Of all the places Ive been here in Manhattan, KS during my trip so far, Pool House has the best drinks. The staff was nice and really helped out with any questions I had. It was also nice having a work/study group outside over drinks. They didnt have any issue with that at all. They welcoming atmosphere was refreshing. I hope I can come back before my trip is over.

This is small cozy place that seems to have great cocktails and summer items. I had just got soaked by the rain so wasn’t in a mood for a cold drink but got some small plates. Everything was reasonable priced and deckhouse. I got the poke dip and my sister got the spicy Chicago dog. Sitting at the bar we got continuous great service. Next time I’m in town to visit my sister going to come back to try there delicious looking floats.

If you dont want a boring cocktail, this is the place to go. Knowledgeable staff who are willing to tweak drinks to your liking and the food is outrageously good. The drinks are a steal at the price, I never have to question if Im getting my moneys worth. Cannot recommend Pool House enough.

This spot is great for those of us in our 30’s! Plenty of atmosphere without the college crowd. Drinks are 🔥. You can’t go wrong with the Frosé or the Blue Hawaiian. The servers keep my cucumber water topped and are super friendly. Skip the ville, folks. Pool House is my jam!

Patio was great! The pretzel appetizer was really good and the mustard that came with it was delicious!! Nice variety of drinks

This is my go-to place for drinks with friends! Always a blast with super tasty cocktails and snacks. The servers, bartenders and management are always a delight to talk to and they really make it feel so welcoming. I highly recommend to everyone!!

2/13/21 updateEnjoyed another safe and Covid compliant night at the Poolhouse. The staff were practicing safe service methods and the drinks were all on point. Enjoyed several Valentines Day specials asking with a few originals. Still able to get to-go mixes as well as their new customized double rocks glasses that look fabulous! Please make the effort to try this wonderful tropical establishment out as they put their heart and soul into their cocktails and you will have a great time!Original exotic drinks and the ability to make classic tiki drinks or at least riffs off them, plus some excellent lite fare from the kitchen (including some delictible desserts make this a welcome addition to the Manhattan bar scene as well as the Midwest tiki/tropical bar scene.

One of our favorite local spots! Cocktails are top notch and the staff has been very creative with how to keep people safe and stay open during the pandemic. The seasonal cocktails are always delightful to try, I recommend the daiquiris and the nachos!

Pool House has the best cocktails in MHK. Hands down. The Poolside Nachos are to die for! They also have great vegan/vegetarian options available. Atmosphere is amazing. Would highly recommend!

I have loved Pool House since it opened, but it has been the ONLY restaurant I’ve eaten indoors in since the pandemic began because of the care the owners and staff take to keep everyone safe. I’ve never had a cocktail I didn’t like there, but the Mai Tai will change your life. The Poolside nachos are also to die for.

Top notch! Pool House is doing an exceptional job at keeping their guests safe. They have the best Mai Tai and Agricole Daiquiris in the Midwest. I would gladly pay $15 for every drink. Please, take my money!

SOOOOO GOOD! Had a Guac the Dog, absolutely delicious. The nachos have to be one of the best deals in town. Enormous portion and fantastic, unique flavor. As of February 2021 they’ve got it set up to be very covid-safety-conscious, so you can dine in with relative peace of mind.Also, sipped on a Miami Vice cocktail. It’s so good I giggled 😅5/5, 10/10, all the stars, just go and enjoy

Nice little spot away from all the craziness in the Ville or even the crowds that can form in the places on Poyntz. The atmosphere is great for just a small group of friends and they have some really good cocktails! The employees are nice as well which makes you wanna come back again. I wish I worked at CivicsPlus so I could go dri... I mean, eat there during lunch!

We are super impressed with this establishment. The food and drinks were great, and the service was great! We are especially impressed with the precautions and cleanliess during these COVID-19 days (we had not been before yesterday). Will definitely be back with friends.

Visited this place recently. It was a very nice atmosphere. The drinks seemed to be creative and vibrant but extremely strong. One drink they had tasted like liquid tobacco and was not pleasant. The server was very friendly but lacked sufficient bar knowledge. I ordered a long island and she replied they didnt have the iced tea for it. Overall would consider to visit again.

Very good food and awesome service. The bartender and owner was very friendly and knowledgeable! I love that everything here is very fresh! I had the RH Punch and the island hot dog and both were really good and authentic. I’ll definitely be making a weekly trip here during my lunch break!

I enjoy the Pool House - its different, its fun, its funky. Their cocktail menu was too rum-focused for me when first opened, but theyve made some excellent additions/changes. Great place to change things up and and hang out.

Pool House has quickly become my favorite bar in Manhattan, KS! Expertly crafted cocktail menu offers so much more than your typical bar. Great service, fun vibe, eye-catching decor and a laid-back atmosphere make this the perfect spot to break out of the norm. If you visit on a Friday, you might even hear some Counting Crows playing.

The food is great, the drinks are fantastic, and the atmosphere is also very laid back. However the speed of service needs work. It takes way too long to get drinks.

We discovered this place last week. Cool spot. The drink menu was very intriguing. None of ever heard of a trader vics mai tai. We googled it then tried it. Not bad -- a super cool drink from a NYC hotspot from 3 generations ago, it made my night.

Poolside Nachos were great enough for three friends to share.

Went in a little later, but they took great care of us. Really great queso. So thankful for the queso. The dogs were awesome too. Hats off to the cook 👨🏻‍🍳⛱
