I went in yesterday and Keagan helped me throughout the whole store. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. He also didn’t walk too fast so we weren’t left in his dust as we have been at other stores, as someone who can’t always walk super fast I appreciated his pace that he adjusted for us. I wanted some hair and skin care items and he walked me through several options that I am confident will work well for me! In addition to that he recommended some fun extras such as Jack Black lemon lip balm which is amazing, and a sugar scrub. I will for sure be back to this store when I need more products and hopefully Keagan will be there to help me again!

This is the best store in the town . Qualified staff and very friendly specially the lady that works for Juice Beauty KRISTI . She has help me with a lot of products specifically with Anti - Wrinkle eye treatment . Has worked amazing. I suggest it to everyone. 👌👌

My sister had an absolutely horrific experience with the salon. The worst part is, she never even made it to her appointment due to the gaslighting and insolent tone from Michelle on the phone when she has called to confirm her appointment and what she wanted done. After getting one message saying her appointment was cancelled, even though it wasn’t according to staff, and a second message threatening to cancel her appointment again due to lack of communication, she called the salon staff to see what the confusion was but was treated so poorly she was left anxiety ridden and later on cancelled her appointment and booked elsewhere. DO NOT book an appointment here! Seems extremely unorganized, like staff is stressed out, and they don’t have the skills to treat their customers appropriately.

I cant say enough about the service here. I went in and at the door a very nice gentleman greeted me and helped me go exactly to what product I needed. When he could not answer my question (it was about toning down yellow highlights) he immediately brought me over to find a friend in the hair salon. The ladies in the salon knew exactly what product I needed and spent time explaining to me the process on use and even walked over to show me where the product was. I can not say enough about my experience. Best thing it worked awesome. Thank you so much Ulta staff at Manchester NH. I will for sure be using them again

They are well stocked but if you are supposed to receive any type of free item be sure to remind the clerk. I asked twice and they still forgot it and I had to wait for a manager. Kind of a disappointment as I am a diamond member

A couple of workers asked if I needed help which was nice and my cashier Josiah was really sweet and complimented my makeup as well as recommend me favorite products and was just fabulous all around.

Popped in today to get a face moisturizer and Lauren who works there was amazing!! She was very informative!! Gave us a great suggestion for Macne (mask acne). We wanted Dermalogica products and she recommended just what we should purchase.

I went into the Manchester mall location and the girls in there were amazing completely walked through the store with me showing me all the best products and really educated on what they are selling. I will definitely be coming back to this store!!

Some lady employee tells me to download app and app will match me as they don’t have employees to help me. Highly disappointed been a card holder fora very long time. The staff today was very helpful in finding the item Id come in to buy. And at checkout, there was a snafu with the register processing my gift card, and though I owed $6 they told me not to worry about it since it had taken about 10 minutes to try to fix the problem. Great store, products and service.

My candle that I bought online came totally broken in the box I brought it back they didnt have the same candle was able to exchange for a different one

So I Was there on 8/31 everyone was so lovely and helpful except the person who manages the store unfortunately. I wasn’t aware it closed at 7pm Which is my mistake completely. I was just grabbing a foundation real quick. Mind you it was 7.05pm. The manger came rushing over intensely telling me to get out. I politely said I’m just grabbing a fountain real quick. She responded in an aggressive manner by saying no I need you out. I have things to do and so do her employees... again understandable completely. Continued to tell me to get me out the store. I just grabbed the foundation and checked out. I haven’t experienced that in that store I was very surprised. She could have handled it Much differently. How she acted you could have sworn I was ransacking the entire place. Maybe she was having an off day We all do plus added stress from the virus going around. To the blonde upset Manager I’m sending positive vibes your way girl and hope you have a better rest of your day I’m sure you are a very lovely woman/person. Will continue shopping here

I went into this particular Ulta asking about self tanning products, with no prior knowledge. I asked the woman what supplies/products I would need and what she would suggest to me. I happily bought the St. Tropez self tan classic bronzing mousse along with the mitt that was recommended to me. After a couple uses, I noticed it didn’t really show up and thought I needed to be using a darker self tan. I go to another Ulta store to find that the mitt the previous employee told me to get was the remover mitt. I was not happy!

I’m seriously disappointed. They Had nothing I wanted in stock which were prestige brands and still two weeks later was even more empty. When I went back they literally had nothing on the shelves. I feel if you’re going to have a store like this you should have some back stock of stuff esp if you know it’s going to sell out. This Ulta is the worst I’ve been to and the Nashua one isn’t any better.

Very disappointed. Made an appointment with a specific stylist, got to my appointment and the stylist was with another client. Employees apologized for moving appointment to someone else and said it was because scheduler did not put an R next to appointment. Then was told another stylist would be doing hair. 15 minutes later(already late for my original appointment) a third stylist is saying she is going to do hair. I ask what happened to the second one and was told that she was now running late. No organization, not a care that appointment was moved to someone else(I had specific reasons for requesting the stylist I did). Though I was given a little bag as an, I am sorry, does change my mind on the professionalism. I felt bad because the third stylist assigned to do appointment got me in a very bad and annoyed mood. Definitely not her fault. She was great.

I wish I could have given this salon zero stars. I went to the ulta salon this afternoon for pretty much the most basic haircut anyone could ask for. I requested an even one-length collar bone level cut with a few angles in the very front. To be fair, the front of my hair is fine, not great, but fine. The back, however, is a different story. I have to quote the other google reviewer and say it looks like a child took a pair of preschool scissors to my hair. It is uneven, choppy, and is missing a chunk in the back, right in the center. I tried washing it and straightening it and curling it and putting it up and I cannot hide this awful haircut. Please do not go to this salon if you have any respect for your hair. Take the extra time and money to find a professional, because these girls are certainly not that.

Expensive, Very Expensive and very clique! Men arent even seen in the store. As a matter of fact my wife of 50 was not asked one question by a staff member in her 20 minutes in the store. She was blown away by the prices and the how the staff was completely ready to remake our teenaged children while she was completely ignored. She was looking for some very specific products but she did find them elsewhere and with more help.

Scheduled a haircut for a specific time. I came in ten minutes early and checked in. Stylist was cutting a kids hair cut and told me it would be a couple minutes and said I could walk around the store or have a seat. I walked around the store for twenty minutes and she was still working on kids hair. Sat for another 15 minutes before I finally got up and walked out. As I went to another salon I called ulta to speak with a manager. No apology and she decided to tell me there was a bad connection and hung up. With so many bad reviews and similar stories from customers why isn’t the owner or upper management looking in to the unprofessional staff that work here. People need to put complaints directly to the corporate office since managers in the store itself care about as much as it’s rude and unprofessional employees and hair techs. They put more effort, time and care in to their own personal hair and makeup applications just to come in to work but don’t care about anything else once they get there. Hire people for what they are being paid for. The store needs an employee makeover. Pun intended.

I walked by this place while I was in the Manchester new hampshire mall. I did not go into this place and I did not buy anything from here either. But I do know that this place has a huge parking lot with handicap parking and handicap accessible entrance.

Now, I review restaurants generally. Retail, hospitality or non specific industries is difficult to review. Products sold in any environment are reviewable. With that being said, I dont shop here. I get dragged here. Women flopping around like fish out of water to buy the next make up item. Dont get me wrong, I like a woman in make up but only on special occasions. Youre beautiful girl just the way you are. Wear it, dont wear it either way. The cashiers call people guests. Oh like thank God I got invited here to spend my hard earned money. Youre in the Manchester Mall. Not New York City. Just ask to help who ever is next. So I cant really give any stars nor do I feel like they earned negative stars. Its just a place I went once and googled asked.

Very friendly however worst blowout I have ever received.Booked a blowout for a wedding I was in. During the wash, my roots were hardly touched. I asked for high amounts of volume and large curls and was assured it would come together at the end....it did not. She blew me out with a round brush but blew it out straight. She did a terrible job on the roots, they looked greasier and more stuck to my head then they were coming in. She proceeded to curl my hair, without it being fully dry, so my curls came out “wormy” looking. She finished it off with a spritz of root pump and said it was good. It was not and I have my own root pump, the blowout volume was what I was paying for. The only saving grace was when another stylist threw in a quick headband braid so it didn’t look totally undone. Would have re-washed it and done it over myself but didn’t have the time. Scared to see wedding photos. The woman was friendly and kept good conversation but not what I was there for.Recommendation: I get blowouts monthly but am from out of state. Go to a salon that only or mostly does blowouts. If you’re thinking of here, drive to Boston instead and go to a DryBar. They’re incredible.

I love the PUR Brand stick. It gives you coverage like you wouldnt believe but it is light and sheen it is not cakey at all. I am so glad I found it and their powdered foundation that you put on after is Flawless and your face looks absolutely beautiful. I also like born this way products and I like their tuttifrutti eye shadow it actually smells like fruit and its beautiful on your eyes.

I went to get my hair cut and colored. The color came out decent but I wanted a bob cut and its looks like a child took scissors to my head. I spent $234 on my hair and I am very upset with the way it came out. My hair is uneven and choppy looking. I dont even know how to get this fixed!!

I went to the salon the other day and got a partial highlight. I think the stylist name was Nicole the one With blonde hair. Anyway I am soooo very happy with my highlights and cut! She did such an amazing job. I absolutely love my hair I can’t stop looking at it!!!! I deff recommend going there! And she was also super nice and I felt very comfortable. Thank you Soo much !!!

What you dont deserve stars Ulta. I work close by and offen walk thru looking for help. No one ever asks if I need help. They are never stocked with current products. I always end up walking out and going to CVS where the prices are cheap and the workers ask you if you need help. I did call and report this to Ulta, however nothing was done. Still the same service. The employees are in there own world. They dont look like they want to be there and more or less help you with anything. I have never given a bad review. My friends rate me as a person that is always happy. This is hard to accept and I am upset. Its awful...never buying here. So Ulta in Manchester, dont change for me because its fun to go in to your store with friends and prove myself wrong,,opps I was right. Poor service. you should be ashamed of yourself. You would look better flying a kite.

Today was a terrible visit. The young lady behind the counter was cranky and had a wicked attitude. All I did was point out that some items were on the clearance shelf so I didnt pay full price.

Didnt let me see my makeup until it was completely finished for prom. I hated it and had to redo it at home. Looked nothing like the photo I showed the lady. Waste of $60
