The place constantly has a line. The pharmacy is blatantly incompetent and rather than take responsibility to solve problems will blame it on your doctor or health insurance when it is their fault. Do yourself a favor and use a different company like Walgreens or RiteAid for your pharmacy.
As drug stores go, its fine. It is well-lit, and usually, one of the salesclerks will greet you with a warm welcome. You can scan your CVS card and get coupons to come out that you can use on your current shopping trip. The pharmacy is open till 10 p.m. on weeknights, but closes earlier on weekends. The pharmacy staff is fine, well organized, and you can generally count on your medicine to be ready when you need it to be. I like the greeting cards, makeup, and hair products. There are some good discounts, but you do have to hunt for them sometimes. One thing I wish they had as well, was mops. It would be good if they sold brooms, too. But you cant have it all. They have good discounts on snack foods, and soups like Campbells and Progresso, and they have decent ice cream and liquor sections. There are plenty of vitamins to choose from, too. You can find most things that you would expect to find in a drug store, here.
GO ANYWHERE ELSE! This CVS pharmacy is incredibly unhelpful. I had a prescription called in and was told it would take 24-48 hours, called on the third day to check on it since I was out of the previous prescription. Spent 15 minutes on hold waiting to talk to someone, when they answered the pharmacist asked me 1 question, told me to hold on before I could answer, started talking to someone else, then hung up on me because I didn’t respond to them in half a second when they came back to me. Went into the store, the prescription hadn’t been filled because they didn’t have my address on file, yet they never bothered to contact me. Utterly inept.
I was see you nice by the workers and give me a lot a coupon Ill be coming back
Go anywhere but here. Gone here for years only because Im too lazy to switch prescription locations. But finally had enough. Lost prescriptions. Slow processing. Bad attitudes. Horrible. The weird thing is CVS in Hermosa is great. Exactly the opposite which must mean management is just bad in MB.
While the Pharmacy staff is super hot (especially that Daniel), the store is looking very tired and run down. Especially for such a high end neighborhood. They blocked one of the entrances several years ago (for security reasons????) and have not reopened that door even after the mall completed a big refurbishment earlier this year. They apparently spent their entire budget installing a high end cosmetic department last year that failed so badly that they just put a panel over the entrance and abandoned the whole area. If they would just reopen that door they would go a long way toward attracting more customers.
If it says pharmacy in the name the damn pharmacy should be open during those hours. No one looks for a pharmacy to goto a store. I needed a pharmacy and it showed open. No. The store was open but not the pharmacy. Absolutely unacceptable, dont waste 30 minutes of my time by lying.
This CVS is fast for the pharmacy they offer. Would recommend for prescriptions getting filled.
The service is very good. Prescriptions are always ready when promised.
I like this CVS staff is professional and nice not to mention everythin is reasonably priced. Yall know im picky..
Its a great place to get something done and with whatever you need
Before heading to this branch I checked the service hours and they suppose to close at 10 .. I was in there before 9:20 to buy some stuff and change a money order so the lady on cashier seemed willing to help me with the money gram since I made a purchase but the guy in charge on closing cashiers Was refusing to help me even when he knew it was an emergency so he told me to go to another cvs pharmacy where they close earlier. Is not fair .
The best Cvs!!!! Thank you !!! You guys are great. Especially the pharmacy !!
It took over 35 minutes to get my prescription last time and I had received a text that it was ready, but not only was it not ready, they only had 3 pills for me and I had to return the next day to get more. The man at the counter didnt even apologize but gave me a blank stare. Then today I went for a different prescription -again I had received a text that it was ready and it wasnt. At least the lady apologized this time.
Pharmacy and clinic so bad service. They lie to the sick and do not seek to serve them and help them.I almost wait for Doctor 4 hours and then nothing. They give me more sick.
