I have to give a HUGE shout out to Ms.Tracy. She went above and beyond to make sure the item I wanted was shipped directly to me. She walked me through every step and within no time I had a tracking number. I live hours away and happen to see a picture of the item I wanted on Facebook in this store. I called the store and Ms.Tracy made sure it was shipped to me. I am so thankful for her kindness and amazing customer service. She really made my day.

I tried to do an EVEN EXCHANGE the other day. Which I have never had an issue with doing before. I had gotten a soap and candle in a scent from the $30 Christmas box they were selling. It’s not a scent I’m a big fan of so I wanted to swap the scent out for one I liked. Which is how employees were advertising it when I bought it which is why the $30 box got purchased. The lady told me she couldn’t do an exchange for the soap. And reluctantly did it for the candle. Rudely made the assumption it was purchased on candle day. As if that would matter anyway. It was a candle that wasn’t used. Still in the cello wrapping I had it in since it was a gift. Highly disappointed at how the employee acted. I will no longer be shopping at this location. Bath and body works has 100% guarantee and there should not have been an issue with an even exchange. I wasn’t looking to get any money back, just wanted a scent I actually wanted. Other employees there were kind which is the only reason it’s 2 stars and not 1.

Took my wife to get a few things because shes never been to this store before. The ladies working in here were awesome. Not only were they super friendly very knowledgeable as well. Definitely a place to return to if only to check out the amazing candles this place carries.

I found 2 scents I use but I could have gotten it from the slidell store. The management team leader told me they couldnt take my coupon from the bath & body works company and was giving me a number to call when I said ok I was going to call and get a replacement coupon from the number I use to sign up on.

Yall.. I cant go in this place without spending more money than intended 😔 their sales are dangerous especially around Christmas. Im a sucker for their candles. Great sales and deals, always super friendly staff. 🥰

Staff is always nice but I think their policy requires they come ask if you need help every two minutes which is annoying and entirely not the employees fault

Overwhelming fragrance and friendliness! I love the 24 hour shea butter lotion and the candles, and car smelly things. The staff here is ridiculously nice and helpful. I always leave poor and happy.

Always super clean, well stocked, ample employees working hard, and its the easiest place to shop with knowledgeable assistance to get the best product necessary. Definitely a wonderful shopping experience.

I actually think its a pretty rude thing to do to the people that are working there...Anyway, the two ladies that were working this evening welcomed me in, told me not to stress (bc they werent) and completey made me feel at ease!
