Amazing breakfast/lunch spot. Stopped by today for a quick Mother’s Day breakfast before hitting the road, and everything was great! Fresh food was brought out so fast, each of the 3 plates we ordered were delicious, and the prices and service were awesome! Check them out 🔥😋

Amazing food and amazing service. The food is fresh and the place is clean. You couldn’t tell from the outside but this place is a hidden gem. Way better than any chain restaurant diner. I’m definitely coming back!

Even though it might not look too fancy outside, the place is amazing in service! I loved their food, it looked and tasted great! Servers where nice and friendly and revisits your table to make sure all is well or if you require assistance. Business is open from 5:30 am till 3pm i believe so its not opened till late, but their workers make you feel warm and welcome.

Amazing breakfast, very friendly staff and all covid protocols were followed. The staff wore masks, they did a great cleaning in between the customers changing tables.

Unassuming restaurant on the outside that you might miss if you didnt know it was there. Their breakfast was tasty and the biscuit sandwich I had was bigger than expected in a good way. The staff was friendly and prices were fair.

Good quality food with a very relaxed and chill vibe in the place that we love! They did give me order to someone else so I had to wait longer than the rest of my family, but mistakes happen n the place was busy. All in all a pretty good experience

The service was awful and disorganized in a way that I have never seen at any restaurant before. We must have had 3 different servers in one sitting. The food was mediocre and uncreative if I am being polite about it. It was brought out all bit by bit with long waits between the next part of the meal being brought out. I ordered two over easy eggs on the side and one came out over medium and the other was over hard. As a cook there is no way that you dont know that you are sending out two eggs that are cooked two different temperatures both of which are wrong. A complete lack of caring, cooking skill and quality control. They should fire the kitchen staff and find someone who takes the job seriously because clearly the current chef does not. Easily one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences I have ever had.

We passed by Sams several times. Tired of fast food breakfast, we asked our foodie friends and was told Sams is the best, if you can get a seat on Sunday.The menu is amazing, lots of choices and great reading, too. Servers are on the ball! The kids menu alone is packed with options. Great coffee, too!Although it is an old building with little but a dab or two of fresh paint, it is clean. Dont look down tho. It has so many tracks on a wet muddy day and more people to feed than to impress with tidiness.Homestead is our new town, and Sams made us feel welcomed and truly at home!

Pretty laid back breakfast spot. Theyre prices are good and the overall food and service was decent too. They do close early so get here before 3 pm but other that I have nothing but good things to say.

Good breakfast, nothing spectacular. Biscuits that looked like cornbread were too salty. Had to throw most of it away because the salt made it inedible. The gravy on it was good at least. Everything else on the Sams Sampler was ok as well. If Im in the area again, Ill try out a different dish maybe. Cashier was nice.

Do not judge from outward appearance. The service was good, but I was not wowed. The food presentation was how I expected it to look (biscuits and gravy, 2 over medium eggs, sausage links, bacon strips and home fries) but then I took a bite and fell in love. Problem I now face is I live in Central Florida and Sams Country Kitchen is in Homestead! (South Florida)

Came here specifically for breakfast but couldnt resist trying the homemade jalapeno poppers. The homemade sweet tea is amazing, too. Terri was a wonderful server and recommended some sights to see nearby. Pleasant and quaint atmosphere with small amounts of booth and table seating.

First time I have been here and at least 15 years was hoping that they still had their home cooking was very disappointing manager or owner was very apologetic but by then we were already shocked, this was a $14 plate burnt piece of meatloaf maybe two bites and and this little side dish of mashed potatoes needless to say we left and went elsewhere will never return cant even believe that they sent this out of the kitchen

A classic diner feel which is definitely lacking in Homestead or Miami -Dade in general.Sometimes you just want a basic coffee from a pot and traditional American breakfast. This is the place! I also enjoyed overhearing conversations from these 4 older gentleman, probably been going their together for years that seem to go there every morning. Cant wait to go back and try biscuits and gravy.

Came here for a change from the normal breakfast place... now I fear change! Food was terrible, took 30 min to get to the table, if the waitress wasnt so nice it would have been one star!

I call to put my order in for pickup and one of the waitress anwer the phone was very rude and disrespectful hung up the phone in my face who that person was need to be late go thats unprofessional

The breakfast here was amazing! I got the Mike’s special I think is what it was called? Anyway, everything was cooked perfectly. Our server was the best! So attentive. Made sure we were pleased with everything and went over and beyond while practicing covid safety precautions . Don’t let the outside detour you from coming in and enjoying some good ole southern food! Will be back again!

Good ol diner experience serving comfort foods, breakfast all day long👏 Good menu options with dishes you’re familiar with. Excellent, friendly service. Patrons are very talkative too. Compact parking spaces. There always seem to be a lot of pedestrians around so be careful coming & going. Unisex bathroom, single person use. Youll have to walk past the kitchen area a bit in a short zig zag way down a short hall to get there. Its a time loop experience from jurrazo floor to a contemporary bathroom. It seems the whole place is in a perpetual upgrade, bringing life back to an older strip mall. Excellent wifi speeds, Android & Apple Pay are some modern technologies embedded like jewels in an older, time refused to forget diner.

Unexpectedly GOOD home-made food in the traditional All-American Country style. You have to try it to really grab the concept. On my Sunday morning drive to the usual place found out it was full and their waiting list had 16 customers ahead of me; another old geezer (my same age) said, cme-on, lets go to Sams, at first I was hesitating but I followed him to this unassuming place right on Krome Av. small sign but good feeling. After I tried their food Im another local, it is my new old breakfast place.

Food is good but over priced for some items. Worse and weakest coffee Ive ever had. ITS an easy thing to fix, but they never do. Just get better coffee, for that reason I rarely go back.

I had an excellent Greek omelet today and the service was very good. Weve been going to this restaurant for years under a few different owners. The new owners have really cleaned up the restaurant, improved the furnishings and upgraded the food quality. Its a good breakfast place.

It is 55 degrees outside they have the air conditioner colder inside the restaurant than it is outside when asked if they could turn the air off so that we could eat eventually halfway through the meal it was done the food was cold you have spaghetti for the special of the day and no parmesan cheese cuz they ran out and there is a storeTwo Doors Down. If youre going to have spaghetti make sure you have plenty of Parmesan cheese. I was not happy with the experience my waitress was fine shes a nice young lady. Im sorry everything else wasnt good not going back.
