Garage Door Company Owners: Strongly advise you to take your business elsewhere. This is a Profit-First Company - with absolute zero regard for customer service. I have tried on multiple occasions to communicate these issues with the GM, but to no avail.Mary is at the forefront of this lack of poor customer service. I recommend visiting the Clopay location next door. Tim and Chris would be more than happy to accommodate all orders with the utmost customer service.

The people posting negative reviews are confused, they are reviewing a distribution center that doesnt deal with the public or homeowners. Theyre annoyed at the installation company they hired to install a new garage door for them, the brand name directed them to this site to leave a negative review of a company they cant even do business with. The manufacturer does NOT deal directly with the end line consumer they supply doors to the retailers that install their products. Our company has been installing these doors for thirty years, their customer service and attention to detail has been exemplary and in that time we have never had a warranty issue on a single door that we have installed.
