Let me star by saying I stopped liking Starbucks coffee years ago but the people here more than compensate for the quality of the coffee. The baristas and in general all the workers are kind, helpful, remember all clients by name, the place is clean with plenty of seats, clean bathrooms and easy access from the causeway. The best out of the 3 Starbucks in the area.

After the hurricane only open from 6:00 a.m. to whatever that number says!

Im not really a customer but a former employee. I no longer work for Starbucks, but I worked at this location for almost a year. I can honestly say, Ive never worked with such a committed, honest, hard-working group of people before like the group at this location. Corporate environments can feel cold sometimes. But there wasnt a single day that I walked in and didnt feel like family – even during a global pandemic. Thats the kind of environment that the shift leads and manager have created in this store. And it definitely has an effect on the customers as well.Next time Im back in Mandeville, I will absolutely be hitting this store up when I need some nitro. Thanks for all yall do!

Every morning before work, the drive through line was SUPER fast. Lately though, theyve been terribly slow. Im not sure if they lost some employees or came under new management. Im hoping its just a short term glitch. They are also often out of my favorite items.

This is probably the best Starbucks I have ever encountered. All the staff know the names of all customers, greet you when you enter, and generally make you feel very welcome. Lindsay is a phenomenal manager and it shows in the service and hospitality!

Always loved this drive-thru Starbucks until today. Your millennial attitude was terribly inappropriate! You should NEVER work in any type of customer service job, as your condescending and flippant attitude was over the top.

Really nice Starbucks location, large, contemporary interior. Lots of parking in front. Patio seating available and a lot of interior seating. A good location for working on a laptop or meeting a group. Family friendly. Location is difficult to find, not visible from the road, only from within the parking lot. Large selection of mugs and snacks available for sale. Mobile pick up available.

I love everything about this location. The staff are so friendly and truly care about providing a good experience and getting to know each customer. They always make an effort to make conversation and recommend new drinks whenever I order. The renovations have improved the in-store experience too. I work remotely for work and this is the perfect place to get away from the house and focus. The store is always really clean and inviting.. lots of space to work. By far my favorite coffee shop in the area!

The holiday spice flat white is the most delicious thing I have ever gotten at Starbucks. It has a ton of flavor without being sickly sweet. I love it!

Would Starbucks please note in a prominent place whether its a drive through or not!Those of us traveling alone with a pet really need to know before we drive quite a distance to then find out it is one without!It would be so very helpful!Would be even better if they chose to allow small dogs to come in.

My grandson needed a ride to Madisonville, so on the way I pulled into line at Starbucks and got a Carmel coffee to go. He naturally wanted the famous heated chocolate chip cookieI need my coffee to wake up and this was just the ticket to make the trip .to Madisonville doable. Next time I will go in with a friend and try that Turkey cranberry sandwich.

Always great coffee and breakfast items - though the calories can sneak up on you.This store has got it down to a science and service is fast and friendly.Recently renovated and comfy with free Wi-Fi, clean bathrooms, and room to sprawl.

This Starbucks location is closed for a renovation. Nothing on the website indicates such. In fact, the hours or operation show that it is currently open. I drove out of my way to go to this location, only to see construction workers. If it is going to be closed for an extended period of time, put something on the website or at least change the hours of operations until the place reopens. Not happy.

I come here all the time since its right next to my apartment.Friendly staff. Sometimes the orders are wrong, but will gladly fix it for you. Drive through is a life saver at all times of the day.

At first I loved coming here because they were the only Starbucks in St Tammany to get an order right. Then all of a sudden they get almost all of my orders wrong like they target me or something. Just the past two times that Ive gone theyve given me a grande instead of a Venti (which is fine UNLESS Im paying for it)... The first time they did it I just let it go because I understand theyre busy. The next time they gave me a grande I told them to correct it to a venti like I asked for. The girl gave me attitude, remade it and said Next time say venti. Okay... Next time make me the drink you CHARGE me for... So rude. Are there no customer friendly Starbucks in St Tammany Parish??

Every time I come to this Starbucks, though the baristas are nice, they get my order wrong. I use to get a London Fog Tea Latte with extra stuff added to it but now I dont even order that because theyve gotten it wrong every single time. One time they used English Breakfast instead of the Earl Grey. I just ordered a tall iced double ristretto (etc) caramel macchiatto. I wondered why it tasted so bitter. Its because they made it a triple instead of a double and you know damn well they charged me that extra 80 cents that I didnt ask for. They all seem very nice so thats why Im not giving them a 1 star, but seriously it isnt hard to make a drink correctly.

Starbucks is Starbucks. For the most part, you seen one you seen them all. The exception to that rule is the starbucks on west 24th in austin texas. That one is special.

*editThe staff on the afternoon of 08/15/17 was very nice and provided excellent service.This location is hit or miss. Yesterday I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before someone would wait on me. Also has a bad fly problem inside.
