Every employee of pharmacy is chilling there nobody help us and they yell at the customer. My dad was sick and they says pick the Madison at 11am and I got there at 11.10 and they says wait 20 mins and they were talking to each other and not readying my Madison. I recommend that dont go on this pharmacy.

I know everyone is over the mask and covid, but i find it very rude that the store manager can walk around with her nose out of the mask breathing on items she is ringing up less then 2 feet from her, but her employees are wherein the mask the way they are supposed to. I also know if corp looks at their security cameras they will see it plus more.

Gloria is an extremely rude pharmacist, probably the worst I have ever encountered. She tells people to cut in front of the line, and she sits there making snide little remarks like a five year old kid when you’re trying to talk to the manager about her. She really should be fired. Very stuck on herself. I suggest everyone who has problems with her call the complaint number and make sure they know.

Excellent experience with the pharmacy. It was my first time shopping there and I went to fill a hard to find prescription. Even though they didnt have it in stock, the pharmacy tech. called around to other stores in the area until she found it for me. She even went the extra step to enter all the info in the system and sent it to the other store so all I had to do was pick up the prescription (no waiting). This is what customer service is all about!

Really bad customer service. I can’t remember the cashiers name but it started with a “D”. She was extremely rude and had an attitude from the start. Also- the signs in the store that promote sales are incorrect. They give false information and need to be corrected.

Such unprofessional customer service by the pharmacist. While arriving well before closing and waiting for the pharmacist to do this and that in the back once closing came I was told to come back tomorrow, quite rudely. Changing pharmacies.

This is one of the worst pharmacies. The only reason I still go there is because theyre one of the only places that consistently carries my medications.Unfortunately, theyre always understaffed at the front of the store and at the pharmacy. Its a pain to get off auto-refill, you have to specifically ask them for brand name drugs (they dont bother to check previous orders), and the entire operation just seems like amateur hour (meds stacked up on the floor near the counter for example, unfilled prescriptions, etc.) Its always something with them. Every month I get a re-fill for acutane and every month I get a call while Im still at the doc that there was a problem. Yeah, can you wait an hour so I can get home and fill out the Ipledge? Havent you noticed a pattern every month? Havent you?! Ridiculous.
