Helpful staff although they didnt have what I needed, they really tried to help me.

Every visit I get outstanding service. Sent my son to get wiper blades for his vehicle and they went the extra mile by helping him install them. Great service and knowledgeable staff.

I have had great service every time I have come here. The staff is very friendly, and helps me if I am ever looking for a special part, or for something in which I just dont know where it is. I have found they have good prices as well. I also subscribe to their emails, and get lots of good deals that way too.

Most of the time I find this to be a good store. Recently I asked for an employee to check the battery and alternator as my car was hard to start. They came out and just checked the battery and said it was dead. Bought a new battery and now less then a week later the battery is dead. Would have been nice if the guy did what I asked and checked the alternator as well.

Hi i’m Kyle i’m 36 5’11 260 pounds. I came into autozone to get advice about my2001 ford fiesta and it was a fun time getting in the zone. I like leaving the house and doing stuff because my wife is a real mean lady and it’s nice to see other guys in public. The men working there were awful neat. Would love to see them wearing shorts!!

Parts manager is clueless. Order me the wrong parts. And another part store informed me i bought the wrong parts. Will not return to this location. Staff in store were complaining that they transferred to a busy store and they were slow yet i stood in line over 10 minutes. Not friendly and felt uncomfortable.

They don’t honor their warranties. Even with a receipt. So if you are in the market for a radiator hose that won’t fail within 4 months, I’d recommend going somewhere else.

Walked into this location on a Friday afternoon around 3 pm. No cars in the parking lot. Nobody else in the store but me and 3 Autozone employees. Not one greeted me nor even acknowledged me. Another employees walks in from outside and doesnt even look in my direction. Im patiently standing in line, yet nothing. I put the products im looking to buy on the counter in front of one of the employees, yet to no avail. So I walked out. It was as if I was invisible. I can now understand why this store was empty.

You should consider selling spaghetti.

Dropped in to get my battery tested. Last couple of days my car didnt want to turn over like it usually does. I even had to get a jump yesterday. They tested the battery and it was bad. Over 4 years old!, so thats about right. Robert was professional and courteous. Fetched a new battery right away and about had the new one in by the time I finished checking out. Great experience at this Auto Zone always.

They guys there were helpful and were able to sharr 3 the questions i had.

Engine light was on. Called this location and spoke with Darren. He informed me of their service options for this. Stopped by around 700 pm. Employee named Holden checked the code, found the issue and replaced the gas cap. 20 minutes max. Very personable, professional service by this employee.

My wife, child, dogs and I were on a trip to South Carolina from Texas. The day prior, we had our vehicle serviced at an automotive shop for brake maintenance. While on the interstate in eastern Louisiana our vehicle began making a loud noise when braking. We pulled off the interstate to investigate and found one of our calipers was missing a bolt. We found this Auto Zone location was five minutes from us and made our way. We pulled in the parking lot minutes before closing time and explained our plight to the employees. Now well past closing time, and without skipping a beat, Jason and Darrin began looking up the part and found it in stock. They then insisted on helping me access the caliper and guided me with installing the bolt properly, using the stores tools. They were very compassionate for our situation and concerned for our safety from start to finish. They put time with their families on hold to help mine and I am extremely appreciative. Thank you both for the outstanding service, I cant begin to express my gratitude!!!

Always willing to help...being a female and not really knowing much about cars they are helpful. Check engine light on they will give you a print out to what’s wrong before you go to a repair shop so they can’t take advantage of you.

I bought a used Armada with a battery that was installed in 7/2015 by the previous owner with a 5 year warranty from Auto Zone.11/2016 the Auto Zone battery is determined to be defective by the Auto Zone people. The manager REFUSED to allow any warranty benefit because I was not the purchaser. Regardless of their corporate rules, it is the wrong way to treat a customer who has spent thousands on old car restorations at this location. I buy used vehicles often and this is the first time I have dealt with a company that wont stand behind a warranty.Good riddance.

I like their limited lifetime warranty (good for as long as you own that vehicle) on many of their auto parts. Shop around, though: theyre not the most inexpensive place you can buy auto parts from including online!

I walked into this place not knowing anything about cars. A woman approached me with a face like she didnt want to be there. I needed assistance and she told me to go out & look for the size myself. I dont know what im looking for so i came back in and asked for her to help and she looked at me like im stupid and slammed her stuff down. I went black in asking for a guys opinion & he just stood there giving me everybody has different opinions story. I understand this but like i said i trust a guys opinion on style for cars but yet he never would assistant me and just stood there. I just said forget it and walked out. For anyone not knowing about cars i would NOT suggest this place unless you want to get looked at like your stupid! I work with customers everyday and i would not tolerate this. You want your guests to feel comfortable and happy.

Went there with a burned out tail light on my car. They figured out how to replace it, had bulb in stock and even replaced it for me. Watched them install a car battery while i was there. Will return next time i need a car part.

This us my husbands go to place for all things automotive related. I like that you can go online first and check stock availability.
