He delivered my patio to my home while I was at work and had it built a couple days later! He did it all without me even needing to be there which was great for my schedule!

EXTREMELY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL-We hired Mandeville Patio to come install our back patios and the gentleman stated that we would be put on the schedule for three weeks out. Great no problem. After three weeks had passed we contacted the gentleman to see when he was planning on coming out. He stated it would be Friday for sure, Friday rolls around no one shows up. We contacted him again and he stated that because of the chance of rain they would not be able to come, but would definitely be coming Saturday morning. Saturday morning no show, we contacted again and they stated after lunch they would be arriving. 2pm Saturday and no show. We then got a phone call from the actual installer that evening (out of Mississippi, strange since it’s a mandeville company) who stated that he was finishing other jobs and that’s why he hadn’t come out yet. He also told us that this company always overbooks jobs and promises installation dates but never comes through on time/as scheduled. He then told us that he would be at our house 8am Sunday morning. Of course, by 9am Sunday no one had arrived. We called the company number and a man answered the phone and stated “yea we’re not doing that little job, I told my guys to bring back your materials, you can call someone else!” AND HANGS UP THE PHONE on me. Tried to call back and they blocked our number. Tried to call the installer and he also would no pick up the phone. This company is EXTREMELY unprofessional. They wasted a month of our time waiting on them! And then didn’t even have the decency to give us an explanation!

Very good work.They people were friendly and done great work on my patio.would deffanitly use this business again.
