Not only did he help me get a great deal at the time of purchase (AT&T couldn’t even touch the monthly rates with their own discounts), he also patiently helped me out a couple months later with billing questions, long after the sale. Victoria greeted me very warmly and was welcoming from the start. Once she heard my thoughts she immediately began providing options about what may work best for me. After concluding our interaction, she walked me through new features and functions of the device, took her time to make sure my questions were answered, and mentioned what steps were needed in the event that there is a future issue or not happy with my choice.

This location (Nathan) knows how to Multi-task. Although the Associate was assisting another customer today. He did acknowledge me as soon as I walked in the location. I only needed a phone charging cord. He politely asked his Customer if she would mind if he helped me. ** I came in for one item and purchased two. However the wireless charging cord does not fit my phone. No worries. ** Mask Friendly. Personable and your In and Out. We need Friendly People in this Pandemic Environment. ** This location just needs to spruce up the windows with Verizon Advertisements or something to let you know this is a Verizon location.
Nate was absolutely fantastic. He stayed and passed an hour after closing and not for 1 minute did he ever show any sign of discomfort, annoyance or an attitude, always worried about me being happy. He was kind, patient and very compassionate to my circumstance. I recommend him 100%. He is 10 Stars.

The staff here are a extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. Their customer service is by far the best I have experienced at any wireless carrier store. The first time I came in for my upgrade I was helped by Elvis. Their server was having issues so he was unable to log into my account. This was something that Verizon direct customer service could not fix. I waited a few days and came back. Harold helped process my upgrade the second time. As everyone knows, phone upgrades are a slow and unexciting process. Not only did Harold help save me money on my monthly bill, he was a genuine human being and made the experience very enjoyable. After I finished the upgrade, I came back 3 days later to buy a case and tempered glass. Elvis and Steve helped me. Yet again, my experience was five star. They were both knowledgeable, helpful, and really great to work with. I would highly recommend this Victra storefront, and will not use any other business so long as I live in the area. Horribke customer service. The salesman named Adrian completely lied to our family on a BOGO deal and then tried to charge us $1000 for the phone outright and wont let us return it. This man is sick in the head and should not be qualified to work at a Verizon store.

It is a pleasure to do business with the Verizon store on Aviation and Artesia in Manhattan Beach. I bought our first iPhone and Samsung there last week and signed up for a Verizon service.The manager, Fabian, is perfect for his job. He is clean, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, cooperative and polite even when I return for more and more help! The staff is friendly and caring, too.If youre looking for a telephone store, I highly recommend this one based upon my experience there.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and Ive been a Verizon customer for over 20 years. Beware of the bait and switch tactics they use. Sales person told my wife that if she signed up for two additional accounts, she would be able to get a business account with lower rates and we wouldnt be charged activation fees on the two new iphones . He then handed her two HUM devices without any explanation of what they were or why we needed them. Then we got our bill and our monthly fee went up. In addition, we got hit with multiple activation fees on both iphones and we got charged fees to activate the HUM things. When I went back to the store to return the HUM, they refused to take them. I tried to just leave them, but was told by the employee that he would toss them in the trash can if I left them. If I stick with Verizon in the future, I will only deal with a company store and not this unscrupulous store.

Harold and Andrew were absolutely the best. I broke my phone/ had the worst day- and I came into the store and these guys were so nice. They took care of EVERYTHING so easily- I will come back here’s any time I need anything for my phone. Give these guys a raise- they are amazing.
Staff was hard-working and although it took a good couple of hours to go through all the headache of setting up two lines, buying a new phone, getting a phone case, and a bit of discount, they stayed until late and got it done. Makes me feel comfortable knowing theres always a retail store I could go back to if I ever have a problem getting it sorted online.

I went in to find out why my current cell phone (Samsung Galaxy V7) had no internet. A couple adjustments didnt fix it, so I got a Galaxy A20. Stephen was extremely diligent about 1) not upselling, & 2) setting up my new cell phone with all the data from the old one. He also recommended YouTube videos for additional tips & tricks. Then when I went back on subsequent days with more questions, other staff were equally helpful.
Go see Nick! Haven’t been in this store in more than a year but i went back in today and Nick was awesome. Helped me pick out a new phone and didn’t make me feel rushed. Also saved me a few buckaroos on my bill by getting me into a newer and unlimited plan!

A good place if you want convenience, but not a good place if you want to save money. They charge a premium on the phones, as well as a service fee. DO NOT trade in your phone through them, as they try to trick you into thinking that you save money, but you end up getting swindled with all of their restrictions. Unfortunately, I did not get a good customer experience there as a few other reviews noted because it took over an hour to get my gfs Note8. If you are buying a phone, go to a REAL verizon store or Best Buy, because you will be paying a premium for the location.

Had a very bad family experience in the Store. sell reps just try to push to sell phones and not explain promotions on how to save money or when there is a better deal. its best to buy or activate a line in an actual corporate store than retailers like this location.

Buyer beware. It was recommended to me to buy a new phone based on what it would cost to repair my old phone with a local specialist and get a trade-in credit. The amount of repair cost and trade-in credit were not remotely accurate and made my subsequent purchase of a new phone much less affordable than I expected ($400 difference). I would not have made the purchases that I did if I had been given accurate information. And, unfortunately I would have lost $100s of dollars in buyout fees and charges if I reversed the purchase. And, when I called the store the next day they left me on hold for over an hour until I eventually hung up. This store will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to buy stuff. They are just a Verizon reseller in the business of smoke and mirrors to get you to open your wallet. I called and complained to Verizon and they did assist me by crediting some of the fees as goodwill for the deceptive practices I experienced.
Came in for a portable charger and Marcus and Harold went above and beyond with excellent guest service and gave me a wonderful cinco de mayo deal. These gentle men deserve to be recognized for there great sales and customer service keep up the great work!!!

On December 22nd, 2018 around 730pm I called Verizon Retailer on Artesia to ask if they had promotions going on for the Samsung S9 plus. Per Tiffany (sales person working that night) there was a BOGO promotions for the Samsung S9+. Immediately we headed over to the store to open 2 new lines and qualify for the promotion. Right when we arrive Tiffany continously kept pushing us to get a Google phone and was very persistant that the phones were much better than the S9plus. However, we knew what we wanted and reinforced to her that we wanted two s9 plus. Once again, we asked if they were part of the promotion. She said Yes. That night we put down 500 deposit toward the phone we would finance and therefore have a lower monthly payment. She activated the lines, ported the numbers from Metro and then she charged us 875.78 as the total amount. She then added that verizon would bill us the first two cycles the full price of phone and then credit them on the 3rd month. A practice we are well familiared with since we always upgrade only during promotion periods. Now, this month will be my 3rd monthly cycle and I did not have any credit on my account for the last 2 billing cycles. Upon my concern i called verizon customer service department and explained my case. My case was then scalated to be reviewed. After 2 days i called to follow up on the case. I was told by the representative that it had been denied due to phones not been part of any promotions at the time they were purchased only the Google phones. Right there and then it made perfect sense why Tiffany was very persistent about us getting google phones. I just could not understand WHY would she FAIL to tell us the phones we wanted were not part of the promotion. It is very upsetting to know all she wanted was a good commission that night. She didnt care how she did not once think how that would affect a client. She knew ahead of time and chose not to tell us. Verizon instructed us to go directly into the retail store and ask for the issue to be fixed. Nothing could be done on their end due to being a retailer not part of the coorporate stores. Two days later i walked into the store around 730 and spoke to Herald who informed us Tiffany was no longer working on that store but at the verizon store on Elana street. We CANT get a Hold of any manager in the store to Hhelp us with this issue. They put customers together to try to sell phones and accessories.Highly recommend to go to an actual Verizon store. Much better service more informed of promotions and they do whats right for customers.MAKE SURE YOU TO READ CONTRACT AND EVERYTHING THEY PROMISE IS IN WRITING.

I never write reviews because I don’t feel like it is worth my time. However, I had the WORST customer service today. I felt like I was at a used car sales lot and received a lemon as a phone. I wanted requested to return the phone and the “assistant manager” simply refused and walked away! I will file a formal complaint.

Had an awesome experience in this location I came in to fix my iPhone my phone has been acting very strange lately so I decided to come in and I was helped out by Noel he took the time and effort to look for every discount everything he offered and said was true according to my new lower bill he did mention this particular store is under new management and guess what new management is doing great I went to one before and I got scammed but this store is an authorized dealer but is still definitely the real deal I will be coming back to this store with Noel gave me a great deal and great customer service new management is doing great.

Google should allow us to put zero stars on reviews because that is exactly how this store runs their business with Zero customer service and sales practice ethics. Brittany the salesperson is the most fraudulent person that I know. She made us open 2 new lines to qualify for a promotion that never existed. I am very upset and have even submitted the claim to the BBB. They are the worst!!

This store SUCKS!!! No customer service. Will NEVER return a phone call. False promises on rebates. I walked in and showed the asst. Mngr. Emmanuel Morris that he was wrong regarding a $200 rebate that was only showing $19 on the actual Verizon home page. He swore he was right. NOPE!!! Called Verizon, been w/ them for 19 yrs. now. Of Course they corrected the situation and credited my account the $181. MISSING from Emmanuel WRONG rebate code he had emailed us. I will NEVER step foot in this store. I am not ONE OF THOSE CUSTOMERS, but an intelligent life long Verizon customer. These people also charge $20 to set up a phone, even though everything is backed up on the Verizon cloud. HORRIBLE!! Manager totally lied to me about the deal I was getting. It was the end of the day Saturday, they were getting ready for inventory (early closure not on the web site) ad I was rushed through a 3 IPhone purchase and transfer from AT&T. The manager told me, you got the best end of the month deal ever, no taxes on the phone, and a free case. I thanked him, paid what i thought was the first months bill of $270 and went away happy. Only after getting home and reviewing the invoice di I notice that I was CHARGED more than the sales tax on the phones, as he charged me for 2 Accessory Packages I did not receive, PLUS $30 set up charge for each phone. There was No set up as all our info was backed up on iCloud.In addition, when I went to the Verizon web site, I saw that one of the phones I purchased, an IPhone 6 Plus was son sale for $549, I paid $660! I went back to the store to speak to the manager who gave me this great deal. Although they were closed for inventory, I was let in. He explained to me that the only was he can internally not charge sales tax is to put the accessory kits on the bill. Which is fine, except the accessory kits PLUS the $30 per line set up charges came out to be about $80 more than just the tax on the phone. IN ADDITION, he refused to honor the advertised price on the IPhone 6 Plus and further told me that he could do nothing about the $30 per line charge which was for activation of the phones.Being quite upset about his told misrepresentation of the deal he gave me, and out an extra $110 for the phone and about $40 on the difference between being charged the correct sales tax plus $30 per line plus a case I purchased (that he said was no charge), I returned home and called Verizon.Verizon informed that this WAS NOT a Verizon store, but a licensed re-seller who could charge whatever they wanted! They recommended that I return all the phones for a full refund and go to their factory store down the street and repurchase. Of course, this is a total pain in the a__, and I had spent many hours already on this seemingly simple transfer of phone service. Verizon was nice enough to issue a credit for the $110 extra $$ the phone cost.However, in addition, we discovered that despite my instructions to insure only 1 of the phones for $11 per month, all 3 lines had an $11 per month charge for insurance. Now to top it off, m first bill arrives and SURPRISE, I am being charged an additional $20 per line for an Activation fee. So I called the store and was told the Manager, would call me back, we will see.Oh yeah, one more issue. I was given a promotion to send back my older ATT IPhones for $100 per phone Visa card, however, they neglected to provide me with the promotional code. This is another $300 in credits I hope I get.
