This great review is lonnnnnng overdue first i came in because i had a shoot I needed to go to . I had to find some make up ASAP was greeted shown around gave multiple options and a birthday gift (this was wayyy back in July of this year) I told the ladies I would be more than happy to leave a review better late than never : ) the wonderful ladies who helped me out were Jen and Angela if you go ask for them !!!!
If I could give Sephora 0 stars, I would. Even one star is way too many. First of all the manager was very catty to me because I didn’t want to buy from the Hyram skincare line. And she kept being catty because I told her retinol and vitamin c couldn’t be mixed together. I’ll be putting my money elsewhere.
All of the workers here were kind and helpful. The shelves are fully stocked and they have pretty much everything you can find online. What happened to all of the $15 and under stocking stuffers that used to be displayed around the checkout line? All of the trial items now are $20 and up. Bring that back please.

I got my makeup done for prom and 18/graduation party from Sylvia. 10 out of 10 recommend her, she’s super amazing. I prefer statement eye looks with a settle face makeup and she executed it very well.
I came in knowing absolutely nothing about makeup or skin care. Amanda was amazing and helped me out for over an hour to find out the products that work best for my skin. Im completely happy with her professionalism and help fullness. Amanda was one of the best customer service personel Ive experienced.
I love the selection of products at Sephora. I am a regular customer of their makeup and haircare products. I also love the convenience of shopping online. They keep a list of my favorite products which proves very helpful if I forget which shade I buy.
Worst customer service ever..walked in there no greeted or asked for help instead I was ignored and they were cleaning or acting busy..I was there cause I needed a new pallet for my new job..been wanting to try the Givenchy palette its a $90 pallet..and I missed the Rouge sale so I was just going to buy it.. was in line ..the lady got busy on the phone and three employees on the background clearly see that I needed to check out so they ignored me.. I got upset and disappointed taking my business online ..my whole life I worked customer service in the industry of cosmetics ..never again will I walk into that store
Most times I use this platform only when I feel I have been of dis-serviced, angry or let down! But this time I want to give praise to a young lady (Reyna) that was so kind, patient, friendly & professional this past weekend in doing my makeover!I had always gone to MAC for all of my makeup jobs, but after my last visit and the technicians rudeness, I made a vow never to go back to them. So in networking a family member recommended Sephora and thanks to Ms. Reyna it was truly a blessing!Bye bye MAC and SEPHORA see you again soon!Seriously Sincere,Lady Di
I visited this location today 08.17.2017 and asked about the play pass, the staff had no idea how to even use this. They told me that in order for me to use it, I had to buy a full sized item from one of the items that came inside my subscription Beauty box. Everyone knows you can use it on ANY purchase. It took them 5 minutes to finally ring me up at 11am when the store was literally empty and I was the only person in line. If you like being asked if you have any questions 5 times in a row by the same employee go here and shop. Worst sephora experience ever.

I am very disappointed in this store. When I compare it to Del Amo, there is a lack of inventory. For example, the product I wanted was not even on the shelf? The testers were all disorganized on the shelves. The sales people could not answer what product lines had the Cleansing balms. Isnt there a way to search inventory in the store? If you dont know the answer, ask someone else. You look very unprofessional when you dont know what your talking about. Hope this store improves.
Out of all the Sephora’s I have been to with my wife, this probably is the worst one when it comes to customer service. We were not greeted, no one laughed or smiled, and no one asked how we are doing. For a store that had more employees than customers in it, I think they should do a better job. Nobody wants to walk into a store and feel unwelcomed.
I called the store about using my VIB make over they made it clear that unless I found the card that shows free make over I wouldn’t be able to redeem and if I made a 100+ purchase the day before I could only get a make over the day of the purchase not the next day. I tried to ask about an appointment but she kept talking until she hung up the phone. I had to call back to ask about an appointment and without checking she blatantly said No and said have a great day and hung up. I was planning on going to spend another 50 bucks just to get a make over after I spent over 170 this last week but this was horrible customer service.
This is my favorite Sephora store. I come here every couple of months to get all my skincare and make up. The girls here are helpful and pretty nice. Ive been to some stores where salesgirls and makeup artists act snooty. Its annoying!Best time to go is probably the mornings and during the weekdays. Try to avoid weekends!
Called the store and asked if my credit card was there...Once the sales associate said she could not find one under my name while I was talking she hung up the phone on my...Really Sephora
Me and my friend went to go get prom makeup done and ended up having to take it all off. Nothing even match what we told them to do they caked-on the makeup and when we got home we had to take it all off and do it ourselves. We asked for silver eyeshadow they gave us a light gold. My friend got fake eyelashes on they werent even on correctly one was higher than the other and they fell off before we even left the store. Even after taking my makeup off it look like my eyes were bruised from their makeup staining my face despite washing it off with several makeup wipes and Vaseline. My friends eyeliner was uneven. My lips looked horrendous.
The girls are pretty helpful when they want to be, products are always in stock. Oh try to Avoid I believe her name is Amy or Amanda shes usually in the skin care department. She is by NO means helpful at all! But she will talk ur head off. And tell you her whole life story.

Do Not interact with this girl whose name is Maria who works at Sephora in this location. She is RACIST towards blacks asians and interracial couples. BE AWARE!!! Terrible experience!!!!!!!!!! Humiliated by this woman MARIA!!!!! :////

I rated this particular store a one star because I felt like I had an extremely horrible bad experience, no welcoming or smiling and I felt so decriminated. No customer service what so ever!! I’ve been to other stores and I always get a generous greeting. And usually when I need help someone always ask me if I needed help before I even ask, but this store I felt like they were watching me or waiting for me to steal or something. Anyways I was looking at some of their foundations and I asked one of the workers if she can tell me the difference between the longwear and weightless foundations because I was looking for some coverage and she looked at me puzzled and said, “Obviously, the foundation that your holding in your hand is not weightless, the boxed is label longwear.” And she rolled her eyes and just walked away as if she had an attitude. Then I went over to the fragrance section and asked one of the workers if they would offer me a free sample of the fragrance. As he was pouring the tester fragrance bottle into the sample spray he only gave me 1/4 which equals to the amount of Only two or three sprays, with no “Your Welcome!” or anything he looked like he didn’t want to be there. Then I walked over to the cash register and all of the workers seem shocked that I didn’t say anything and I was making a purchase for the foundation. Then after my purchase I asked the manager if it would be ok if I could get a full size sample spray fragrance and looked at my and said “Don’t you already have one”? I felt so embarrassed, like why would make me feel less than. So I stood by the door and she went to pour another sample and brought it back to me completely empty! And said have a great night. I didn’t noticed it until I left the store. The store was not even busy to begin with. But I felt very embarrassed and so discriminated that I began to cry. I don’t know if it was because of the location they thought are a high ended store or what but it was very disrespectful, cruel and very rude. And everyone should be treated with the same respect.
I love sephora no matter what state Im in they are always nice and helpful, unlike m.a.c. where it seems 60 percent of the girls have attitudes. Im a mac girl when it comes to the lipsticks but I love everything else sephora has to offer
I dont really like this location. Its convenient because its the closest to me, but other than that I like to avoid this place. Employees are a bit rude, they dont acknowledge you and when you do find someone to help you their answers are vague. I was also colored matched wrong when trying a new foundation and felt pressured into getting that shade even though I explained concern on the color. Go to the one in del amo Jc penny they have much better service.
