Wasnt impressed today. About 6 employees behind the counter and 1 was willing to help while the others never stopped their personal non work related conversation. It wasnt until we were walking out the door where the miraculously found a new deal for us. Id look for other options if I were you.
I came in for a scheduled appointment and had to wait on the floor. No one even asked me if I needed help. There were 8 people waiting for help and only 2 staff who were to busy to even acknowledge my presence. I have been a customer so sprint for 10 years and don’t even get any help. Horrible
This phone service is the WORST. Every day for MONTHS i deal with my service completely cutting out where i cant make a call or text or use internet. I call and call and talk to a 100 people who dont do anything about it. I go into a store and they tell me they can’t do anything about it. See ya. Sooo many hidden fees i found out when i looked at my bill online. They charge you for your dam credit score! I cannot wait to pay this phone off so i can leave this terrible phone company. Do not recommend sprint at all!
Multiple staff sitting in a side room and a line up front and only one person helping guests. Always like this when I come in here. (last 3 times) Terrible management. Automatically someone should come and help the guests to create a good experience. This is a prime example of why Sprint Failed nationwide.
I have problems with my lungs via second hand smoke and you kicked me out of your store. Who wants customers service without a smile. 10 years a customer no more.
It was a good experience
Terribly overpriced lots of hidden fees cant even use there service its so terrible we pay 200$ a month and dont even use 1 gig of data because its so slow we tried getting help at the store because it may be that our phones are a couple years old and we got turned away because my 3 year old wouldnt wear a mask. After trying to just end our service and pay out my phone that Ive been paying for for 2 years we were told they dont do that at the store... They could have told us that before turning us away the first time we went so we wouldnt have to come back...We are now happy costumers at cricket across the street much more friendly!
The gentleman was very helpful
Katherine was excellent helping me. She was very patient at solving my problem.
The customer service with Sprint is fantastic! Were on a business plan and have our own dedicated account manager. They call back immediately if they miss your call. Last time I didnt even leave a voicemail and they saw I called and checked in. My only complaint with Sprint is that there are certain areas on I43 and in Door County where I lose internet. But overall Im very happy.
Poor customer service. Takes forever to get my phone when I’m here because they have to “wait for their safe”. After they try to sell me a new item and I decline they keep pushing the item and it is annoying. I work in customer service and you should never force someone to buy a product. Not happy with the experience here time and time again over the years. I will be switching my phone provider
People were nice but very misleading. Overall Sprint experience is a zero. Worst phone service in my entire life. I was bounced back and forth, put on hold for long periods, and had to drive back 2x from Waukesha, WI. I spent too much time at the store. This past weekend, all my mom and grandma wanted was the 55yrs+ deal which they were quoted and then when it came to the actual transaction, they were told they couldn’t do it because they were not new Sprint customers. Then they put my 90yr old grandma through a credit interview which she failed because she couldn’t remember her own DOB and address. She was soo nervous with the interview and felt so bad she failed the credit check. So I asked what would it be if they used my information for the account. They told me I would not qualify for the deal they quoted my mom, but if I moved over from Verizon to Sprint and turn my iPhone in, they would give my mom and grandma the deal. Of which I brushed that comment off and moved my account to help my mom and grandma out. Wrong move. I was sent home for 2 days with a non-working phone to find out they never finished activating my phone. I bought the gel screen protector so I wasn’t allowed to touch the phone for 30mins and I trusted their word that the phone worked. By the time I realized it didn’t work, I was already in Milwaukee. I did drive back to the store. I’m very disappointed and want to return all that I bought and close the account. I was told they would acknowledge that but would not get back my old phone that I turned in because that’s the property of Sprint now. Smh....
Not a fan. Felt rushed and was the only customer in the store! Boy that was supposed to help me stated that any information on the phone I was upgrading to from could not be transferred to my new phone because their machine was broken. There are many cell phone providers, he made me feel like doing research to find one who values their customers
Fast & helpful
Very helpful staff nice place awsome products ps. whats funny is that they barely know anything about there products they just know how to sell. It would be helpful to have some more information on what Im buying what system does it work with you know the usual operating system
Was recently here for a phone upgrade, and it ended up taking 2 hours cause I kept getting handed off to people who didnt know what they were doing when I specifically had an appt. with someone already. Also half the time they spend trying to get you to pay even more money on the accessories, and then judge you if you buy them online instead. Store manager was very rude as well. Shout out to the girl that was originally supposed to help me in the first place, I could tell you actually cared about the situation. You the best!
Very Good Customer Service. Spend good time working on my Sprint Drive (wish i DONT RECOMMEND)
Alright, I got sprint was fine with the price even though $100 a month for a phone and plan is rediculous but it was the cheapest out of us cellular and Verizon .. so I thought I’d give it a go. My brother asked if there was a data cap at all which means something to make your data slow done .. the rep said “ no, no data cap” .. a month later I started getting slow as hell speeds where I can’t even use any social media app or even google maps.. so I call sprint and they say “well it’s unlimited but only for 10 gigabytes of high speeds” and I said “but you said there was no cap!’ And there answer was redixulous “ well what we could do is give us a call back and see how the data is working” PATHETIC SNAKE COMPANY you’re better off spending 10 extra bucks a month for decent service
I had the worst service coming in today. There were 3 staff members on duty. I wasnt greeted when I came in, like other people were who came in after me. I waited 15 minutes before I was even spoke to. There was a woman who had been working with a man and it was as if they were just casually talking, not that he was getting any sort of service done. The other two workers were working together because one of them was being trained.
Always friendly always answering questions I have excellent in-store customer service never really had any problems with them
In store customer service is nice. Sprint as a whole sucks. Switching to AT&T.
Absolute garbage location.Let me start off with a few things. My father is the primary account holder, this has not and will not change. We have had an account with sprint for 15 years we dont touch the policy because we are grandfathered in and with that we have no limitations on any component.Me and my fiancé both have lines on the account that we as responsible adults pay for ourselves. My fiancé recently upgraded his phone (02/21) he has never dropped the phone, there are no cracks, nothing. However the screen resolution is broken. There are horizontal black lines across the screen. In addition to vertical colored lines and general blurriness. This is within the 14 day guarantee and his phone has insurance. The only male employee stated: Let me see what they want not hello, or how can I help you. But that we are a burden to him. I showed him the screen and directed him to the same phone model that was on display. He said oh theyll be a $50 replacement fee. Which is ridiculous especially when the phone isnt even two weeks old. On top of having insurance. I began to tell him about the account holder issue as well as the fact that we got the phone at another location. Where he abrublety stopped and said I cant help you we dont even have that phone here (so why is it on display).Yes i raised my voice, yes I got angry because this is RIDICULOUS! Im sure im not the only other person in this situation. What about the sprint family plan? Is everyone an account holder? What if you just got a new phone moved and cant have the phone replaced at the original location? What happens if the account holder works during specific times and cant come in to authorize having the phone replaced?I work all day almost every day. When am I supposed to travel to Green Bay to have this resolved, oh and theres only a few days left in the 14 day guarantee policy?? Seriously??Glad to see 15 years of being a customer is worthless.
Great service. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable.
Great place to go if you liked to get lied to by there reps and manager
Good customer service. Good store.
We wanted to see if Sprint had changed since having service with them years ago. Had a problem with the service in our home and came into the store to get assistance. The manager was not at all helpful and didnt seem to care when we wanted to just return the phone and cancel service. Customer service just doesnt seem to be in their vocabulary.
Absolute garbage service. After being lied to about how an additional devices billing would play out, and left paying double what I was told in the beginning they have been entirely unwilling to do anything about it. After 2 years of this, I cancel all my services and move to another company, only to have this store either fail to return my devices to corporate, or lose them, now Im on the hook for hundreds of dollars and no one seems to care. Useless management.
Great customer service.
The staff here knows their stuff and unlike most cell phone stores you dont have to wait long for service.
Had me wait in line and when it was my turn he told me “you can do it online”. Lazy people.
Not the best place to have a sprint store the parking lot is too small and the service inside is bad
Great Customer Service!
Dont know whats worse. Phone service or customer service. And when you have a problem they act like youre crazy. Worst.phone company.ever.
Very helpful
Shoddy service, and horrible in-store customer service.
Sometimes there are long waits.
