Another great experience at this Sephora!! Personally, I have never had an issue at this store. I have been coming here regularly for a few years now, and I have never been disappointed. Today, Jordan was a great help with shade matching and made the process super easy. She was very informative, friendly, and sweet. I highly recommend this store to everyone! 😊
Give them a full size storeInventory is low and smells weirdFragrance area is so small and they have random signs or something work related unorganized in that area.They would have more business if they had an actual relate space

Horrible. Called on a Monday to ask if they had restocked a shampoo, because it was not in store on the Saturday prior. A gentleman let me know that it was in store but had not been shelves, yet. He said, “just call Thursday, it should put out by then”. I call Thursday to find out about the item. Mimi answered the phone said that they did not have it. I mentioned the previous comment of other employee and Mimi said, “she didn’t know what to tell me. My issue is, if you have the product and it is supposed to be stocked, why isn’t it? And what kind of customer service is,” I don’t know what to tell you”.
Update - I headed in yesterday to peek around, and received such awesome customer service from Billie Jean and Jessica. I think the last experience I had may have been growing pains, as it had just opened. I was very appreciative of their attention and kindness when I went in again, and they were so busy! I know from experience that its hard to be on when youre overwhelmed, but they handled it like pros. I was super happy to spend my money, and Ill definitely be going back! Please support our Little Apple Sephora, we want it to be able to grow. Thanks ladies!4 star previous review - Gotta be honest, the makeup artist that works here is incredibly kind and awesome, but some of the other girls are pretty snotty. If theyre not trying to be, then they need to work on some customer service skills. Theyre girls though (looks like they might not even be out of high school) so its to be expected. Otherwise, cute little Sephora!

Went in today and Jamie worked with me for an hour trying to find the perfect foundation for my skin. After trying many products finally found the perfect one. Huge thanks to Jamie and Wadya for taking the time to help me find the perfect foundation! And for some great tips on hydrating and moisturizing. I had an amazing expeirence here today. :)
Actually theyre really helpful and kind. I know most Sephoras get a bad rep but this one is easy to go into and get help without feeling judged
Ive been to this store twice. Neither time was I asked if I could be helped. I watched as the young girls working asked other young girls if they needed assistance. I will NOT return. I will take my business elsewhere.
I have been in this store several times its a good thing I know what I want the staff is useless and if your not a friend or work there dont expect to get a sample . Returns are at there discretion even if they tell you that they will take it back . Dont waste your time at this store Im taking my business to ULTA .
Just went to this sephora location for the first time with my mother. I knew what I wanted, however my mother didnt and wanted to purchase a slew of items. No help was offered, seemed like their conversations and stocking/organizing makeup was more important. After many minutes of waiting and my comments within earshot of all employees we proceeded to check out. My mother has shopped here before and told me of her experiences every time (all unpleasant) but continues to buy both my sister and I palette after palette. Ive told her to not even bother anymore.With that being said one younger girl did help me in the beginning (I assume because I had a full face of makeup on) I needed help with finding a liquid eyeliner. Only one suggestion was made (Kat von D) which is not a problem because I wanted to buy that anyways. I just didnt know where it was located.My suggestion is to be more aware of potential buyers, instead of spending $300, we spent $20 and got the hell out of there.
