Tony and Mr. Sing were a lifesavers! I called Brothers Mechanical Services on Thursday at 5. Tony and Mr. Sing came out by 10 AM the next day! Tony were not give up on solving the issue, he kept asking questions and looking for the issue! I was really impressed. He figured out the issue and ordered the needed parts and they were back out here on Monday Morning to fix it and fixed other issues along the way! I would work with them again in a heart beat and would highly recommend them!!!

Tony is prompt and professional. I called him at 7:30AM for my AC not working and he was at my house by 9AM to fix the issue, even helped me set up my nest app on my phone that i couldnt figure out for quite some time. We have been using him for many years for our HVAC and Hot Water Heater. When other companies tell me it will be days until they can get a tech out to look at my problem, Tony arrives within hours! Tony and Jason were awesome. Responsive professional and very knowledgeable. They assessed my issue, got the part in less than 24 hours, then made a trip late in the day so would not be without a/c over the weekend. We purchased our system from BMS and use them for any maintenance issues. They are fast, communicative, and always on-time. Weve had Tony come out for quick repairs and hes always a pleasure to deal with. Well continue to use BMS, and Tony, for any future needs!

I called Brothers Mechanical Services to troubleshoot a water leak problem from my air handler unit located above ceiling. BMS sent Tony to diagnose the problem. When Tony came and saw the unit, he mentioned that there are several problems because whoever installed the unit did not do a good job. Tony found several issues after visual inspection like not having a drain pan, unit was tilting away from drain lines, supply lines were not insulated, etc. Tony opened the unit and discovered that coils had a lot of condensation and water was dripping through air filters. He figured out that blower fan was not working and one compressor was completely shut down. Since this was a major job, he called for additional help and finally resolve the issue. Tony is responsive, knowledgeable and reliable. He took my headache away as I was having dealing with unhappy tenant.

I have worst experience with this company. I found their very good reviews that’s why I call them to fix my walk in freezer. We agree to pay two hours minimum labor which is 300 dollars and parts. The guy name Tony came he took about an hour to diagnose the problem but he couldn’t do it he called two other guy for help. Finally they changed two small components of the freezer and it started working.He charge me 5 hours of labor plus parts which is 949 dollars without any invoice. I asked him can you breakdown the charges. Verbally he breakdown the charges but I want him at writing. Tony said it’s not one person job that’s why he needed those other person. When he was calling his boss or partner I said I want to talk him, he handed his cell phone to me, we agreed to pay him 700 dollars. The job was done in less then two hours and they were not providing the invoice I was still not happy to pay them under the table but I agreed. Finally after 10 minutes they get down from roof and said I’m not fixing and not charging for anything, he switches old parts. My freezer was working little bit before they come. I believe they blue up something which I don’t know till I find another technician. I wouldn’t give even one star review. I called so many times their company one of the front desk girl name alson pick the phone finally, she promised me she will figure out and call me within 15 minutes but it never comes. I had worst experience with them I can’t explain whole things here I’m so depressed what to do with them, they are ripping to the people. I already spoke to my lawyer about the situation. If they blow anything then we will go from there.

Tony saved my life. We have a old HVAC system. Several folks saw it and made up numbers of how much to charge me. And then I met Tony. He fixed it with a little wiring and a lot of hard work. Hes the most trustworthy person in the business and hes the only HVAC expert Ill ever work with. I cant recommend him highly enough.

Great service provided by Brothers Mechanical Services from the initial phone call to have a furnace and air conditioning unit installed to the final installation. Tony made the initial visit and explained in detail the various options. Price for the system was good. Tony and Roger installed the system two days later and did a great job. I called Brothers mechanical service because we had a leak from our air conditioning system. Tony answered the call and came in ahead of scheduled time. Tony diagnosed the system and explained the problem to me and gave me an estimate before starting the work. The work was done very professionally and cost very reasonable. He provided an exceptional customer service. I was very pleased with his work which required adding freon and flushing drain lines. I would recommend Tony to anyone. He is honest and trustworthy. I have already asked him to give me a service contract for all of my HVAC units in the building.

We scheduled an appointment for replacement of our water heater and they arrived promptly at the time specified and were very professional and courteous placing a cover on our floors immediately upon arrival. The work was completely within the estimated time stated and Tony called the next day to ensure we were having no issues with the installation and everything was functioning correctly. We couldnt have asked for a better experience and the pricing was fantastic compared to other quotes we received. We would highly recommend and will be using them in the future.

Tony came by the morning after my homes AC stopped working. He diagnosed the issue, told me what the failed component was, repaired it, recommended cleaning the condenser coil and recharging freon. Had it all working within two hours. I also had him perform a service on my other AC condenser. This company is completely unreliable. I have been forced to use them because I cant seem to find anyone else to repair our 5 year old ice machine but now Im done. Theyve repaired it twice now and its still not working. The worst part is they have never been on time for their scheduled appointments. Not even close. Like 8 hours late one time and two no shows two other times. And no communication whatsoever. Each time Ive had to pay one of my employees to wait all day for them and they either show up 8 hours late or never show. This last time I told them up front when I made the appointment that theyve been totally unreliable so guess what? They never show up for the appointment! I call and get the answering service. The answering service calls me back and says my appointment had been cancelled!. I ask them to have the manager call me in the morning. She calls me the next day and has no explanation. The manager says she doesnt know what happened, she cant tell me if or why my appointment was cancelled, theyve been having trouble in my area and that maybe I should use another company. .No kidding. I asked to have the owner call me.and she said that will take a few days. Well see but my guess is I wont be getting a call, if I could give zero stars I would. Horribly run company.
