Love SheetzThis location is really good for my wife and I we go here so often, my wife love the food MTO and the coffee. Every time we go on road trip we planned to stop at Sheetz. Sheets became part of the lifestyle and part of my life. I always love to be in Sheetz and happy to have this location close to my house. I will keep visiting and ordering the good food.

This place of all Sheetz locations is the worse ever for food. Missing items in salads every time. Half the size every time (compared to other Sheetz stores). Gave me the butt of the lettuce head. Sandwiches with dried out, hard pepperoni. I will never go there for any reason again. Last visit, I saw them playing soccer with trash food, while cursing and having a great time not caring about anything.

Always clean, snacks are always made well, staff is always nice! Slushie machines are a favorite but the new maple cinnamon roll shake is amazing. We always go out of our way to drive 15-20 mins for this one because they have Mountain Dew-Pitch Black and a great car wash. I reccomend it over wawa, sonic, or typical snackshops/gas stations

I love Sheetz and most are 5 star. This one is lacking. Slow most of the time and mess up the food orders half the time. The food is good, but you are gonna wait a while for it and if you order online to skip the wait you will still wait.

Order bacon fried egg and cheese sandwich, and sausage scrambled with cheese. Got no egg on either. Just go some where else for breakfast. Not worth it.

Easy to get in and out of the lot, and the staff is friendly. Very clean too!

Really clean location with quick service

Your typical Sheetz, serving both food and gas. The area around the pumps and the parking lot was clean. It was evening/dark and the area was well lit. The inside was clean. I didnt order food this time but I imagine it would be up to the standards of every other Sheetz.One thing I really like about Sheetz is being able to pay at the pump with Google Pay. In addition, I have my Sheetz number stored in the Google Pay app, so I can both get my 3 cent discount and pay for my gas without having to take my wallet out. This is a big plus.What I dont like about Sheetz is the same of e15 gas. With so many fueling options, it can become way to accidentally mis-fuel my motorcycle. I wish Sheetz would have separate pumps for e15 and above. I also wish they would sell ethanol-free (e0) gas.

Great hot subs (ham and cheese) and theyve got new EVgo chargers for those that need them.

No soft serve ice cream. My second time at a Sheetz. First time. No lattes/type coffee. I wont try here again.

Pretty nice and always open. The gentleman who work the night shifts have great service and alot of humor which makes going there worth it and I come here a lot. They could improve by training there employees better though...had one incident where a girl never took the change and gave it back to usWe had to sit in or car in the drive through to wait 30 minutes to get her attention to just going back in the store to give her the money so her drawer wasnt short

Sheetz is one of my favorite chains especially when traveling. However this Sheetz needs some work. Had 2 bad experiences with food and customer service definitely needs improvement. Fortunately there are other locations nearby so I can avoid this one

Glad there is a Sheetz close, however too many homeless sitting out front drinking beer and clearly drunk. This location needs to think about all their customers and keep the panhandling drunks from the front of the store. I want to quickly get in and out of the store without having to be asked numerous times if I can spare money.

Hispanic cashier cashed out hispanic customer at the register next to me and my white/american significant other and I (I am hispanic), was asked to show ID even though the person next to us cashing out didn’t need to. I’ve ran into those before in my life where being in an interracial relationship has caused instances like this. It has to do with my being in such relationship because I am just as hispanic as the person next to us. God forbid I date a white male and a white male dates a woman of color. White, blonde, heavy set manager women was the culprit. Shame on you Sheetz. I’ve dealt with situations like these enoug in my life to tell when someone discriminating.

Terrible experience at drive-thru so happy that Wawa has opened a store across the street

The management allows customers without masks destipe state mandates and the company policy of Sheetz. I dont feel safe there so I dont go anymore.

If I could give zero stars I would. Gas is cheap but customer service is the worse. They have lost mobile orders, leave you waiting in the drive thru by ignoring you. It’s one thing to ha e to wait for hot food but have to wait 20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge your existence is another. This has happened on multiple occasions during different times of day. Not worth the stop.

Service is great. Love that you can order food and sit in there cafe with your kids. Always good with gas prices and hardly ever a wait in line to get gas. My first pick to go to get anything.

A good place to eat a snack

Sad the dining rooms plugs sockets didnt work, while I hear the employees talk about not each others but customers. First time at this. Location,too bad it was a bad experience. Manager stayed questioning my purchases as well. When dispute with associates. Also this location gives the vibe of unequal employment.

Clean, with good gas pumps. Friendly staff, but the bathrooms were a bit dirty. But the food lines were fast, and the main ars was clean

Really the best Sheetz Ive been to. Probably because its brand new. They have REAL fruit non-dairy smoothies, huge coffee selection and delicious breakfast options. Fresh ingredients. I drive an electric car so I dont come here for gas LOL

This place is experience growing pains but has gotten better. With more time theyll get the food down and do a better job with the coffee management.However, the location is excellent and the cleanliness outside the store itself is great. The free air for your tires is a great part of the Sheetz way, and the gas prices are comparable to Costcos, which is right across the street. Get yourself a Sheetz card!The only thing I wish is that their prices were more prominent, and they display the premium gas price instead of diesel.

Great prices on gas, but I am not a fan of their food. I have tried many of their menu items and have yet to find anything that tastes good. The store is always clean and the employees are friendly.

Stop selling your Panera soup if you don’t have microwave for the customer to use it!!!!!! You definitely have microwave back there in the kitchen for your sandwiches. Smh! A bad experience for a traveler.

If youve never been to Sheetz, its like a fancy gas station.Cheap gas prices, made to order fresh food, a wide selection of drinks and snacks, a large alcohol selection thats cheaper than most places, spacious restrooms, indoor and outdoor seating/tables for dining, a vast cigarette selection, milkshake machine

Their gas is cheap, but so is their service and facilities. I stopped going there for anything. Ive stopped in for ice cream many times, the machine is always broken. After months of trying, they cant fix a lonely ice cream machine.One time I went in to get gas, I had to stop at 6 pumps to find one that works. True they have a dozen pumps, but when every other pump is not working and they just let you poke and hope. I talked to the manager and he was standoffish, like I was out of place to complain. Thanks guys, I will do business somewhere else.

Its a gas station. A fancy one as far as gas stations go. This one is new (2017). Basically has a fast food restaurant attached. What else do you need to know? One negative - no da#n half-and-half to buy which is why I stopped here!

Update 4 days later.They made it right. Got a call from Josh to call him at store # or corporate #. Called back and spoke to manager Tom. He apologized and offered refund. Stopped by and got my refund. Made my day.Shorted me $10 on purchase of carton of cigs. Said it was right according to camera. Gave them $61 cash for $41 worth of cigarettes and got $10 in return. It was multiple transactions to get the 2 pack deal. Used my debit on 1st transaction then the last 4 were cash. Handed them a 20, then a 1, then a 20, and finally a 20. Was given back 10. I believe it was an honest mistake by cashier but manager made me feel like I was trying to rip them off. Called corporate and told them about it. Said cash drawer will be over 10 and to call me so I can get my money. That was 3 days ago and nothing. Last time I’ll visit a sheetz. Been going there for years to get the cigarette deal and fill up on gas since they have the best prices for both.

My favorite Sheetz. Great gas prices and food of you want it. Sheetz has everything. After a horrible initial opening this place has turned into a great stop in on or way out of town on a road trip or just getting ready for the well and filing up the tank.

Slow, inefficient, rude and some more very colorful pejoratives I can think of. Latest experience? Ordered food for my pregnant wife on the app. Waited 45 minutes to get the food. This wasnt some crazy busy saturday, it was a monday night. Never again.

Food has been made sloppily lately and they don’t care, also signs on the door stating that a mask is required and almost nobody in there wears them. Every time i go about 50% of the customers in there don’t have one on and they do not enforce their rule, and people stand very close to you waiting for their food. The employees do not enforce the safety precautions and their store is not clean.

I had to change gas pumps to find one that worked. The prices are good, however, this isnt the first time that I was unable to get a pump to work. They had bags over a couple of other handles. Malfunctions at this location seem to be frequent.

I am a huge fan of Sheetz, but not this location. I have given them multiple chances over the months to improve their speed and quality of their made-to-order items, and it is honestly a joke. They take forEVER for even the most simple items. Sandwiches have gobs of whatever you asked them to put on, to the point of being gross. They dont know what theyre doing. Im done. Ill just go for gas from now on.

Love Sheetz! So glad it opened by my house. Clean and organized its got great healthy selections for food on the go, the other food is good as well and theres even a drive thru! They have a small section with couches and tv for relaxing. Air is FREE, and the Sheetz membership is free and easy to join. You get 3% off each gallon of gas once you sign up and the coffee is better than Starbucks!!

The gas pump was stuck on the previous sale. After trying several times with our card the pump wouldnt work. I went inside and asked for help....well the clerk said he could do nothing. The machines just dont work sometimes. After asking to prepay again the clerk said he could do nothing. We left and will spend our money elsewhere. Very disappointed.

I like this place. Close to where i can go and relax in the dinning area and charge my phone. Bathroom is clean.

I am not going to say names, but there is a young blonde woman working at the moment (4am Oct 3rd) that would rather sit and talk to some guy than come ring up the drive thru window. I sat at the window for 10 minutes with the little alarm inside blaring audibly before smacking the window with my hand to get her attention. Im sorry, the system doesnt tell us... she tells me. What a joke.

Normally the lowest priced gas in the area. Sheetz card gets an additional 3 cents off a gallon. The food service here tends to be a little on the slow side, I never order here if Im in a rush, but rack order comes out correct, so thats a plus.

Food service is absolutely horrible. It should not take over 15 minutes to get your food. This place need more help for the kitchen staff. You are in the busy part of manassas with a ton of traffic two people in the kitchen creates poor service and a ton of unhappy customers.

This Sheetz location really has it all! And by all, I mean rude cashiers, dirty interiors, under cooked food, and absurd wait times. With slogans like “we keep you moving”, I’d expect more. If it wasn’t the store closest to my work, I’d be putting my money elsewhere. Do better.

The lady at the counter was polite, the food was fine and was ready quickly, and the dining area was reasonably clean. I spent about 90 minutes here, waiting for traffic to die down. Theres free Wi-Fi, although you will have to log in again after an hour.

I was very disappointed how I was treated with this store on sudley manor drive.. On July 12th I bought something and got 50.00 worth of gas; because I had gas It stopped and wont allow me to continue. So because this specific day there was a horrible storm I called Kevin...and told him Its raining to hard what do I do..he said it would go back on your card. I have watched and waited..as of today..NOTHING IS STILL NOT POSTED IN MY ACCOUNT... Kevin knows my face and ALL he can say is let me see a statement. We ALL know they come once a month. Anyhoo...they tripping and dont want to give to difference. No problem.. If I have to I will politely go through my bank who said they will be gladly to...we just wanted to know that amount and without knowing that...its impossibleSMH...U ARE WRONG KEITH....GOD DONT LIKE UGLYI would like to say That customer service did their job as Tec support went back look at cameras and saw how it was raining and that I didnt get All My money as I got a call to go back up there to get my money...Still upset because the rep. I have generally received excellent service considering the frequency of my visits to this location with the exception of when Sharby, a night supervisor, is on duty when I then suffered a form of discrimination presented by her. Her overall attitude is consistently projected as irritated and bitter as if her position is burdensome and more than she can handle.

Its fairly new I think just opened this year 2017 and service is great . They got everything like a mini market store plus beer plus fast food . And food is great by the way

My favorite place to get gas. Great prices and the sheetz card makes it even lower. The only draw back is that they can sometimes be very crowded at the pumps. The MTO food is great and usually gets to you very quickly. I have never had an issue with the employees.

How about offering a non dairy creamer (not that chemical stuff) like almond milk or coconut milk etc. Wawa, royal farms do, even some seven eleven.

(I was being polite even though I was a little mad) and they didnt even apologize for the inconvenient! Like... those workers should go back to preschool and learn some manners!!

Gas prices are a sweet deal. I used to get gas in BJs but my car started to run rough and I realized their gas was not great. I havent had that problem with the gas from Sheetz.

Arrived a little after midnight and ordered a steak and cheese. Around 20 minutes later I received my order. Opened at home and it was toasted to the point it was hard and had black char on it. 2 stars only because the lady said sorry for the wait. A real shame for a new business to be doing this bad already

One of the best places in Manassas to get fuel. Plenty of pumps to handle the crowds pretty efficiently most of the time.

It is Sheetz. They have Gas and other things. The sandwich bar is nice, but the prices got a bit high. Coffee is ok, but not as good as 711 or Wawa. Otherwise cheap, easy to access, clean.

Reasonable price of gas and the store has a lot of variety selection of snacks.

Went today for snacks and a cup of coffee for a trip. Coffee were all old so asked supervisor Kevin upfront to charge me for a large but if they would be able to make a fresh pot. Sign clearly read if lights are blinking to let staff know and they ll glady give you one for free. Anyways he charged me for my coffee. No reciept. Not too busy. Waited 10-15 minutes still no coffee so just asked for a refund at counter. He had asked if i remember how much the coffee was I said no you didnt give me a reciept. He opened counter without checking and gave me 3$. I’m sure its like 1$ with change. Worst experience.

Price is always the lowest. Great spot to stop and shop for a quick snack while filling up. They have a drive thru MTO. It is very popular so during rush hour times this place can get very packed.

Its clean spacious and has tables to eat your MTO order. Lots of options for fountain soda including decaf options

I had a TERRIBLE experience with the supervisor DENISE. I tried to buy a beer, I had my ID in hand. She told me she couldn’t serve me because I always come in the store with out an ID. I go to the same sheetz everyday and I always have my ID because I know I look younger than the average 21 year old. She stated that I always come in sheetz and try to buy things underage. Im 21 it’s clearly on my ID. She threatened to fight my mom and also called me out of my name all because I wanted to buy a beer. Then as I walked out she was discussing the incident about me with customers (who didn’t know the full story and assumed I was underage trying to buy a beer) it was very unprofessional and I will be calling corporate

Its horrible to come here with your kids all excited to get ice cream and the machines are down. For the third time. And the staff doesnt seem to care. The ice cream area of this location is not getting much attention at all. Toppings are almost always empty and messy. Very dissappointing considering I have been in restaurant mgmt for 10+years. Not appealing to the customer at all.

I come here almost every single day to get my fountain diet coke drink and snacks for my son. I would consider myself a regular customer, but the past 2 times I have came to pick up things through the drive thru (which is what I do everytime) the staff didnt present wonderful customer service. Customer service is very important to me and I do not hesitate contacting corporate or anyone else I need to speak with to address my concerns when I run into a incident where I feel the customer service was poor enough to bring to someones attention. My only suggestion/advice for the PM/overnight employees is smile. I know your tired or busy, but smile, greet, and treat the customer good so they continue to come back or speak highly of you. The past two times I came at night the staff shook their heads as they walked away, no smiles or friendly greeting, replying back with mmhmm in a bored I am having a bad day voice instead of yes or no.The second visit made me upset enough to ask for a full refund of my money, because I was charged before they checked to make sure they had what I wanted. I asked for other things which they did not have. This lead to the manager having to come over and instead of discussing with me what was wrong or what I wanted to do since I was charged for something I could not get she ignored me talking to the cashier. I had to rudely interrupt to explain what was going on since the manager was confused or the cashier wasnt making sense to her. I told her just give back all my money onto my card at that point fusterated. Next time talk to the customer about the situation and what you can do to help resolve instead of ignoring them. Then walking away shaking your head to where I can see your fusteration with me. I was waiting for 15+ mins just for a 2 liter diet coke and a diet coke fountain drink. I should have just went inside yes, but it was late. My son asleep in my car and I was in pajamas.Learn better customer service skills and do not charge someones card before making sure you have what they want.Other than this I love sheetz and everyone else rocks.
