One of the drivers ran into my mailbox causing minor blemishes to the mailbox exterior while delivering lumber to my neighbors home. The way I was taken care of was amazing!! I would like to thank the technician, Mr. Victor, for his dedication to service, his professionalism and his attention to detail. Victor remained in contact with me until the mailbox was ordered, received and replaced. I am not in need of any of their products or services at the moment, but based on the level of customer service I received from Victor, I will definitely be calling Barrons for all my lumber needs. I had a great experience visiting Barrons. I stopped here to check out their lumber assortment and prices. I expected the cold shoulder since I do furniture and small wood projects for my own home, not contractor work. The manager who showed me the warehouse was very friendly and patient, even though I wasnt making a purchase. He referred me to other places where I may find more of what I need. I definitely know where to go if I plan larger scale carpentry products in the future.

My husband and I have both called this company several times in the past several weeks to discuss purchasing deck materials from them. Every sales person we have spoken to has been extremely rude and clearly has no interest in discussing any of the products with us. We decided not to order from them.

They take forever to get the supplies i ordered my stuff this morning and they didnt have it ready to go

We deliver to them they are fast to unload you they have changed there entrance for commercial truck delivery so enter off of notes road ..

This company is terrible. They clearly do not have enough employees and do not care to fix it. The wait here is TERRIBLE. 30+ minutes to get an order. Employees standing around with management. Do not shop here!

Barron’s Lumber in Manassas is great. I am in the process of finishing my basement and have used them for all of my lumber needs from framing to trim. They provide next day delivery and will deposit items in your garage if you want. This made life so much easier during the renovation. They’re helpful on the phone and prompt to fill estimate requests. They also come in hundreds of dollars less than Home Depot or Lowe’s and have consistently supplied superior products.

Used them twice so far and they have been great! I am a homeowner but they treat me as if I do business with them all the time. I highly recommend using them if you are in the area.

Great Lumber Horrible Customer service! Im a contractor and I will never buy from them again. Not only theyre wrong in scheduling the delivery for the afternoon instead the agreed first thing in the morning delivery but also werent apologetic or tried to make things right. Spoke to John who in other words told me to deal with it. I was baffled!

Great customer service, selection and free delivery for account holders. I have found all the employess to be frendly and helpful. The drivers are awesome always dropping the material out of the way and wherever you instruct. Prices are higher on some things compared to the box stores but overall (on your entire order) youll do better here. A+

Do not order material from them!!! I called and pre-paid for material the day before (asked for invoice to be emailed to me - that I never got). That part went great (they got there $$$$).My crew went by the next morning to pick it up (hopefully in 1 to 4 minutes in and out) but was then told itbis already invoiced - someone else already picked it up?!?!?. After 30 minutes of back and forth and my $85 per hour crew cost clock ticking away - all I get is sorry it was our bad/fault!?!? They keep all there profit on the sale but caused me to lose $40 on wages, $40 on profit and 15 minutes of my time waisted on the phone.

Barrons supplied garbage pressure-treated fence posts and some garbage PT boards to my fencing contractor and will not warranty it. It was not properly kiln-dried, so I got warping and twisting wood in several spots. They also dont know what theyre talking about with the proper amount of concrete for post footings.

This place is for big boys and their toys..I felt like a little kid in a Candy store..WOW..loved it

Fantastic place to get different dimension boards that you cant get at Lowes or Home Depot. For example, I was building a tree fort for my kids nad needed 24x12 boards. Barrons had them in quanity. Great people and delivery was top notch.
