The staff here is so friendly and helpful! They saved the day when a printer malfunctioned at home, and were very accommodating to my needs. 10/10 customer service, thank you for such a wonderful experience.

I ordered a spiral bound printing, which unfortunately had an error with the cover. When I filled out the emailed survey, I received a phone call within an hour apologizing and offering to reprint the product for pickup the same day. The reprinted product was even better than what I ordered. Excellent customer service! Thanks, Rebecca and crew!

Zach, the manage was phenomenal. We had a concern with package shipping out and he was amazing with helping us. I will definitely use this location again. I can’t say enough as to how great he was, with amazing follow through! Thank you Zach!

Store clerk, Vivian is possibly the rudest customer service person I’ve dealt with in a long time. Given the precarious existence of brick & mortar businesses it seems a liability to have someone so dismissive and rude to customers dealing with the public. Barely acknowledged my existence then completely refused to even look up or assist with a simple question. Later said she was too busy—to tell me where to pick up an order? What else can you be busy with standing at a cash register when a customer is trying to speak to you?

Couldnt find what we needed. Friendly staff could see I was confused and stopped to offer assistance. He not only directed me to the right area, but sympathized and engaged my child. We will definitely use this location again.

Lame/rude customer service except for the checkout lady who was pleasant. I had to exchange a SD card. The guy told me to go find the one I want and didnt bother telling me where they were. Of course, it took me forever, because they didnt put them next to the USB drives for some reason. I said Excuse me to a guy stocking shelves. He seemed to ignore me, so I asked him where the SD cards were. He seemed all annoyed and just wordlessly pointed to them. They were next to digital camera items, because we all *know* that SD cards are only used for cameras. I went back to the exchange guy with the new card and a printer cartridge. He didnt even offer to let me check out there. The Office Depot near Holiday Blvd is 100x friendlier. They bend over backwards to help you there. Go there.

Great selection of printer ink and generic printer ink as well as great tech gear and many paper options. Very easygoing atmosphere and staff are always helpful

Its not bad service, but its certainly not above and beyond. Just buy from them online and have it shipped to your place, or to the store for free pick-up.

This place has the worst customer service of any store I have ever visited. I have been waiting on a book to be made for our office for over a month now. I was called and told it was ready and got there to see it was not. Then told to come back later to get it and came back a second time and it was still not. Finally got the book done and it was incorrect and very poor quality so was told they will make it again. It has now been over a week and I called to check on it and they cannot find the order, put me on hold for over 10 minutes said they were still looking and cant find it. I spoke with a manager who assured me for the second time that it will be ready soon but I am no longer giving them any of our business. On top of all of that every time you are in there the check out line is over a 10 to 15 minute wait. Will never visit this store again!

Great clean store with friendly staff

Staff was not friendly. One male worker was standing in the copy center area eating chocolate brownies while there were customers to assist. There was another guy checking out customers and he looked very unhappy and seemed quite irritated to be working register. During the time I was in the store, it seemed like the checkout line was moving very slowly and frequently getting backed up. The store seemed to be very dirty and not well kept.
