We really enjoyed our experience with Adams Aluminum and love the job they did building us a pool enclosure. We used to live in Florida where pools and enclosures are everywhere. We loved it as it kept the bugs and wildlife away.We are now in North Carolina, and decided to build a pool and knew that we would want another enclosure around it. However, enclosures are not popular in this area at all and finding a company willing to build one was very difficult, even looking all over the state. Those companies who were willing to take it on were quoting me prices that ended up being over double what I paid.I decided to cast a wider net and contacted companies in the southeast. I was fortunate to find Adams Aluminum and was impressed with the enclosures shown on their website. I contacted them and was able to talk to Robert Fletcher who was absolutely amazing to work with. I was relieved that they were happy to build me an enclosure five states away.The process was smooth from there as the pool was being built--sending them specs of the house and deck, having Robert come for a site visit for measurements once the deck was done, and then having the crew roll into town and put the enclosure up in a matter of a few days. The price quoted was very reasonable considering the circumstances, and they delivered a great product. The enclosure is cut exquisitely to conform to the contours of the house, and they were able to easily navigate a tricky corner with multiple angles.I highly recommend Adams Aluminum if you want a pool enclosure and live anywhere in their service area. Robert will take great care of you!

GREAT EXPERIENCE! Patience is virtue. From the beginning Robert helped me envision my pool, where to place it and what kind of enclosure would work ( he told me to drag a water hose out and put it on the ground to get a visual). Now he spent so much time on the cell phone with me sending him pictures of literally dirt and bushes. Finally, right after to pool and concrete was in he was here to shoot the measurements. DEAD on perfection. I was shocked that they could come on site, scribble some stuff down and in a few months the 2 men showed up to put it all together. Of course I asked them where is the rest of the crew? Well the guys were PERFECT. They were respectful, extremely clean, very skilled and worked sun up to sun down. Old school. In 4 days there were done.As a homeowner who has been hiring contractors for years, this was a perfect experience. Everyone gets nervous when you write that first check, especially to out of of state company, but I can say the are 100% true to their word. Trust is just hard these days so it was a leap of faith but I can say I would do it again without hesitation. The product is a very high quality enclosure and the company is just a charm. No pressure whatsoever and the end results is worth it! I wish everyone was as easy as this and had what i call EXPERT SKILLED INSTALLERS. Thanks again

We’ve been a customer of Adams Aluminum since 2004, when we put in a pool with the their screen enclosure integrated into the design. It made for the perfect environment for use of the pool, eliminating problems with insects and other critters, and significantly reducing our exposure to the burning sun when swimming in the pool. But probably best of all was the reduction in pool maintenance required as compared with a pool without a screen enclosure. We don’t even bother to use the pool vacuum equipment because there’s nothing to pick up.When we returned home after evacuating for Hurricane Katrina we pulled into our neighborhood right behind the Adams Aluminum truck. They were in the neighborhood checking on their customers in the vicinity. We were very pleased to discover that we didn’t need their help, the enclosure was undamaged.Over the years we have only needed them infrequently, maybe just one screen panel replaced when a tree branch went through it, etc, but Hurricane Zeta in 2020 was much worse. One screen panel blew out completely, some tears in some of the other screen panels, and a screen door that had stopped closing properly before the storm was torn from it’s hinges.We decided that since we were needing repairs we would have some upgrades done, an access door installed in the upper screen to allow us to keep an otherwise poorly accessible area free of leaves and pine straw, and enlarging some of the downspouts to improve drainage. The Adams representative took pictures of what we needed to repair, as well as documenting the upgrades.It took some time for them to fit us in, between hurricane repairs and personnel shortages. I called at intervals to make sure we were still in the queue, and was assured we were. We have found that getting contractors out for small jobs is difficult, and often results in service that is less than adequate. I did check around a bit, and no one else was able to get out to us for this job either, although we did get promises.When Adams did make it out the results were exactly what we were looking for, the enclosure has been restored and we and the pool are again bug and debris-free. The broken screen door and the blown out and torn screen panels replaced, and the access door in the overhead screen will make cleaning the leaves, pine straw, and other debris much more quick & simple.The foreman on the job communicated with us well through the entire process, he brought copies of the pictures of the damage, and discussed the job with us in advance to make sure that he understood the details of what we were requesting. They made it look easy.We are very pleased with the results, recently and through the years.Thank you, Adams Aluminum. It was worth the wait.

I have a enclosed screen pool cover that has gotten some damage to some of the screens, called them 2 months ago for repair.... I was told it would be about 2 weeks, so I waited, 2 weeks passed then we started texting and every time I would get another two weeks, and I would ask can I at least get a estimation of when they could come out and then they wouldn’t reply, so I called and talked to them and he got my information and shortly after got a text from that same number saying 2 more weeks.Mind you, this is a company that boasts about being in business for 40 years, if you have a real company for 40 years, service/repairs department should be top notch by now.... the fact is they really don’t want to do repairs, they just want to do new installs... and that is fine, just tell me and I go away, but don’t drag me on....

Adams Aluminum did my pool enclosure. I’m extremely satisfied with every aspect of the job.The work is top notch and the materials high quality.Robert is very client-oriented, responding immediately if I had a question or concern.This enclosure is huge! It feels like you’re totally outdoors but without the insects and debris! Pool stays clear and clean. It maximizes comfort and it is very attractive as well.

We are very happy with our new screen enclosure! On the very first visit, Robert came out, answered all of our questions, and explained the entire process. He sent us a price quote a few days later. He then called to ask if we had any other questions and stated how he would love to do business with us. There was no pressure at all! Finally, when it was time to build the enclosure, the two-man team who built the enclosure was very respectful and hard-working. They worked regardless if the weather was raining or the sun was shining, from morning to evening. They cleaned up every day after themselves leaving the yard neat and clean. The job was completed in about four days. Adams Aluminum did an awesome job!

Adams Aluminum Pool and Patio Enclosures did an awesome job building a lanai over our pool and patio. The workmanship is remarkable in todays world where so many vendors rush through a job leaving it less than 100%. The materials they used were all powder coated so no worries about rust. The screening is tight and we follow their recommendations of using a special screen that barely shades us from the sun. Due to some active grandchildren, we have had to replace the screen door opening system and was so surprised at how quickly they responded and we received the new kit. It is refreshing to find a company that cares for their clients before, during and especially after the job is completed. Thank you Adams Aluminum for all the hours of enjoyment we have and the professional work you did for us.

I recently completed construction of my new home on the river including a large back porch area.I do not like looking through screens all day but do need them at night when the insects are on the move.We opted to go with Adams Aluminum to install automated/remote operated drop down screens.These were custom built and fitted to the varying expanses between the back porch posts.Their work was on time and expertly completed including simple remote control operation.This was an over the top project that allows us to enjoy our outside seating area anytime, day or night.Highly recommended!!MikeCovington LA.

They are way over priced on screen enclosures. I got two ther bids and this company tried to rip us off by over $5,000. I was really happy with another company here in Covington area. I would stay away from these guys unless you enjoy getting ripped off!!
