Very ethical company. I had to hold my garage door button down the entire time for it to go down for several months. Finally cobbled together enough money to call and ask them to come out and look at it.When I called, Patrick tried walking me through the steps to fix it myself to save me the cost of sending one of their guys out. I then corresponds with Patrick and the owner several more times by email and they kindly suggested several other potential fixes - all to hell and save me money. Finally, the last thing we tried worked!They didn’t have to do this. They went out of there way to help me and save me money at their own expense. Not sure how many companies would do this, especially with so many companies hurting do to COVID but they were really great.Highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Crews Door Company. They installed our garage doors a few years ago and did an excellent job. We recently had to call them to come fix the interior garage motor system as it wouldnt open one of the doors. They didnt do the install of the motor only the actual doors a few years ago. Stuart came out on a very windy and rainy day and had it fixed in less than an hour. He was very efficient, fast, friendly, and helpful. They are a great company and do excellent work.

This is the second time I used Crews and, once again, just awesome! We had a problem with the door and my husband tinkered with it trying to help- my husband made it worse. Called Crews who we had used a few years ago and asked for the same technician, I had saved his name he was so good. Andrew showed up and by the time he left the door was singing! I love Crews, I love Andrew, I wouldnt use anyone else.

Crews gave a fair and reasonable quote for replacement of my 1/2 hp garage door openers. On the scheduled date of installation, the rain fell in a torrent. I expected a no-show, or even a call to request postponement, but much to my surprise, Stewart from Crews arrived early, and ready to go to work.Installation was efficient and flawless. In addition to the replaced equipment, I received new mounting brackets, and some tweaks to the doors and wheels that quieted annoying and long-standing rumbling and squealing.I am extremely pleased with my new openers and their performance, and I am especially pleased with the quality of friendly service and respect that I received from Stewart and Crews.I give my highest recommendation to Crews Garage Door Co. They far exceeded my expectations, and going forward, I intend to call on them for my future needs.

A great company! They gave me over-the-phone advice on how I might fix a problem with one of their garage door openers--long past the warranty period. Following their advice, I was able to fix the problem, thereby saving us a service call fee, etc.
