I had a 14-page document I wanted to get bound (plastic comb type). Last time I was in and out, no problem, 5-10 minutes. This time, I need to leave it with them and if I want it same day Id have to pay an express fee per company policy. Sorry Staples, Ill buy my own binding machine from Amazon.

Poor customer service at this location. Print and Copy center closes whenever they feel like it. Employee was very rude. Avoid this location if you can.
