Easy in and out. Had all I needed. Well organized check ot with employees monitoring the lines. Fresh Veggies, milk, cheese, peanut butter, bread and lots of frozen food. Bravo. Thanks for opening the store so fast.

Parked in handicap spot. Most food was available. Bought a lot of fresh fruit only to get home and discover that none of it was good. My first time there and was disappointed with what I did purchase. I will not buy fruit there ever again. People were nice and lots of people were shopping. Some items were wiped out, but I managed to get what I did need. Am broke now after being denied help from Fema even for rent assistance. We all do without things after going thru disasters. At least we are safe and back home with some food.

Neighborhood market closes at 11 pm. Got there at 10:48 pm, needed benadryl for an allergic reaction. Doors shut and locked. Other patrons perusing the produce section, no employees to be seen. What shouldve been a 4 minute trip turned into a 30 minute trip to Covington to get allergy medicine from a convenience store.

Worst walmart ever ! My husband worked for the company for 8 months and when we got married he was gone for 10 days altogether ( 4 scheduled days off and 6 protected personal time off ) and when he came back he magically had 5 points which equals termination and his boss didnt even give him the Decency to fire him in person they fired him on his day off! He went into work and was working and one of the managers came up ans asked why he was there. Get it together walmart ! You can do better then treating people like garbage!

A nice neighborhood market. The produce is fresh, the bakery has a great assortment. Dairy is almost always well stocked. They keep the center store aisles fully stocked; someone is always rotating and stocking shelves when Ive stopped in. I have not used the pharmacy here but it seems like a popular choice amongst others. There really isnt anything lacking except a couple of items I really want that are only at the Walmart Supercenter. The people that work at this neighborhood Walmart are friendly. Access is great, it sits between two major roads just a short distance from the Causeway. Parking is ample for a small store. So all-in-all, would I recommend this store? Absolutely! Will I shop here again? Again, absolutely!

Why did y’all move the pick up location. It’s HIGHLY inconvenient now. Everyone is walking in the parking lot right there, and the pickup people are having a difficult time with cars passing. Always having to get out and move baskets too. So dumb. It was fine where it was!!!

The employees are mostly great and the store is clean and well laid out. I sometimes find that items are out of stock or there arent many choices for various products. But overall the store is very convenient.

I always liked shopping here pre Covid. After thebstartbpf pandemic i have struggled with heart problems and by doctors orders i now order online and do pick up. Its really hiy amd and miss. A lot of times its great, but sometimes they give me the wrong products, or they shop bread for me which expires the same day or day after!! Deli meat as well will.pnly be edible for 1 to 2 days which for me is not good. I am one person. One pound of sliced turkey needs to last for about 1 week in order to make since financially to purchase yet this happens veryboften. They also put heavy items over my hread, tomatoes and chips, very heavy like gallon water, so that when i get home and unload food i have a squashed loaf of bread beyond repair, chips smushed into baically powder, and tomatoes which have been squashed into a pancake and juice flowing out of packaging. It started off great, with no problems so not sure why the sudden change. Hope they can fix this soon.

Absolutely terrible, waited in pickup for over an hour. People park in the pickup only spots that go into the store and block people from getting their space for reservations

This is a great alternative to the wal mart super center since it just sells groceries and some basic household items. The smaller setting is great, checkout is fast and easy, the people are usually nicer than at the wal mart super center and for people who mostly buy household necessities like cleaning supplies, pet chow, food and drinks at wal mart, this is a quick and convenient marketplace.

It was the first BB&B Ive ever been in that was such a mess. Couldnt find anything. It was terrible. But dont worry...I still managed to spend a couple hundred dollars 🙄

One of the most appealing aspects of this neighborhood Walmart is the fact that all of the employees are extremely friendly! There was an older lady that worked there at one point that was VERY rude but she has since moved on, making their team even stronger. She would cuss at people and just treat anybody any which way way she wanted and I thought was very inappropriate but nothing was her behavior was extremely inappropriate, but she’s gone now! Also, you definitely can’t beat the prices or the selection that this store has. The only thing I would have to complain about if anything would be the parking. They have the worst parking lot I believe in Mandeville! They’re doing a remodel of the parking lot to where people are able to become lazier and pick up their groceries right in the prime parking spots in front of the store itself. It is not ideal, as I believe the side of the store where the pick up is currently location is ideal! So, my question, why change it? All in all, I would give this store a five out of five due to it’s cleanliness, the friendliness of the employees, their selection and prices, and just for being an all-around wonderful place to shop!

Great alternative to the supercenter in Covington! Its more of a true grocery store than the big store is. Usually pretty busy but Ive never waited more than five minutes for the self check out. Ive never seen this store as picked over as the big store often is. Pharmacy is great too :)

I enjoy going to Walmart to shop its a lot cheaper than some places that I wont mention

Go to place when dont want the hassle of the Super Walmart. Knew they carried what I needed quick in and out. Not as well stocked as a Superstore but even they run out of stock sometimes.

Always good. Produce is usually nice. I do like small stores over the larger ones.I did mention to a produce man about the fresh asparagus. If they cut the bottom to unseal it so it can drink and will stay nicer looking instead of not being able to take in water and will wilt. He said it wasnt his department and the meat dept was responsible and continued on his way. I do know what Im saying is true and would have thought he would pass this info on.Thank you

This is a great place for everything you need. The staff is awesome and always ready to lend a hand. I respect and appreciate the hard work here, especially since I work along with many Walmart employees! My visits are always great even through covid-19. Great store, great employees, great management, and great franchise!

Looks like they are short on employees. No baskets at the door. Shelves need to be restocked.

We love the store but the parking is horrible and now with the curbside pickup its even more worse.

Great selection and friendly staff. This is where I spend most of time when buying groceries. Sometimes they are out of stock on regular items and dont always carry the type of water I like to drink but they usually have most things that I want. Recommended.

I really like this store. Tonights shopping was a bit difficult due to all the full pallets on the floor blocking things on the shelves. Normally things are usually great!

I like this little grocery but for some reason they’re determined to push customers to self checkout which I find incredibly annoying. I’ve started shopping elsewhere due to the lack of cashiers and self check out emphasis.

Lady behind the check out counter was slower than a snail. Never go to that store again

Ms. Diane at self checkout is always so nice and pleasant. She goes above and beyond for her customers. The others are mostly nice and friendly, unless its close to closing and then it could go either way. Overall, always a great experience throughout the store. Floor associates are very friendly and helpful. This is a well run store, always clean and organized. Associates actually greet and offer assistance.

Online ordering is the best thing all Walmarts have changed. Underpaid employees act like it but dont really blame them.

Over the years we have shopped at different grocery stores. We have plenty to choose from. The neighborhood market seems to be our first choice. It saves us from having to fight traffic to main Walmart. The prices are reasonable and I usually find what I need. They do tend to get backed up. Now that the scan and go lanes are pushed more you spend longer times waiting in line. Most of the time they only have 2-3 cashiers working. The place is pretty clean and well organized.

Good supermarket with good prices. Selection isn’t amazing, but it’s okay. As long as you aren’t too loyal to a certain brand, you should be able to find what you’re looking for.

This Grocery/Walmart has gotten better now that theyve added self-check out. It is probably too small for the location as the shelves are always in need of stocking. I often leave without one or two items because it isnt on the shelf - not that they dont carry it, it just isnt on the shelf. This can be very frustrating. But the prices are great, so I guess thats the trade off.The produce, probably because they have so much turn over, is usually very good. I like the pre-prepared salads you can get for about $4. Theyve gotten better at stocking them, used to run out all the time. That and the rotisserie chicken was out all the time. Now it isnt. Still missing a lot of other items on a regular basis though.

I was just at self check out the tall lady thats helping in self check out is rude and refused to help me .worst walmart i have ever been in.

They have a system that requires you to enter at one end of the store & walk the width of it to get to the pharmacy & then come rain or shine exit down at the pharmacy & walk back to the end you enter where your car is parked. Im seriously thinking of transferring all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Always fresh fish and cheap fresh vegggies. Rouses has the worst quailty meats & fresh veggies rot within a day for double the prices. I always shop here unless I want a frest deli or bakery item

Very easy to shop here; however, there were instances of aisles being blocked either due to restocking or grocery delivery carts. Checkout was easy and there were some self checkout registers. All in all a good experience.

Im glad that wipes are available again to clean cart before we use it. Thanks Walmart! (It doesnt seem as though store us cleaning them anymore.)

Family oriented Walmart with lots of helpful employees to assist every customer in need. Always a friendly environment with beautiful produce and ample meat department and anything else you would expect to find at a neighborhood Walmart.

My go to place when Im shopping late or looking to avoid the more expensive groceries in the area. My only complaint is its selection is a little limited, the neighborhood grocery in Covington is bigger and has a larger selection.

Convenient, good parking. The on line order pickup works great except we forgot a couple items and you cannot online order wine so we had to go in anyway.

Great place to grocery shop, good selection on foods, its rare that i cant find what Im looking for. The pharmacy has amazing prices, has been over $100 cheaper than the same prescription at Walgreens many times. My only complaint is that the store is a bit cramped.

They had everything I needed and it wasnt hard to find parking like it is at a big Walmart.

This neighborhood market is one of my favorites as the shelves are always stocked and the produce always fresh. The staff at this location are extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the stores layout and where items are located. The customer service desk staff are great and the lines are never too long. The store and restroom facilities are always super clean and stocked.

I was able to find everything I needed for great prices.

The self check out machines does not work when you use gift card, it takes forever and Allison manager doesn’t even know how to check out from gift card other dude did it quickly last time I visited and used gift card.

Special parking spaces are for the handicapped. Seems a space has been added close to the front of the store. Is the space for the Governor or an Engineer or a fireman etc.? The new space is for a cop to park in. Is this space ONLY for paid duty and for department vehicles to park in? The space is to also accomodate parking their familys personal vehicles in so they can shop. Why not add a special ramp for these folks too?
