Great variety of groceries. I like these selections. Also, they have a lot of organic groceries too. Always shelves were fully stocked which is great. Meat and seafoods were great. But dont think these employees were nice to customers. Could you treat groceries more nicer??? I saw few employees in the vegetables area, they handle a veggies roughly.I had bad experienced in the store. I hope that some employees need a retraining. I like Dillions, but I will not come back this store again.

The staff in the pharmacy is completely unprofessional. After the behavior of a pharmacy technician, I reported her to the licensing board.I would never return to the store for any reason. Walgreens has professionals working there and great customer service.

A lot of unprofessional staff. Repeatedly take the easiest way of doing things such as saying things can’t be done when they can be. After purchasing over $200 in groceries refuses to give me $10 in coins citing the coin shortage. There hasn’t been a coin shortage in 1/2 a year. Get it together. The manager was also clueless as to what was going on in his store. Wouldn’t recommend going to this one, save time by just going to Walmart.

Great selection of fresh produce, deli items, and great pharmacy. The meat dept is shy of ground chicken and sometimes limited on seafood and other meat items.

Lots to choose from. Some items are pricey.

Horrible wait for grocery pick-up recently. Unprofessional workers. Told to call back in 15 minutes if they forget about us. Wal-Marts pick-up customer service and wait time is much better.

Mike, the store manager, is very understanding hard worker. I have seen him couple of times delivering orders by himself in the clicklist service. He also made sure to change the incorrect food items that I received and delivered them to me by himself in the pickup lane and asked me to keep the wrong ones. 5 stars to customer service!

Some cranky older woman claiming to be the manager of the store approached my car and chewed me out as I was trying to pick up my elderly grandmother from the store. She didn’t bother asking why I was there or asking me politely to move, she just immediately began threatening me to leave and yelling about how she was the manager of the store and could do whatever she pleased. Clearly I will no longer be patronizing a store managed by such an ableist and disrespectful person.

Dillons is remodelling with the usual confusion. It seems to have cut the quantities on the shelves and a few specific items. Time will tell what is kept dropped, or added. The completed areas are fantastic. They are switching to a cloth or paper bagging operation. You can now order products on- line for pickup or delivery. Or use their in- store phone to find, pay, and bag your items. Nice location and staff.

As usual, Kroger/Dillons seems to do things in the worst possible way. While I realize that each site must be tailored to the space they occupy, why cant they at least be arraigned in a similar way? I came into this store for a few items, yet it took me several minutes just to find those few items. Plus, this store follows the usual Kroger idiocy of requiring the use of a special card just to get the sale prices, having to download digital coupons, setting up a totally confusing system of saving x dollars if and only if you buy y number of items. Not even Walmart uses this idiotic of a system.

Dillons is a great grocery store. My husband and I feel right at home there. Everyone is so helpful especially lifting heavy items and locating something we dont always purchase. The pharmacy employees are A plus!

I want to briefly pass along an experience I had at this Dillons location a few weeks ago. I was near the meat department and witnessed a conversation where a customer was VERY rude to the employee. The employee handled the situation with patience and kindness and despite the rude behavior, helped the customer to find what she needed. I could tell by the look on the employees face that he was startled by her comments but was incredibly impressed that he was professional in handling the situation. This is a test of character; when someone does not treat you well and you still stay calm and do your job with kindness, you deserve to be recognized. I was not able to get his name but I do know he works in/is head of the seafood department. My husband and I wanted to be sure to spread our experience along and to assure the employee(s) that their exceptional kindness matters.

Please, please, please, tell your baggers to listen to the customers at the checkout lanes!We were there and tried telling our bagger (Vanessa) to please use a second cart and to make sure our eggs stayed flat. She completely disregarded what we said and thankfully, no eggs were broken.Other than that, our service has been wonderful there! Thank you for doing a great job!

Customer service lady was doing the best that she could by herself. She did pretty good for holding down the fort until she was able to get help. To me she did a superb job and appauligized for making the customers wait more than once.

They have one poor girl working the curbside pickup lines and to be honest I feel really sorry for her. She could use some assistance especially in the heat, or at least get paid more!!

Always looking for healthy lunch items that I usually find at Dillons. They carry a great line of boxed organic soup. Love the split pea and the creamy tomato flavors. Parking is always a challenge but the longer walk to the store is good for me too.

The employee in the floral department was a big help. Thanks to her my wife and I found the perfect flowers for my grandmother-in-law. Besides that it had the usual high quality that Ive experienced at every Dillons that Ive visited. Wish there was one in Olathe!

Dillons is the only store Ill buy all my groceries. I love their produce, meats, deli foods. All their meats and deli foods are fresh. The employees are so very friendly and helpful and always smiling. I love my Dillons.

Groceries (milk, ground beef, yogurt, potatoes) have been of questionable quality for about 6 months (souring within a couple days, far from the expiration date).One Sunday morning, my family had an overflowing cart and we were expected to do self-checkout as no lanes were even open. I asked the older gentleman if a cashier could be called up to open just one and he was very obliging. The clerk and bagger that arrived were extremely stand-offish.Purchased latex balloons from the floral department yesterday since Dollar Tree only blows up Mylar. While I know latex do not last nearly as long as Mylar (last time, Dollar Trees lasted 2 months!), these 5 from Dillons lasted 12 hours.

I came into the store today to purchase a cake when I asked the lady behind the counter if she could write on the cake I received an attitude and told I would have to wait a little It has now been over 30 minutes and I’m still waiting on the cake This has completely delayed my day now and the fact she had such an attitude is what was by far the worst Part ruined my experience with you Will not return

They always have what I need but lately the store has been renovating. As frustrating as it is learning where everything is again the staff has been friendly and helpful. Baggers need work though.

East side Dillons has this thing where you can bag and ring up your own groceries as you shop. I love it.

Find great sales here. Their sushi bar in the back is great. Will go again when I am in town.

This Dillions needs better management and Customer Service. Our cashier, Vanessa was nice but still so new that she couldnt help us with much. She kept telling us, Im not trained to know which items I can make rainchecks for & Im not trained enough to explain why those items did not ring up on the friday/Saturday sale It was a bit frustrating, but understanding since she was new. But what was not tolerable was the employee behind the customer service desk, Shelley, who was very snarky and short tempered with her comments. She definitely is not the employee I ever want to deal with again. The store also needs better management over the employees that stock the shelves. Most of the items that were on the friday/saturday sale were completely empty and the items that should have been on the shelf were just in the box casing on the floor next to the empty shelf. This store is one of the poorest managed Kroger Grocery stores weve ever been to.

I understand stores have to restock but is 8:15am a good time to have your aisles completely block with product all over the floor? Several aisles customers couldnt walk down let alone get a cart thru.

Well....its a Dillons. It is the smaller store of the two in town which makes sense since the Walmart is on the same town as this location. Anyways, staff is very friendly and store is clean and pleasant to shop in.

Just when I learn where everything goes, you go and move the entire store around. I really wish you could just leave the layout alone. I spent 2x longer than I really wanted to today trying to find things before I gave up and went to Hy-Vee.Also, what is the deal with Click-list putting only one item per bag!? What a way to trash the environment! I picked up 120 items, and had 70 bags!

I go here every Sunday and get their doughnuts for my wife and I and she also get a bouquet of flowers for her as well.

Dillions always has what I want when I want it and if its not on display they are more than happy to stop what theyre doing to go in the back to check for the item Im looking for and usually someone asks me what I need help with before I can even ask them. No matter who you walk past the employees amd managers always speak.
