacement screens are aftermarket and the quality is terrible. Also the proximity sensor is broken. Do not recommend.
