I have bought a few firearms from them. Great service, alway makes sure you have ammo for the firearm you’ve purchased. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Not always as cheap as a box store but worth the little extra you may pay.

Great service and reasonable prices, especially for the used selection. Several interesting consignment guns, including a few match grade pistols. I am currently in the market for another 9mm and would definitely bring my business here.

Arms Merchant is the best place to buy firearms. They have very good customer service and the guys know their stuff!! I would recommend them to anyone! I have bought several guns from them and have bought accessories from them too. Great and honest people! Go see Scott for anything you need!

These guys bent over backwards for me, even though I was on a budget. They were incredibly patient as I would come in or call with any questions. Not a huge variety of bolt action rifles in stock, but they were able to get the rifle I wanted at a reasonable price. Looking forward to purchasing from them again in the future. Cant wait for my new Tikka to come in!

I ordered a knife from them on December 7th, 2018. It is now May 2nd, 2019 and I have not received my knife.I stop by to check on it once a month when I go to my chiropractor appointment in the same shopping center. I originally intended to gift the knife as a Christmas present.So much for that plan.Each time I inquire about my knife I am given another excuse. I understand that it takes time for the knife manufacturers to fab the blades. But I was originally promised my knife before Christmas.The last two times I stopped in they told me that it should be in by the following week. It never arrived. I work in the service industry and I understand that sometimes production falls behind schedule. I get it.But dont lie to me.I normally dont write bad reviews unless Ive had exceptionally bad service or if someone was intentionally rude to me. I almost didnt write this review until the owner lied to me to my face and told me that his knife expert was out on lunch and that he would call me when he returned from lunch.I never received a phone call.I have waited 6 months and have bought several other knives from this business. I expected better treatment than this.Never once was I offered a discount or savings on a future purchase. Any token of gratitude would have dissuaded me from writing this. But alas, I never received anything of the sort.I had planned to buy several firearms from them as well.I will be taking my business elsewhere, and I will be sure to pass on my bad experience to anyone I speak to that is planning on using their services.Oh, and additionally, when I attempted to call the location the phone went straight to voicemail and the voicemail box is full.NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS VENDOR. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Prices are full retail, but the staff is helpful. Nice selection of used guns at slightly below retail prices. They do consignments as well.

Ian and Scott at Arms merchant are the most helpful guys on the north shore when it comes to firearm related things weather its doing FFL transfers for a gun you have purchased online or advice needed when picking out a firearm and accessories to go with it at the store it self. they are always informative and helpful even over the phone .They have a very comfortable store front and they keep it clean and they dont try and pressure you into buying anything you dont want to.They also are helping me sell one of my firearms on consignment and made the process very easy and stress free.I simply will not go anywhere else the guys at arms merchant have earned my custom and my respecton another note i would disregard the 2 negative reviews they have no substance and are either very immature or incompetent (i mean who does not know how to clean their own damn firearm !?!?)big Joe from Covingtonsee yall soon

TERRIBLE service!!!!!!! I think they pick & choose as to who they will sell to. Went in to buy pistol and was made to feel like I should not be there. Went straight to Academy Sports and bought it and at a better price as well.

Paid for handgun that was put on order and told three weeks wait time. After six weeks or so inquired and was told handgun on recall. So I asked to cancel and was told cannot cancel. Had to file dispute with credit card company to get refund.
