Had to send a check for IDA damage to my mortgage company and was a little nervous about how to safely and quickly send it. When I walked in, the store was extremely busy. The employee really took his time explaining to me my options and making me feel comfortable with sending a large check. Awesome service! You just got a new customer!

Went to this store and when I walked up to the door, they had around 15 customers ahead of me. Pleasantly surprised at how fast they got everyone in & out of the store! GREAT JOB guys!!! I will definitely be back.
I use UPS Stores frequently for work and this store is definitely one of the best Ive been to. Friendly customer service and they get you in and out quickly. When I need to ship something this store is the place I trust the most to get it there on time and in one piece.
I go into the UPS Mandeville store quite often. I would recommend this location to all. They are friendly, efficient, and respectful. They have solved every shipping need I have had !
No dedicated parking for the disabled. We are left parking in front of the store to bring awkward heavy packages into the store. The clerk was very rude and unhelpful to me today even though I am a very frequent customer. He charged me $10 for packing boxes when I was the one who packed the boxes right in front of him, purchased peanuts, bubble wrap and was charged for taping 2 packages too. In effect, he stole $10 from me he was not entitled to. I will file a complaint with corporate.
Employee Standing right next to the tape gun, but wouldnt tape my little box close. ups pack and ship but wouldnt accept my return because the little box was open. 😢
These guys are great! We have our business address here and receive packages often and they are always super friendly and happy to see us. We highly recommend using this UPS store for business and/or personal use!
I had two Amazon returns that Amazon paid for, these jokers tried to charge me. As a response to the UPS store response, Im very aware of the different type of returns. It just so happens your employee didnt bother to scan either one of my codes, had he done so he would have seen they were of the type that has UPS do everything including boxing and shipping without a charge. In the future maybe you should have your employees trained a little better and this could be avoided. In the future do not assume you know all the facts.
I tried calling several times to see if this location does passport photos. After a few rings each time, I would hear someone pick up the phone and slam it down. This happened 4 or 5 times. Im never using this location. Ever. I called around 9:45am on 9/20/21

In a time when customer service is about the worse I have ever seen it, I have been over joyed with the service at this UPS store always fast, friendly. I have been using them for years, simply the Best!!!Thank You John and your well trained staff!!!
They carry only two types of UPS envelopes and NOTHING ELSE, so you have to buy their boxes. Typical of these type stores.
I just went there to mail an amazon return. I asked to print a label and they wanted $310 to print a label. They wanted a $300 computer rental fee and a fee for the paper. I have no problem paying a $1 convenience fee and for the paper but $3.10 is ridiculous. I was in another UPS store and they charged nothing for this. I will never use this store for anything. They just lost $20 a month, what I usually spend there, to 0 for their ridiculous charge.
I have been using this location for five and a half years for all of my shipping and receiving, on average I receive twenty plus packages a week and the staff have always been courteous and helpful and if I am unable to pick my packages up they are always willing to hold them until I am able to get to the location.
I shipped a package to an old address by mistake. When I realized, I went back into the store to see what could be done. The stores owner went out of his way to fix my problem. He went to his desk and made a call, came back 10 minutes later and said it had been fixed and not to worry that my package would be delivered to the correct address. Thanks for your great customer service.
They never answer the phone. Trying to get status of a claim. UPS states the store was paid for the claim, but we have not received any refund or reimbursement. They never answer the phone!!!
I had 3 prepaid labels on 3 packages. One of the labels did not scan correctly. They wanted to charge me to reprint the prepaid label. Are you out of your damn mind? Its a prepaid label. A pathetic policy.
I’ve been to this location 3 times this week, trying to mail returns to amazon. Each time I get a fraction of the whole information I didn’t know I needed, forced to return again. Each time I was told something additional I should have done. The 3rd visit was it and I was livid. I don’t happen to have packaging tape and brought the box, WITH a sticker return label, to be told no, we don’t tape boxes but we’d be happy to charge you $2 to do it. #%*?!^% Seriously???? The attendant said they can’t accept open boxes. No joke, I didn’t ask you to. I asked if you could tape it or hand me your tape and I’d do it myself. They could have told me on the first visit all of the information instead of feeding me small bits each time. I will NOT return. And for the record, I did a screen shot of my Amazon account, giving return choices, and under UPS Store Dropoff it says “no box or label needed.”

Fast and friendly staff
One of my Uverse receiver/tuners died recently. After the new one came in AT&T asked that I bring the dead receiver/tuner to UPS. Per their arrangement w/ AT&T, UPS waits till they receive several pieces of dead AT&T equipment to fill a box enough to warrant shipping. Sure wish they stayed open later than 7p though . . .
I asked if they would tape close a small box for me and they said there would be a $2.00 tape fee. Terrible customer service.
Dropped off 8 overnight Saturday delivery packages before the cutoff and told they didn’t give them to ups until Saturday because they were backed up and couldn’t get to them. This place is a joke and so are their incompetent employees!

I’ve been going to this location for over 4 years and every time I go in, the employees are so friendly and helpful! I find they go out of their way to make sure all of our “mailing needs” are taken care of.
