I come here once a month or so because I make my own carbonated water using their CO2 cans. Everyone is always super kind and efficient. I never spend more than 10 minutes here to swap out my canister. A 5lb canister exchange runs about $30, which is pretty competitive with other services in the area.

I was recommended to this store from my local Fredericksburg, VA store. I spent time to explain my situation and was totally shot down with a very rude store clerk. Im not happy. We will take our business elsewhere and have already done so with a company that is more than willing to work with us. The person who answered the phone on June 22 around 12:15 needs to learn how to handle customer service.

They are a few cheaters always send bills that are never fix anything else they charge more, as they know that the customer is busy and does not pay and only pays that is called stealing
