Loved my experience at EWC this evening. Katie, the receptionist, was so welcoming and made me feel very relaxed + she was so easy to talk to while I waited for my appointment. Hailey, my wax specialist, had a very calming vibe to her and made me feel so comfortable during my Brazilian. Thanks ladies! ♥️

Jasmine is the only brow artist that i will go to from now on! She always does a wonderful job and takes pride in her work. Quick and nearly painless, she is the best!

First of all: Jasmine is the TRUTH when it comes to waxing and she gets 5/5 stars, period. I will not go to another waxer. She is super sweet, thorough, and listens to her clients needs. The only reason my review is 4 stars instead of 5 is because I think the business should put more emphasis on quality vs. quantity (which has nothing to do with Jasmine individually, cause she’s awesome). Some clients, like myself, have coarser body hair or more surface area to cover, and need extra time to ensure we get the best wax possible. All in all I recommend and I’ll definitely be coming back to see Jasmine every time!!

Absolutely the GREATEST European Wax Center I’ve ever been to! Everyone was so nice and helpful. My waxer, Hailey C, hands down the BEST waxer I’ve ever had at EWC. She got EVERYTHING! Def will be back when I’m in town again!

Update: 2-15-21- I received a phone call from the manager who was extremely nice and willing to fix my issue. I appreciate the call and i’ll try this location again in the future. I look forward to seeing fully trained staff at this location because it’s in a great location. The manager’s commitment to customer service alone is why I will return.original post: I tried this location today and i was extremely disappointed.

Such nice, helpful, and professional workers! I get facials when I go, and I love them! The facials are so rejuvenating and relaxing. Such a calm and peaceful environment. Go get a facial or waxed with them and ask for Chelsea!!

I’ve been going to EWC faithfully every 4 weeks for over a year and a half now. I used to go to the one in Slidell with my girl Robin before she left 😭 I was hesitant coming to the new one in Mandeville but yesterday I asked for someone who had more experience ( I’m picky) and y’all Jasmine is PURE GOLD. If you need any waxing services done, book her! No pain, easy, great conversation, and she really knows what she’s doing and educates you on your skin on a very sensitive area of your body. She takes the time to make sure it’s right, hairs gone, body smooth, without rushing through and leaving wax on you as others have in the past. I cannot recommend her enough. Just do it!

I was nervous about having a different Wax Specialist at the new location but Jasmine was absolutely amazing! Not only did we have great conversation but she did a great job and made it as painless as possible. Definitely recommend Jasmine! 😁

Jasmine provided great breathing techniques & had good conversation. Overall the waxing was 3/5.

They did not finish my wax service and I still paid $30. More than half my hair is still there. Obviously can’t post a picture. I want my money back immediatelyI now two days later am covered in white bumps that burn????
