The icecream itself is phenomenal. However, the customer service needs some work. The lady that served us was very flighty and ready to get us out the door. On top of that, she got 3 out of 5 of our orders wrong. We told her 1 flavor and then she would go get it and then come back and we would tell her the next flavor. So, the lady that served us did not know her flavors. Unfortunately, we werent paying attention to make sure it was right, we noticed it was wrong when we walked out the door.

Ive been a major fan of Baskin Robbins ice cream for decades. However, lately Ive become extremely irritated with the service at BOTH locations (Junction City & Manhattan Kansas). I dont mind paying a higher price for their specialty ice creams because they are so delicious. What Im angry about is the smaller amount that is put in the hand packed pink plastic quart size containers! The past 4 times Ive ordered ice cream in those containers, theyve ALL been filled 1 - 2 inches BELOW THE LID! So Im paying the higher price for service and a little extra effort to hand pack the pink quart containers WITHOUT getting my monies worth. Im very specific when I place the order, that it be packed to the rim and the attendants appear and/or sound to understand my request. Yet when opened at home, once again the amount in the container is less than it SHOULD BE! Im getting tired of calling the store back to get it corrected. Why cant the employees do it right the FIRST TIME?! Where is their work ethic, conscience, pride in their abilities?? I truly hope a few managers read this AND do something about it.

Terrible customer service. Attendant refused to give spoons, refused to give a bag for the multiple ice creams purchased, and refuse to give napkins. Not sure why you need to be rude at an ice cream shop but we are not responsible for your bad dayDo better! Try harder! I first thought maybe it was because we were the only black family in site but it seems from the reviews that the staff is regularly giving trash service.

Good ice cream but not very flexible on scoop mixes. They didnt understand what triple scoop with 2 flavors means.

Way more kind than any baskin robins I have been in! The temperature is just right so it melts in your mouth. No freezer burn. Cakes are perfect too.

Ordered a birthday cake online. Went to pick it up they couldnt find the order but of course we were already charged for it. They finally found the order but it was never made.... it will take a couple of days for a refund . We were given coupons for four free scoops of ice cream and were told there was nothing they could do. I guess this is there way of saying HAPPY BIRTHDAY . If given the choice they I wouldnt have even given them one star

This Baskin Robbins NEVER Disappoints. Staff are Super Friendly and They are always introducing new flavors to enjoy. Please Please Please dont hesitate to Tip the Ladies and Gentlemen at this location. Not because they ask for it, but because THEY DESERVE IT!!!! I always say its home of 32 Flavors because of the extra sprinkle of Joy the staff add!!!!💖💖💖

Sure its Baskin Robbins so you know what youre getting as far as the ice cream itself. The store is always clean and the staff is always pleasant. The franchise is locally owned and the family that owns it does a lot of good in the community and supports many local causes.

Employees were either not wearing masks or not wearing them properly and kept touching them while preparing my orders and checking me out.

I don’t know what it is about this BR establishment but every time I eat their ice cream I’m sick the next couple of days. It doesn’t look that unclean, and I mean it looks fresh, but maybe it could use a little TLC because getting sick here and not at other ice cream establishments leads me to believe something is off.

Look, I love BR’s. But whoever is in charge of this place needs to do some work on the staff. The people who took my order literally responded to a text before preparing the ice cream I was gettin as a treat for my date. Not only that, they scooped the wrong ice cream. After letting them know that the scoop was incorrect, they gave a long and passive aggressive sigh. We got our ice cream, and the employee went back to their phone immediately. It was stunningly bad service. Next time, go to Cold Stone.

The ice cream is always good. Wish they would go with more furniture and something colored. The white tables and chairs always appear dirty.

Needs a remodel, bathroom is rather small.Icecream is what you want but a tad over priced.The staff is solid and knowledgeable and wont lead you wrong if your not sure what you want.

Went in and asked for a regular chocolate chip cookie, but the guy there looked at me funny and was like we do, I was like it’s dark chocolate not milk... he slammed the cookie container and walked into the back. Very very rude service.

Best Ice Cream in Salina. They have Peppermint Ice Cream all year. Love the milk too. Seems to last longer than the Store milk.

Ice cream is great but the two college age girls were impolite and lacked smiles.

Ice cream is good, place is clean, but more than half the time when you buy a hand packed pint you only get your pint filled maybe 2/3erds the way full. not an good deal to pay $5 and it is not the amount u pay for.

Staff was friendly, however the owner came in a scolded them in front of customers for wearing sweatshirts on a cold day. It was the end of the night and there was no reason for him to treat his employees so badly.

Young man that was working on July 5th at 830pm. Was very rude. He slammed our ice cream down on counter and rushed us to order and pay. Manager is always so friendly .

Friendly and courteous staff. The store is clean and the ice cream is excellent.

It was so hot walking around Manhattan. We stoped for some cones. I hadnt been in a baskins dor 35 yrs. Was happy to see the many choices was sad to see they evidently dont have the self-serve topping areas no more. Other than that had three very upset girls cause they didnt see the green apple, blue razzberry, fuit punch sherbet flavor til after they already got their cones.

I love baskin robbins ice cream but I went in today around 4:45 and asked for a large chocolate malt with extra chocolate syrup and the guy working was very snuddu and being rude and acted disgusted that I wanted extra syrup. I didnt catch his name but he was heavier set and had dark brown hair with glasses. I will not be going back there because of the rude service.
