If is one thing I like the most is when an employee gives 100% customer service. I truly recommend Pablo from rooms to go in manati. He made everything possible to get the merch. I needed for my girls.

Don’t waste your time. They won’t let you walk through the store and look at anything without a sales person and THERE’S ONLY ONE SALESPERSON! There are 20 other people walking around doing nothing but everyone is sitting and waiting or standing outside in the heat. Just wait for their “Going out of business” sale after Covid. We went to 4 other furniture stores yesterday and none were treating customers this way.

Not really the best place to get your furniture, every seems bland to the eyes and colorless. Too expensive for the sight. Maybe get a lamp or the casual chair, but apart from that wouldnt dare touch the dull sets.

The options do not dissapoint, the service is quite excellent, and the ambiance is relaxed.

The delivery is fast and before the time they tell you. They are carried to broken and plastic boxes. Everything is left inside the house. I have already made 2 purchases and I have no complaints so far in the Manati store.
