Scammer vibes. Never got an email back from a simple question. Is the product condition used, good, mint, new? Im reading the reviews for Beach Audio, and everything makes sense. Dont risk money for fishy scam.

Beach Audio advertises product A and ships product B worth 1/4 as much, refuses to ship the agreed product, acts like its your fault for erroneously thinking that ordering and paying for product A would result in them shipping product A, and refuses to ship the agreed product. Theyll take product B back and presumably refund your money, so theyre not directly stealing, but they refuse to honor contracts. Dont waste your time.

I ordered this touch screen from them and didnt install right away due to work and family but it lasted about 30 days maybe and now having to deal with manufacturer warranty which you have to pay for shipping and to ship it back. Its kinda a big pain in the butt so that is why im giving this a 2 star. I just think that if you sell a product it should last longer than 30 days and so itll cost me like 30 dollars to send out and bring back to either swap out or for them to fix. kinda of a bummer i do like the stereo though

Place sells damage merchandise from their warehouses . Ordered a fan and came defected. Returned it on 6/3/2020 and still waiting for my refund from them and it’s now 6/12/2020

I made an order for two subwoofers through jet, and beach audio was the store that fulfilled the order. Both speakers arrived in perfect shape, and 5 days before they were scheduled to arrive.Guess all the other reviews are from people with bad luck

I must say, best customer service ever. My package got lost in the mail. I contact them through email and they didnt hesitate to send me another package. Never have I received such great service. Recommend them.

Terrible purchasing experience. Bought a graphics card for Christmas. It never worked. Tried all the trouble shooting I could with NVIDIA and GIGABYTE and after many system checks they deemed the item defective. Once we reached that conclusion, Beach Audio said it was too late to be returned even though it never worked. Beach Audio didnt even care about my problems or even take the time to read the communications I sent them that I had been having with NVIDIA. Dont buy from! They dont care about their customers at all!

Very poor customer service. This business is actually located in a UPS Store. They have no inventory and rely on 3rd party warehouses. Shipping is the worst I have ever encountered. Internet seller with very limited knowledge of products they sell. The tracking number I was provided could not even be used to track purchase. Do your homework before buying from this business.

Cancelled orders from 4 different websites for a single product. Dont know how or why they had it listed on all the websites for days and then decided to cancel. Make sure they dont charge your card in case they cancel your order. Egregious and completely ludicrous, obviously do not know how to handle situations.

Although I was not happy about the merchandise being defective,but once i spoke with customer service(Shay) was very polite and helpful when I called and it is only because of Shay,I am giving 5 stars very professional,polite,and helpful

Beach Audio is price gouging on Newegg -- in particular, they are selling the Huawei Matebook X Pro for $100 - $400 higher than anyone else (Newegg, Microsoft, Amazon). They have special bulk order pricing that is still a terrible deal. Clearly they poached stock and are taking advantage while everyone else is enduring backorders.

I ordered a vizio tv through Amazon. It was supposed to be delivered on the Jan 12th. I took off of work to receive this shipment be cause no one else would be home. Apparently the local trucking/delivery company was given Beauch Audios warehouse number in California to contact me. I stay in Louisiana. My shipment got delayed four days. Do not buy with these people. Their service is terrible and they cant even get a simple delivery contact information right

Made a purchase through Wal-Mart for Xbox one racing wheel for my nephews for Christmas. Every place i checked was out of stock of this particular item. But Wal-Mart showed in stock and was through beach audio. The purchase was through the Wal-Mart website and was made on Dec 21st. The website said I could pay 65$ and have it delivered by Dec 27th or 11$ and have it delivered Jan 2nd. So I just did the 11$ for January 2nd and being on leave for the military I was leaving January 1st I told my brother a gift would arrive on January 2nd and to wrap it and give it to my nephews for me which would of been after I left. But 2 days later on Dec 23rd the package arrived. They didnt know my situation and I dont know how they got it here so fast! But amazing! Although my nephews have not opened the merchandise yet everything seems to be in good shape and a quality product. Beach Audio saved my Christmas for me and my nephews who Im sure will love the racing wheel for their new Xbox one this Christmas! Thank you Beach Audio!

I ordered a ball joint tool press set and I only get one pice. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PEOPLE!!!!

We purchased a $600 plus printer from NewEgg and Beach Audio was the supplier. The printer was dead-on-arrival. It looked like it may have been dropped during shipment. I tried to work this issue thru Newegg and they pointed me to Beach Audio. The customer service manager at Beach Audio, Lauren, was horrible. She did not offer to provide a replacement, swore up and down that she could do nothing and had to wait to hear from the warehouse in NJ, who I suppose is Tech Data - the distributor. I contacted Tech Data and they said the process was easy, just a phone call was needed to handle the matter. Why Lauren didnt just do that is unknown to me. She seemed nice. Anyway, when I called back fortunately Shay answered the phone and was able to process the return. There was no need for the smoke and mirrors wasting a day as Lauren dreamed up. I hope they get better management. But, until then Im not buying any more products from Beach Audio (or NewEgg because they were no help in this situation).

I bought a set if Knipex pliers on ebay. The cyber Monday beach paypal coupon window never appeared. I spoke with Shane from CS the next day. Shane told me they will not honor the coupon. I told Shane they wouldn`t in business for long with his non charismatic attitude, he replied withyeah Okay. You will not have to worry about me returning for business. Extremely rude and sub-par customer service. No thanks, As for Shane, I would terminate your employment if I were your manager. Your an ass not an asset to the company, good day.

Total scam!!! Beware !!! Bought off amazon a product that is non existing. Supposedly shipped wrong product. Waiting for refund until they receive the empty box that was supposedly shipped and called back. Really? Thought Amazon checked for scams like this...

It is not reliable. I made a purchase through Walmart, we made the return and never received our money back.

Very bad people...they send me wrong laptop totally different from the ordered one ....it was bad and broken.... lied about return label...
