Best customer service experience Ive had, thank you guys again. Ill be back for that sweet rifle.
Came in to pick up a pistol on Wednesday and the paperwork was delayed (no problem) I never heard back from them letting me know if I was approved. After calling 2 days later I was approved and went in to pick it up. Upon arrival I parked in front of the store and walked in. A older man with grey hair and a mustache (I assume Scott) told me your headlights are on. I figured he was concerned I left them on so I told him they shut off after 30 seconds. He raised his voice saying “THEY ARE BLINDING ME” First time meeting him this guy coming to give them money. I will never do business with them again.
Scott is indeed hostel, Just like the other reviews say. The employee’s including Scott (appears to be the owner or at least a manager) know very little about their inventory or even how a gun operates. Its baffling. Im amazed theyre still in business. They do have some random cool stuff on consignment and its the only reason I steeped back into this store for a second time. It wouldnt take much for another gun store to over take their business.
I cant give a 0, but 1 will have to do. DO NOT SELL a firearm on consignment. I put my pistol on consignment sale on 7 November. They didnt tell me that it had sold in late December, and only discovered when I called to get a status during the holidays. The worst part has been getting paid. Over the last five weeks I have called the store every week to get my check and every week they tell me that they will mail the check. I still have not been paid and its 5 February. I do not live nearby and so getting to the store is challenging. Personally, I think they are running a scam because no business is this incompetent.
I used Virginia Arms FFL service, tracked the UPS shipment until it was signed by someone at the front counter (per UPS). Six business days later, I had not heard from VA Arms so, I decided to call but got no answer after several rings on multiple calls. I decided to stop by and inquire about my shipment. They had it and claimed a call was made and a voice mail was left, which I never received nor did I have their number in my call log. He processed the firearm, I requested ammo with the transaction. He walked from behind the counter and went over to the ammo shelf and returned with ammo, finished ringing up the transaction and I leave. When I got home I find the ammo is not for the firearm I purchased. I returned the next day and explain the situation to the guy that processed the transaction and the older guy standing nearby replies sarcastically how did that happen and refers me to the all sales final statement on the receipt and we dont have the ammo you need anyway. He suggested he would buy the ammo back at half price as a consolation. The guy that processed the transaction and retrieved the ammo from the shelf insinuated I selected wrong ammo. So I take my incorrect ammo and walk out vowing to never return again. Lost a customer over a box of ammo.
Very nice gun store. While the selection of firearms is somewhat limited, the employees were super nice and informative even though they knew I wasnt buying something then and there. When I buy a handgun, this will be one of my first choices.
Made an appointment to bring several guns in for a possible sale and was treated like a second rate citizen. The whole process took over an hour in which no transfer were made. Ended up at C & R Firearms who were great from the beginning. Once I walked in I was treated with respect and efficiency. Ended up placing 7 rifles and 1 pistol on consignment to them and was very happy with my expectations of the whole process.
Something is seriously wrong with this shop. Oct. 7, 2020, I took in a Beretta 92SB to have sold on consignment. After hearing nothing for several months, I stopped by on Jan. 25, 2021 and was informed that the gun had sold on Oct. 18, 2020. In spite of the fact that Id requested to be notified by phone on the form I filled out, no-one ever called. When I enquired about payment I was told that the person who signed the checks was not in, but would be in the next day. Ive gotten the same story every time Ive called - four times now. The business manager/owner never shows up and, so far, no payment has been forthcoming. Im not the only person to have this experience. A great pity, as it used to be my go-to establishment for firearms and accessories.
My peers & I were treated with stunning hostility by the associate Scott before even entering the store for the audacity of wearing a backpack and were treated rudely even when in the middle of a transaction. If you are looking to buy a firearm or ammo in the Manassas area, I recommend you look elsewhere. There are better gun stores in the area that deserve your support and this is not one of them.
Rude red necks working there. Never shop there. Very poor customer service. You can go others gun shop. What a trash place.
Problems easily overcome if the employees were properly motivated to put the customer first. Cant believe they are still in business. Such a poor level of interest towards the customer - really clique atmosphere - if you aint a favorite they ignore you. One short visit and I moved on to C&R.
First time Ive ever been spoken to discourteously in a gun shop. Two of the staff were polite, but the Scott fella was just rude. Seems like other folks have had the same issue. Been to this place 6 or 7 times over the years. Never again.
Dont waste your time. I brought in a gun to place on consignment, brand new, only been out of the plastic a few times, 1 of 5000. First thing the guy does is rack the slide. Then asks me what makes it so special, while putting it back in the box and tossing the collector coin right on the slide... How can you run a gun store, know nothing about different guns people bring you, then treat their firearms like a pos.If it had been one of my colts where the cylinder had never been turned, it may have turned into a fist fight.First & last time Ill step foot in this store. I trying spending my money at multiple local businesses, but this one is a joke. Would be better off shutting the doors with their low inventory & low traffic. Dont know how they could survive running a store like this.Even kids at Cabelas have more respect for other peoples firearms.
When we went we were not greeted with a good vibe instead we were greeted will hostility by Scott
Thee guys are losers. Plenty of better options
I had several firearms on consignment here. Terrible experience. First few firearms sold and I was not notified at all. When I checked they had been sold weeks before. The consignment forms state that they will pay you within 10 days. The other firearm was sold and I was never notified. When I checked on it, it had been sold over 3 month prior. Yes I did check in that time frame and was told it had not sold. They will sell your firearm bur you will have a hard time getting your money!
Me and friends had extremely rude service from scott when trying to buy ammo and check out their stock of firearms. would not recommend
I went to the store alone deriving from Arlington. Nice and wide space to move around. The stuffs are equipped by sellers performance, they are friendly, helpful and gives freedom of movement, touch, and chance of choosing.. Their polite and trusted approach make me decide to buy.Really they are good sales teams.
Horrible service very hostile and pushy ... I will never come back
Bought a few guns here and consigned a few (consignment deal is very good). No hassle and very respectful. Prices are comparable and the staff is great. You may find better prices but you’ll burn a lot of gas in the hunt.
Used this place twice for transfers. The first time was a couple of years ago. My friend and I walked in and there was no issues and waited for a while for the state background check but no issues there. Recently I went back but was disappointed with the process. No notifications was made to me when the gun was available for pick up. When I had to go back for the 2nd time due to a problem and the gun was ready for pick up, again no notification was made. Not sure if the management changed but will use a different place.
Place does not have a good selection barely had anything in the store & when I walked in I wasn’t even helped just looked at
Drew, Scott, and Nolan Ryan are very professional and friendly. Come here for the best service! Super comfortable and super clean bathroom!
This place is absolutely terrible. I called looking for a few firearms and I asked a few questions about a Saint AR15 5.56 and asked if they carried it. I asked simple questions about what the lower was made out of, what kind of barrel it had and which rail system it had. I also asked if they had it in stores for me to come take a look at since they had absolutely no clue what I was talking about...... so they told me they have a couple in stock. so I decided to take a ride over there. When I got there not one person greeted me or asked if I needed help at all. I finally got one guy to help me and asked to see the AR 15 and he told me they actually don’t carry that specific gun in stores and he doesn’t know where I could get it from. So I asked him to show me something similar and he took me to a 9mm AR Pistol and then he took me to a 308 AR and seemed to not know his calibers. So I just left. Never will I ever go back there.... not one of them knew anything about firearms or calibers. I don’t even know how they are still in business.
Best gun shop in Nova hands down. I belong to a range in Chantilly, but I buy my guns here. Helpful staff, laid back atmosphere. Bernie is pretty quick to respond to emails. Pricing is fair. Very happy.
Terrible costumer service. Guy behind the counter was smoking in the shop and no masks were being worn.
Refused to sell me a firearm since I had the same address as another person that has issues buying it. when we both had purchased multiple firearms with them before with the same address. now we wont ever return they lost us both as customers now. plus they dont even greet appropriately when you walk in instead give you the death stare. some of the employees I can speak for all.
Been coming here on and off since about 2003 and would rather drive a bit to get here vice other gun stores local to my house. the staff is always so friendly and spent a great deal of time with my wife and i looking for the right firearm. Sure the price is basically retail from what i can gather, but its worth it to receive the personalized service. They have also expanded the shop in years past so its not so cramped.
This is THE best gun shop in the are. Nice selection. Staff that dont act stuck up to you and are real friendly. Reasonable prices. Cheapest FFL transfers in the area. Love these guys.
What a bunch of arrogant aceholes. Run don’t walk away from this place. Hopefully if enough people do that they will close. 1 star is minimum for posting review they don’t even deserve that.
I read reviews before I tried Virginia Arms and was concerned at the negative ones that stated the staff were rude or dismissive. I grew up with firearms, but it had been a while, yet all the staff were very understanding and had great suggestions. I think some people can have off days. I just went in today to ask the armorer to finish an AR build for me and one of the guys was a little stand-offish today. He was actually one of the guys I talked to a few times before. It happens. Bad days- especially in retail. The prices are good, they have some very cool used/consignment guns and they have great advice. I cant recommend them enough. Great store!
This place was absolutely great. It is well worth the drive. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. They do not work on commission so they are not pushy at all. I highly recommend this to anyone.
Ive worked in the sporting goods industry for a number of years. You can always tell when the staff is just there to get a paycheck and when theyre there because thats what theyre about. The staff at Virginia Arms are shooters. Their product knowledge is excellent, the product selection is to notch and the prices are fair. I know I can go there and get expert advice because the staff are shooters and know their stuff.
Very unpleasant group of people in there.
Stopped in on our lunch break. A clean, organized, and well stocked shop filled with a discerning selection of firearms and accessories complete with a professional staff in manner and appearance. Stellar example of what your local gun shop should be.
Had a really good experience with my FFL transfer. These guys are awesome, very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommended them to a friend of mine who just purchased a firearm from VA Arms. They are a little further out from my location but its worth the drive for the better customer service that they provide. Plus they have a huge inventory on really nice firearms.
It’s unfortunate that I was forced to give this place one star because they certainly don’t deserve it — rude employees working there & virtually no inventory (their selection of consignment pistols far outnumbers that of new ones but, interestingly enough, they’re attempting to sell those guns at or above the price of what you’d pay for brand new equivalents). If you’re looking for ammo you’ll be disappointed because they never stock any... if you’re looking to spend twice what you would on Amazon or at Cabela’s for a holster then this might be the place for you. Bottom line, don’t waste your time with this place... it’s a sinking ship for a good reason... drive the extra two minutes to Trojan Arms & Tactical where customers are treated with dignity & gratitude. It’s truly sad to see a once good gun store like VA Arms turn into a yard sale in disguise.
Sold me a defective gun now I am stuck getting the issue corrected! Not a good experience I would notrecommend you buy anything from here, they also were sold out of 9MM and have such a small selection.
Selection is great and prices are competitive. Staff is very knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. Id recommend this place on customer service alone! Overall, great firearm purchasing experience from start to finish.
These guys have over inflated imaginations of themselves. Totally racist. They gave me a hard time on trying to pick up a 38 S/W. The two guys who were helping me were looking for a reason to send me away. (They wanted to nit-pick at my IDs some of which are Professional Licenses issued by the state.) It was a sickening experience to walk into that kind of atmosphere. Very-Very unpleasant experience. I am a Medical Professional--but I was dressed sloppy that day.. and they misread me. Bottom line, if you are black, an immigrant to this country, or a woman, or anything that is not a wanna be cop or a white guy with an egotistical hangup, if you dont like to kiss up to the guy on the other side of the counter, and if you want to simply walk in and buy a weapon with no hassle from polite professionals, go somewhere else-- even if you have to pay a little more or drive out a ways because when you buy a weapon you want it to be a positive (and educating if necessary) experience. LISTEN TO ME AND L&P THE POLICE OFFICERS RATING DOWN BELOW. We are professionals! Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere.
One of the best Gun shops in Northern Virginia. Courteous/ knowledgeable staff. Usually a good inventory of pistols, rifles and shotguns. They handle transfers for minimal cost and stock almost every caliber of ammo.
I particularly like and recommend this place. Everyone is highly professional. Definitely One Stop Shop for guns and accessories.Your fire arms Trusted Advisor and more ...
Used to be a great gun shop but Im not sure what happened over the past year or two. Employees are very stand-off ish. You can walk around and they wont even acknowledge you. They do have a decent selection of rifles and handguns.
It was very enjoyable and the employees where very helpful.
Have bought here and sold here. Sadly this Place is all but gone.... they no longer sell anything here... I don’t know why they bother opening the doors if they have nothing to sell
Best place to go if You planning to buy a hand gun. I have a handgun and I have an issue after I cleaned it up; I went to Virginia Arms looking for help, and they help me with the problem that I had with my Glock 42. Good job.
I had a great experience purchasing a handgun from VA Arms, very friendly staff that is willing to answer your questions. VA Arms even held my weapon for me in storage for a few days so that a snafu with my VA drivers license could be resolved. This is during the time that the federal administration is trying to initiate more gun restrictions, so their supply of arms is limited. Yet they still held the weapon in storage for me and didnt sell it to someone else, major kudos. Also, VA Arms hasnt jacked up their prices, unlike many others, they still sell their weapons for the same price.
My dad has used Virginia Arms for awhile now but we haven’t been there in awhile, but when we went in last week the owner Bernie remembered my dad immediately how many places does that happen in? They’re amazing and friendly to everyone!
Went in with my wife to purchase a firearm. They were pretty awesome answered her questions and sat down with her while she did the paperwork. We will be going back to buy more firearms
Unprofessional treatment from this store. Go somewhere else.
Seeing all of the recent negative reviews, I just want to note that my experience with VA Arms, discussed below, was prior to the store being sold back to the previous owner.Reading all of the recent comments is disappointing and even heartbreaking, given how good of a gun store this used to be. I sold a number of guns on consignment here and never had a negative experience with that, unlike all of the recent customers, it seems. I live in central VA and this store was one of my highlights when visiting Manassas. No any more it seems. Five-star review changed to two-star.To go from my write-up below to all of the recent negative reviews is, again, disappointing and even heartbreaking.------------------------------------------------------------------------Ive been a gun owner all my life and a customer here since 2004, and I can say without reservation that its the best gun store Ive ever been to. Period. The selection is fantastic, not just for guns but knives, holsters, and other firearms accessories as well. Its also a great place to sell guns on consignment; Ive sold at least three through there, in a timely manner and at a good price. Finally, they have an on-site armorer. All of these store qualities came together when I wanted to purchase a 9mm carbine for my girlfriend. Virginia Arms already had a Colt 9mm M4 in-stock. After purchasing it, I wanted to upgrade the trigger, pistol grip, handguard and shoulder stock, and they had these accessories already available in-store. Their armorer replaced everything while we waited, and we walked out of there with a fantastic home defense carbine that my girlfriend absolutely loves to shoot!!Thank you, Virginia Arms!!!
These guys are top rate. Rob built my AR-10 for me and did a fantastic job! They have a large inventory at reasonable prices. I plan to do some shopping again there really soon.
Only by phone (so far), but polite and helpful for new guy in area. Looks like a great place to shop for defensive and sporting shooting supplies.CW4 Karl
Have bought and sold many firearms. Fair price and imformative.
Ive placed orders through these guys on several occasions. They have excellent service when it comes to pre-sale questions, even if you dont order from them. The ONLY downside is the absence of a good website for searching. But, given the quick responses via email, they have my vote, 100%.
Another 1 star review for their consignment practices. No notification that anything has sold. This company has owed me over $1300 for nearly 4 months. Avoid them.
I really didn’t want to give this firearms store one star but I had to. Anyway me and my husband went there to get me a Glock 27 we had a lot of research about this gun and decided to go here our first time. We walk in the store and I automatically felt not welcomed. The salesman that helped me was very rude and very very stand-off to me and my husband I have never felt this way by any sales person in my life. He got me my paper work and he literally stood on top of me it felt like . The guys that were working there were not helpful at all they made us feel very uncomfortable and made us feel like we didn’t belong there like why were we there buying a gun? Me and my husband are very responsible gun owners and there was no reason to for them to treat us like they did. I will be telling all my family and friends who are gun owners NEVER GO TO THIS GUN STORE. They just lost a lot of sales and a lot of customers. Pretty sad the way people think they can treat people the way they do.
I have been dealing with Bernie for years. I cannot say enough good things about the guys at Virginia Arms Co. I have dealt with dealers all across the state and none of them even come close to service and knowledge that the employees of Virginia Arms provide. Their prices are competitive, selection is excellent, and they carry products you can depend your life on; no gimmicks or junk behind those walls. I wouldnt consider dealing with anyone else.
True professionals! Their are not the cheapest guys in town, but they back up their prices with outstanding customer service and a genuine dedication to local gun community. Always start here when you are looking for something. Be aware they dont stock or order lower-end stuff, because they back up what they sell, and they dont have time to waste on junk. Ive bought a lot of stuff there, always a positive experience.
These guys are great. Bought a rifle from them a few months ago! Great selection, prices good!
I went with Virginia Arms Co for an FFL transfer and I am glad I did. They sent out their FFL paperwork to dealers within 24 hours of a request (it was actually a lot less than that). I received quick and concise communication from Bernie and team via email and on the telephone whenever I had a question. In-store, they have a great selection and of course a knowledgeable staff. The entire process was seamless. These guys not only know their business; they know how to run it very well.
Great service!! Great selection!! Plenty of knowledgeable staff on hand to help. I will be going back. Thank you Virginia Arms!!
They have a great selection in stock, very helpful and knowledgeable staff and the best prices I could find. Thats a great combination in my book.
Look elsewhere. Consignment process is extremely unethical. Sold my piece 3 weeks earlier and NEVER notified me. I was told I needed to follow up with them. Much better under previous ownership.
Pros: Great selectionCons: I was not well treated there. I was not just shopping around, I was in the just prior to buying for two specific guns. The first guy was nice, but about five minutes in, he abruptly left to take a phone call. He turned me over to another guy who acted like I was wasting his time. After I got him to show me the guns I wanted to see, I asked him if there were other guns in the same categories he would like to show me. He just said, No. A store full of guns, I am one visit away from buying and there is nothing else he wants to show me! The store was not that busy either.
I havent purchased anything from Virigina Arms Co. yet, but I plan to in the future. I went there to educate myself and get some hands-on time with a couple of firearms that I am considering. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Called to clarify a question about silencers and the individual was super helpful and friendly and immediately cleared up my questions. Highly recommended!!!
Bought a BCM MID16 AR-15 and a Beretta M9 with all of the fixings to boot. They were very helpful with recommendations and very professional. Ive handled these before 10 years ago in the military but being out of the element along with my first firearm purchase made these guys top on my recommendation list.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff and an excellent gun buying experience. I was in the market for a high-end 1911 and Giao Nguyen patiently allowed me to handle and function every pistol I asked to look at. Giao was pleasant, respectful and did not pressure me at all. After comparing a number of guns, I ended up buying the first pistol I looked at.
Place closed downEdit: Business bought by a previous owner, original founderStaff were informative and explained things from the bottom up if I didnt know something.Sales people not pushy
I have been to multiple gun shops in the NoVa area. The guys at Virginia Arms are definitely the best in the business. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Ive purchased from them multiple times and completed my first upper with their armorer Robb. A truely fantastic experience every time and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I was new to shooting and didnt have much knowledge and the staff was extremely helpful and enthusiastic about helping me. They have amazing prices too. I will be back again.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I appreciated the time they spent explaining the differences and options for the purchase I was considering.
As someone getting into this sport it can be nerve racking. Some of the other reviews here that were bad didnt match my experience. Jeremy was awesome in going through all my questions from a to z. Two other guys that worked there asked if i needed any help. The store was not busy so i cant say what its like there when busy but i felt comfortable and will definitely be coming back. Selection is good and prices are ok. Keep in mind they will be slightly higher in price over some items online. I most likely will buy online and do a transfer.
I went into Virginia Arms for the first time today in hopes of buying a new Ruger AR556. Suffice to say I will NEVER shop there again and I will make it my mission in life to tell EVERYONE I know (and I know a lot of firearms enthusiasts in the area) NEVER to shop there either. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Here is what happened.I entered the store and was looking at the rifles. A sales person (a young Asian man) approached and asked if he could help me. I asked if they had the Ruger AR 556 in stock. He said they normally carry them but were currently out of stock. I asked about having one shipped there. He asked me did you read our website? I said that I saw on the site there is a $30 transfer fee. I told him I have never had a firearm transferred to a store and asked very politely what I needed to do to make that happen. He then said to me in a snarky tone I thought you said you read the website. I told him I had. He then said You should have read it all the way down. Then incredibly in a smart ass tone he said (and I quote) You should read more. Its good for you.Let me say I am not some young thug looking punk with a hat on backwards and my pants around my underwear. I am a polite, easy going, middle aged man who, by the way, spent 27 years on active duty with the US Army to include 5 combat tours. I am also someone who regularly spends money on my hobby, which just happens to be firearms. Had I been treated right I would have been a Virginia Arms customer for life. After what happened today I will NEVER enter that place again and I will tell EVERYONE I know not to patronize them either. Honestly, I am baffled as why the employee of a business--a business where I WANT to spend my money--would think it was OK to speak to a customer that way. I guess because he had a pistol on his hip he thought he was some kind of bad ass. What a joke. I am going to repost this review on YELP and everywhere else I can think of. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!
Well at first I didnt like this place because I felt ignored but after a very brief wait I received GREAT fun customer service, great prices. looking forward to more visits
Outstanding selection on a variety of accesories and firearms. Best of all is the customer service i have received consistently. Their armorer there has been especially helpful to me on occassion. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work.
First time walking into this place brand new walk around for 15 minutes and no one offered to help me after 15 minutes. Finally when someone decided to help me very unprofessional didnt introduce himself at all. Everyone there looked at me like I was in the wrong place like I shouldnt be there. Will never set foot in that store again. Asked about several guns he didnt even pull them out to show me. Customer service of big big with me and they lost a customer I will tell everyone about this place. Just move to Manassas looking for a new place to buy my arms I will go back to Blue Ridge Arsenal instead of this place
Great gun selection. A little on the high side of pricing but its a great shop and you should support local.
Great for FFL transfers! Reliable communications throughout the entire process. Will definitely use them again.
Good selection of firearms. More ammunition and optics selection would make it perfect.
Staff was excellent. I worked with 2 gentlemen who took the time to show and explain the nuances and differences between the Glock 23, 27 and S&W M&P .40 C and Shield. Their prices were very competitive with online, as Buds Gun Shop wanted $30 less for the same gun, but FFL fee would have made the difference moot. Id rather support a local store anyway...
Knowledgeable staff. Prices are okay. Selection is pretty decent.
I only got 4 or 5 questions then the sales person left to eat his candy. Will never go here again. I suggest driving a little father where you can get good customer service
I went there to browse and look for AR magazines. An Asian guy asked if I needed help. When I said No, just browsing, he proceeded to follow me around the store as if I were go steal something. I’m not sure how I fit the description of a possible thief, but I guess African American customers need to be chaperoned to patronize this store. I’ve shopped there once in the past with no issues, but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
My father and I went to Virginia Arms today to look at various pistols. We were ready to buy if the right pistol was there. However the smug, know-it-all salesman basically insulted both my father and I, even after his poor handling of handing a firearm with magazine in it to a customer. He then had the audacity to tell us that we had no business of handling a firearm, after he broke the safety rules to begin with. We will no longer patronize your store, due to the poor judgement and attitude of the salesman.P.S. I will be notifying my friends in the local firearm community of the poor service I received. This was not the first time I have been treated this way or witnessed others being treated below par. If this employee was mine, he would no longer be employed.
Great selection and professional staff. Only gun shop I would recommend to those living in NOVA
Easily the best gun store in the the NoVA region. Good selection, reasonably knowledgeable staff, doesnt feel like a porn shop that sells guns.
Stopped by the shop right after work. This is my second time. I am actually looking to purchase AR 15 and this shop was listed on BCM site as an authorized dealer. So many different varieties, probably biggest selection in NOVA. Also Asian salesman was very polite and professional. Although their BCM rifles prices were on par with some of the online retailers, Daniel Defense price was little too high as their price on DDM4 was MSRP.. I still haven’t decided so I will definitely come and purchase any bcm products as they got huge selection.
Great people! Very knowledgeable and worked with me on my first firearm!
Great staff and selection of new and consignment pieces, good price and helpful to discuss and complete the process
Ive had multiple dealings here. Always impressed by their professionalism.
Knowledgeable staff, extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.
I went to this store to buy a gun for work. I felt horrible after my experience there. I will NEVER, recommend nor buy from there again
Really friendly staff. Great facility.
I have bought a few guns from them and Ive used them several times when ordering guns online for FFL transfers over the past 5+ years. On several occasions they were rude and condescending both over the phone and in person. Which is very bizarre to me? Perhaps they are salty because I bought the gun online instead of using them? But if they dont want to offer the FFL transfer service then dont offer it. In the meantime perhaps the management should teach their employees how to be professional. Anyways I will vote with my feet & money as there are plenty of other guns shops in the area to use.
This store has become my first preference whenever I need anything. The guys are always polite and extremely helpful.
Awesome selection! Love this place!
Great shop.have been buying here for years.bought most of my handguns from them.friendly staff and the best prices in the northern virginia area.
Knowledgeable staff (lots of cops) and quick transfers.
